King bed in larger bedroom overlooks the water. Rear bedroom has a queen and twin bunk bed. Open Floorplan. Heated Clubhouse next to hot tub & deck provides additional space for entertainment. This cabin is a very clean and relaxing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It is on the edge of town but right on the river tucked away enough to have your own hideaway. We could walk.to the nearby grocery store and to any of the town’s Restaurants, which were all very good. We highly enjoyed our stay. The owners have thought of all the extras to make your visit completely cozy, calm, comfortable and so clean! restaurants i, which were all.

Outstanding location on the Middle Boulder Creek in Ned. Access restaurants by day and sleep to the sound of the creek at night. Nice outdoor space for enjoying the mountain air. Cabin is well equipped. Check-in, check-out, and parking are all very easy.

Stayed here twice, has the feel of a private mountain cabin on a river while also having all the amenities of being downtown, 300 feet from a brewery, a bagel shop, and the grocery store. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the location of the cabin, which allowed us to go almost everywhere on foot. We skied two day at Eldora, which is just a short drive away. Our kids especially loved the hot tubbing in the snow! The local Breweries and the Nepali Kathmandu restaurant were some of our favorites. The cabin is very well stocked, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The owner was easy to communicate with and will do his best to answer any questions as needed. Overall it is was a great place to stay and would definitely come back and stay again if we returned to the area.

This was the perfect place for me and my husband. The location was perfect! Close to the main street of nederland but tucked away enough that it was quiet and peaceful! The cabin itself was so clean and so cute! We will definitely be booking again!

Our son lives in Ned and we rented this cabin with the grandkids for a visit. Charming and clean with a beautiful view of the river. We all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Had a great stay!

Incredible central location for enjoying Ned. Private backyard. House worked well for a couple and a 5 year old. Best for couples or a small family. Tony thought of everything and labeled it for ease. The sounds and sights of Boulder Creek are the star. We enjoyed the hot tub, toys, games, puzzles, and the convenience of nearby restaurants.

A picture is worth a thousand words, so you know this cabin is beautiful. What you can't see are the details that go into this rental. Every aspect of your stay has already been thought of and prepared for you. We had an incredible visit and will be back again. Walking distance to everything in town. We love Nederland. It’s the cutest mountain town and this was hands down our favorite property that we’ve stayed at. We could walk to all the Main Street restaurants, shops. We LOVED sitting by the creek and listening to the water, the cabin was well maintained with everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition and clean! We will be back to Nederland and this will be the first place we look for availability.

Came out to ski at Eldora and check out the area as we had never been to Nederland and were not disappointed at all. This home is absolutely great and worked out perfectly for us. The location could not be better as it is right near the heart of all activity /places to see in Nederland and everything is well within walking distance. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. I have never stayed in a VRBO that had put so much thought into keeping guests comfortable, this place has everything you can think of and then some. All cabinets and drawers are labeled which is nice as you do not need to dig through every drawer and cabinet to find cooking utensils and whatnot. The wood stove is a great touch and we used it every night as plenty of firewood and kindling were supplied. The hot tub was very clean with the water properly treated and sure made for a nice soak after a long day on the slopes. Tony was great to work with and was incredibly quick to respond. The check-in process was simple and by far the easiest check-out instructions I have ever seen. Well done Tony, we will be staying at this VRBO again for sure.

Couldn't have been better. This charming small home was exactly perfect for our quick getaway/ski tip to Ned and Eldora. Steps from everything yet still felt secluded. We made great use out of the hot tub and the full kitchen. Great open space for gathering, too. There was a good set of utensils, condiments and dishes, plush towels, good hot water in the shower and separate heating units in the living room and bedroom. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Thorpe on the Water. Very nice property with great location in town, walking distance to shops, close proximity to Eldora for skiing. House contained everything we needed to feel at home. Comfy beds and the hot tub was great to come back to after a day of skiing. We highly recommend this location if you are staying in Nederland. Even with being in town, it was quiet and relaxing.

This place is really amazing. Absolutely incredible location right in the heart of Ned, which is great. But the real win with this cabin is how comfortable it feels, and how thoughtfully appointed and provisioned it is. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this place is by far the best in terms of getting ALL of the little things right, and then some. Added to all of that is the fact that the creek is literally *right there*, auch that you can hear it rushing over the rocks from anywhere inside or outside on the property. The pics are accurate, but don’t fully capture how beautiful and excellent this place really is. Will for sure be back!

My partner and I - over the last 5 years ....have stayed at probably 50+ home rentals and this property is our absolute new favorite!! We usually pick a spot that is out away from town and people- here we still felt as though we were in the country - the rushing creek is so peaceful it drowned out the noise of anything else! It was magical!! We could walk to EVERYTHING in town ! The cabin is cozy and beautiful! We spent most of our time in the back in front of the creek- and we saw a baby moose come and eat right in front of us! highly recommend!!
