It was good stay overall

Ease of access, cost and staff

No enough avail trash cans to dispose of trash. One neighbor was very noisy the entire 2 weeks even though I complained

Hotel itself was okay, staff and manager don't know how to do their job.

Hotel room was okay. TV never worked and still disputing to get my deposit back 3 months later, after check out staff "forgot" to release.

My deposit was never released. I had a stay in April of 2023, and it is now July 2023. I have left multiple messages for the manager, who never seems to be available. I have now had to dispute with my bank.

The room was nice

People going up and down the hall all night slamming doors. Tried to get a hold of the front desk but no one would answer

Excellent rooms and location

The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was fantastic with restaurants to walk to and easy freeway access but no freeway noise. Free parking was a bonus.

The toiletries were lacking. Conditioner or lotion would have been appreciated.

no phone in room, I don't have a cell phone, one more thing i seamed. the floor above me was walking back and forth for quite a while, more like stomping, thought that was weird.

Much nicer in photos.

Didn’t have breakfast and the location seemed a little shady in terms of a lot of transits hanging around in the parking lot.

Having more soap and towels. Having a iron and hairdryer.

The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean. The staff was friendly,patience and helpful, especially Monica D and Gabby.

Our stay was ok except for the marijuana stench.

There was an irritating marijuana smell all night plus food smells from other guests who were cooking. Not sure how all smells were getting into our room.

The marijuana smell outside and inside of the hotel especially at night. I got a bad headache from this.

they called me on my way over there telling me they over booked. (like if it’s my fault). person showed no sympathy told him I had my kids with me and did not even offer to help me find something else

It was just ok.

There was no breakfast option available.

Bedsheets were not good quality. They were washed but not pressed and looked messy with all wrinkles. There was a phone which did not work. When asked at the reception, they did not do anything about it. no slippers in the room. Floor was not cleaned properly.

Very clean & spacious but serveral things did NOT work.

The room was very clean & spacious.

There was No Breakfast & you had to pay for coffee. Half of the lights did not work in the room. The air conditioner/heater could NOT be turned off even when turned "OFF" at the thermistate - it "CLICKED" on & off all night long. The extra shade for the window would not come down - the room faced west & the sun was VERY bright. The "HOT" water was luke warm at best. I was looking forward to a nice HOT shower after being at the Glen Ivy Spa all day....didn't happen.

The only complaint was that they did not have coffee available, they only had decaf and other than in room there was no free coffee
