Experienta de neuitat - confort si priveliste superba

Am avut o experienta minunata aici, amplasarea acestei pensiuni este intr-o zona linistita, cu multa vegetatie si relativ aproape de centrul istoric al orasului. Privelistea din camerele cu terasa este absolut spectaculoasa, orientata catre muntele Tampa. Camera in sine a fost foarte confortabila si decorata cu mult bun gust iar curatenia a fost impecabila. Am apreciat in mod deosebit ospitalitatea personalului care a fost mereu prompt si prietenos, gata sa ne ofere recomandari si sa raspunda oricaror intrebari. De asemenea, facilitatile pensiunii sunt de top, incluzand acces Wi-Fi gratuit, parcare si o gradina deosebita, frumos amenajata, cu mese, scaune, leagane si gratar, fiind luminata discret si noaptea. Recomand cu caldura pensiunea Green Hill tuturor celor care cauta un loc confortabil si placut pentru a se caza. Cu siguranta vom reveni cu drag in viitor!

O sa mai revenim!

Am avut parte de un sejur frumos, ne-a placut foarte mult atat camera cat si locatia. Parcarea este un mare plus si ne-a fost de ajutor. Multumim 😊

peaceful and plesente

The place was really beutiful, the building had a nice backyard. we've got a room with a teracce, the view was really beutiful and we could see the Brasov sing from our teracce. The room was clean and the staff helped us to solve a problem when needed. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the old city, quiet and peaceful.

The night we arrived the shower had a bad smell and we complained about it to the stuff. They immidiatly solved the problem and the smell didn't come back.

Nice and quiet place

Everything was perfect in this peaceful and quit place. Nice, clean and large rooms and a big terrace with mountain view. Breakfast was good. It’s only 15 minutes walk or a short and cheap U er ride from the council square.

Amazing views

Greenhill is a great location to stay in Brasov. It is located in a very quiet area (although a bit far from the historical center) and it has great views of the green hills and the brasov sign. The room itself is comfortable and moderately clean. There are huge windows (without blackout curtains) where you can look at the great view as you wake up. Great place to stay as you explore transylvania.

Would not recommend

The hotel is pretty and modern. The garden is lovely.

We had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. The way to it is complicated and uncomfortable, there is no elevator, many stairs. Let's start with the fact that when we arrived, the receptionist was not there and ran down the stairs to us when we entered. She barely knew English and hardly understood us. She said we should inform if we want breakfast which will be between 8 and 10 (we waited the next day at 8 and there was no one. Everything is dark and empty). There was no hot water in the shower, it took 20 minutes to warm up, the stream of water so weak it's a joke. We almost canceled at this point but decided to give it a chance. We asked ahead of time for a baby bed or mattress and they happily corresponded with us. No one bothered to update that there is no possibility to add a bed (probably we wouldn't have taken the hotel if we had known) they didn't even bring another blanket or more towels. The bed is 2 single mattresses that kept moving. There was a cigarette in the ashtray on the balcony of the room. One of the receptionist open the door to our room while we were taking a nap. And just said sorry sorry. Without properly apologizing. There is no way to control the temperature in the room, the heater was on by itself and only at nighttime (it was about 7 degrees in the morning). There is no one at reception to ask for things, ever. Maybe for five minutes during the day. If you want to ask anything you need to call the phone number, that is if you are lucky to have a local sim card because there is no phone in the room. They did not explain anything to us about the use of the facilities, Wi-Fi, etc. There was not a bottle of water in the room, no kettle, no trash bin- just in the shower. The hotel is not sealed, you can hear everything from the rooms above and next to it. Really not recommended!!!

Overall a nice place but could improve on a few things.

The property was clean, some of the staff were nice, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

There was no shower curtain for the bathtub. The property didn't allow us to pay for the breakfast with crdit card. Also the heat didn't work until after 6pm. The breakfast started pretty late and was fairly limited.
