Very good

Great location, clean enough inside, easy access with a code, easy to walk pretty much anywhere from here. The hallways were a bit dirty but I guess that's probably a management company. No iron so we had to buy one and no kettle to make tea but overall a pleasant stay and great value for money compared to a hotel.

Comfortable apartment for one.

The apartment was comfortable and a good size for me. The kitchen area was well-equipped with a microwave and oven. No key was needed to enter, as codes were provided, which was convenient. The apartment was also very close to a Co-op and was quite a quick walk to the train station and beach.

The only issue was that the cleanliness of the apartment was not great. It wasn't disgusting, but it just felt a bit sticky, crumby and dusty in some places, such as the kettle handle. The crockery and cutlery that were provided were also quite dusty and not completely clean.

Kitchen nice to have. Fairly clean. Nice decor. Good sized bathroom and form bed.

TV a little off to the side, could do with a second mug. Got water hard to turn on.

A nice apartment with a well-equipped kitchen

The apartment is in a nice location and has a well-equipped kitchen. I stayed there for 3 days. It was a short stay to view houses in Swansea with my husband in the mornings and the location of this apartment is perfect because there are estate agencies right across the street. I worked remotely in the apartment in afternoon and I really appreciate the strong wifi signals. We enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Crib.

It was a bit awkward that I was on a business conference call on Friday in the afternoon and a gentleman knocked on the door. He had to enter the apartment to conduct a fire safety check.

Excellent value, and pleasant flat.

In needed a low cost place for an overnight break in rail journey. Once in the flat I was pleasantly surprised, Spacious clean and welcoming. Appreciated the treats basket(snacks and lemonade cans) also ground coffee, tea and sugar. There is a coop near by. Sarah promptly replied to questions.

Due to unusual street numbers, it was quite difficult to find ( I’m 75 it was dark and I’d been travelling all day and It was a good 15 mins walk from the station. No bus service. Outside looks pretty dire.

Nice place perfect location.

Good price, good location, quite good facilities- had everything you needed. Quite a good studio flat.

Just some random things not screwed in properly - door handle was loose, little things that could just easily be fixed. With a small bit of effort it could be made a lot nicer and be a really nice place.

Great clean apartment - great price - would stay here again

Great location with street parking available in the evening hours Host very very responsive to messages and sorted out our heating issue (didn't spot the thermostat so totally our fault)

no heating or hot water, stated in other reviews in June so wasn’t sorted, fault with boiler. entrance and stairway was unpleasant/bad smell, but thankfully this didn’t enter the studio. bag over the smoke alarm. neighbours did not adhere to the quiet hours.

Overall a good stay, just the heater system not functioning a day before our last stay.

The check-in process is very clear and there was no keys to enter the apartment, the host will provide door access code. For those who like Asian food can visit the Asian Cafe at Brynymor Rd 10min walking distance from the property, you will no regret with the choice of menu. Also we bought a delicious birthday cake at Happylicious Dessert house (need to order 1 day before) I don't remember the exact location but it just near to Asian Cafe. Also a self service laundry near there.

The host will send you the steps on how to collect the keys and the property details on the check-in date near to the check-in time, that's made me a bit nervous as I text them one day before and don't get any reply but finally I got a reply near to the check-in time. Everything was fine! The room is on the 3rd floor (walk-up flat) so be prepare if you have a big luggage.

Short and sweet - but would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and my partner and I loved that it had everything we needed during our short stay. The location isn’t too bad either, very accessible to the town centre even just by foot (approx. 10-15 min walk).

Easy and convient

The location is super convenient when travelling from the station. The ease to travel to the town centre and access to the bus shelter into and around town was really nice.

It is a small studio but it doesn’t take away from the experience at all.
