About this house rental
Enjoy your days sittin' on the dock of the bay and nights at the fire pit. This beautiful home is located steps from the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).
We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.
PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owners must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist.
Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. Average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

First time renting a vacation home in Pot-Nets. Everything was great. The home was comfortable, in a great location with proximity to Paradise Grill, the beach, fishing pier, pools and basketball courts. Having the golf cart was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the place very much. The property manager was easy to get in touch with any issues and questions.
Our only disappointment was not knowing the pool would be closed the week we were there, but know for next time to check the dates.
We plan to book again next year!

Communication is excellent, easy check in process. Very nice community, house is right next to Marina. House is clean. The only problem is horrible mattress on two full size beds for kids. They had to sleep on the coach. It’s nice vacation house overall, we had great experience there

This beautifully decorated home is in a great location and was a perfect size for 6 guests. We loved that it came with a golf cart. Property manager was always quick to answer questions and we would definitely stay again.

This was an awesome community that is way less crowded than Rehobeth and Bethany. Great for a family with a dog.

Great Location. New or almost new appliances. Plenty of cookware. Bathrooms were very clean. Showers were great. Golf cart was a nice perk but was not cleaned before we used it( floor covered in sand and peanut shells). Floors throughout the house were filthy. I used the broom, vacuum, and 12 wet Swiffers and didn't put a dent in the amount of dirt that was left on the floor.

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home! The property was exactly as pictured online, if not better. Close to shopping and beaches, this little community is friendly and picturesque, with a marina, cute restaurant, and its own beaches. Whether walking or riding in the golf cart provided, we enjoyed being "home" as much as our adventures to the larger beach areas nearby.

The Seaclusion house was beautiful and located close to the bay. The views were spectacular. We brought our dogs and found this is truly a dog friendly community. The house was spacious enough for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our own meals and we had plenty of eating space with the gorgeous island and large dining table. The golf cart was a nice bonus for driving to the community pool, beach, fishing area and the Paradise Grill restaurant. If you are addicted to your TV shows, you might be disappointed. Only streaming services were available on the 2 televisions so while the adults did not have an issue, the children were a little disappointed because they didn't have tvs in their rooms and they couldn't watch some of their programs. The adults, however, loved the experience. Our only complaint was the cleanliness when we arrived. Because it's a dog friendly place, we found hair and dust behind doors and under furniture. It was not a huge issue for us as I clean everyplace we rent before we move in. We liked the contactless check in process and the rental manager, Debbie, was awesome when our code did not work. She corrected the issue immediately and was a delight to work with. You don't need to leave the community unless you need groceries. We will be staying in Bayside again.

The home was very nice, but it was not exactly very clean when we got there. Especially from the dog hair that was literally all over the house. We had to clean the floors and couches numerous times to make a difference in minimizing the dog hair. Plus the house smelled like a dog. One of the toilets was also not cleaned, there was urine all underneath the toilet seat. Overall the house was very minimally cleaned. Furthermore, on our check out day, the cleaning crew were outside of our house promptly at 9 am, and staring at us waiting for us to leave while we were packing up. I did not appreciate that. We had a whole hour left to do what we needed to do. In the end, I did not expect to have to go in the house and re-clean it and cut into my vacation time.

Beautiful place, good stay, except the 2 adult guests that had to stay in the twin beds had a horrible sleep. Thin floppy mattress with no box springs on 3 wooden slats. That was awful. And there were no mirrors in the bedrooms. Other than that it was good.

What a gorgeous house inside and out!! The description didn't do it justice!! Rental Manager was very nice to deal with and was easy to reach during the scheduling phase when we had questions. The rental was very clean and organized. It offers spacious accomodations in the bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The beds/furniture were comfortable and it includes all the amenities of home. The outside was beautifully landscaped, has a fire pit and comfortable adirondack chairs to relax on. Location, Location, Location was a plus. It's within walking distance to the beach and restaurant. Absolutely had a wonderful time!!! Definitely recommend this property!!Can't wait to go again with family and friends!!
