About this house rental
This three bedroom two bath, in The Village of Amelia, has all the bells and whistles for your vacation! It is located in a fabulous location only about 5 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing where you have nightly live entertainment, numerous restaurants, and shops galore - and you can just hop on that golf cart - that comes with the house - to get there! You'll enjoy sitting on the lanai or backyard which has lots of seating areas where you can enjoy the use of the grill.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
The amenities this house has are countless; golf cart, bicycles, scooters, sleep number bed, desk, printer, and even an outdoor shower! And once you leave the house, you will have so many other activities to choose from; many pools, sports, pickleball, golf, and any other club you can think of. So needless to say, you will not be bored in The Villages!
This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

Location is very central to activities. The property came with 2 golf carts and bikes. Also has a great porch and fully enclosed back yard.

The property was quaint and was appropriated described. The biggest issues we had was from the beginning when booking. The property management company was very disorganized. They would not answer the phone. It went to voicemail constantly. I was billed immediately for the second half of the stay when i was not suppose to be billed until just a few days prior to check in. The property manager sent me additional documents to complete. I completed those immediately and return via Email as instructed. Then at check in, she again asked me for these even though i had already emailed them weeks earlier. The code to get into the home was wrong. I had to call her and get a new code. The key to the golf cart was not where the property manager said it would be. I had to call again to find it. Ultimately we found the key elsewhere in a kitchen drawer. The floors had not been mopped. Our socks were black on the bottoms from the unmopped floor. The bed in the master bedroom was very firm and uncomfortable. However, the home was cute and the location was great. Very convenient to Lake Sumter Landing. Very Quiet.

Rented the house for my family to celebrate christmas because none of us have a big enough home for everyone and 3 dogs.
It had everything needed to cook and serve the holiday meals. Had a great open floor plan with a nice screened in area to sit and a big outdoor living area great for the dogs .

I am a Villager who had out of town golf buddies coming to join me for a weekend on the links. I rented this property to provide more comfortable space for my guests. It was very clean, well-appointed and near my home making it very convenient. I would certainly rent this property again as the need arises.
