Absolutely horrible. Uncomfortable, unsafe, and miserable.

Decent and affordable price. Though you absolutely get what you pay for.

As soon as we arrived it was immediately sketchy. Our door was in a private room away from the other motel rooms. And our door was one of the only doors without a peephole. Once we walked in, the smell of the room was UNBEARABLE. It smelt absolutely horrid. There was a pentagram carved into the nightstand. The balcony was wobbly with the chair pillows on the ground. Bedsheets had stains. We called maintenance and luckily they did switch our room. We thought that this would be the end of our troubles, though our next room wasn’t much better. The second room had stains on the floor, and a bad smell radiated from the mini fridge. Bathroom shower head was filthy, and again, stains on the bedsheets. It was freezing and the heat in our room would not work. The area is not the best, and we felt unsafe staying in the motel. So unsafe that we ended up moving a table in front of the door. All night we heard dogs barking, people shouting/fighting, loud music, and loud tvs. It was a NIGHTMARE. Please do not stay here, spend the extra money and find something better. You get EXACTLY what you pay for.

In summary I had a terrible nights sleep and started my day exhausted.

Location and the facilities where fine

The battery alarm sensor in smoke detector was going off all night and had a protective screen around it. No sleep and the only answer I got when I complained was a thank you????

I liked that me and my other half got to have our own little space to ourselves didn’t hear no loud noise or anything from other guests

How that there was no microwave even in the king sweet and the freezer was nasty but other than that nothing else

300 Tenth left alot to be desired. Will never return to 300 Tenth.

NO BREAKFAST on site. Location is great.

Not a chair or table in room. No lamp, had to use overhead lights at all times. No counter space in bathroom to keep toiletries. No ice on premises which in our case was needed for medication.

We had a great time as we were here for the CCMF and the location was amazing. couldn’t have asked for a better vacatio

Walls are paper thin, can here everything outside like it’s inside. the floors were pretty dirty, definitely not mopped. Roaches crawling on the floors and walls.

IT WAS TERRIBLE AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE.

There was no breakfast, the location was terrible wineo and drunks and God knows what else

This place needs to be condemned. I have never stayed or seen anything like it in my life. It is unfit for anyone to stay in I didn't feel safe. Big cracks under and on the side on the door. holes around the lock, floor looks like they haven't been cleaned. Bed linen was dingy and dirty looking. I slept on a towel and in my clothes kept my sock on and shoes on my feet at all times. Even though they move me out of one room into another it was no better. Needs to be shut down or completely remodeled by licensed contractors.

great stay, we enjoyed ourselves but not being able to have a hot shower or heat in the living room was a bit much.

the location was perfect and it was close to the boardwalk and other stores.

the hot water didn’t work well and the heat in the living room didn’t work. the best only worked in the master bedroom.

Only good things I could say is.....New remodeling ....good location

Housekeeping was horrible...the chairs 🤢 was covered in stains..We couldn't sit on them..Tv in front didn't work..blood stains in the shower 🤮..The stove (oven)🤢🤢 it was not cleaned AT ALL...no spread on king bed..I had to purchase 1 from Walmart. The fridge wasn't cleaned well..its so COLD🥶 in there. Floors are tile with Individual heat in each room that I had to leave on the entire time was freezing in there

Did not like a single thing. Could not even stay at the property. This listing completely misrepresents this property!

The location, while near certain attractions, is very shady. The place is not anything near what it shows online. It is not a boutique type of hotel - it’s actually more like a dirty, run-down studio apartment that someone is trying to AirBNB to make some cash. People live in this place. The room smelled of heavy smoke and I am highly allergic to smoke. The walls are paper-thin; the couple who lived in the room next door were arguing loudly and the TV was up so loud, too! There were large, aggressive dogs barking everywhere. When we notified the “host” that we could not stay, they tried to “upgrade” us to a room with a balcony. The room was on ground level (no balcony) and we couldn’t even get into the room - the code was bad. They are still trying to charge the room to us. Quite honestly, after this experience, I’m also done using booking.com as well. So incredibly disappointed.

I didn’t like how my room and the surrounding had a overwhelming marijuana stench to it even to the point where my girlfriend and I just weren’t comfortable staying there due to the fact that I’m law enforcement and shes not comfortable being around drugs.
