I didnt stay in this one due to no water so we got the offered to stayed in willow, so all of these reviews are for willow
We had a very good stay in willow very nice and comfy very warm in the cottage slept well in the bed we didnt use the duvet as im a warm sleeper for me so used our own, love that you can use the smart tv and put what youll like on so it wasnt boring and we coukd watch what we wanted, like theres plugs around the bed and a space for your bags and a little room under the bed would defo stay here again defo worth it not a far drive to places a nice pizza place in saunderfoot called pizza bella and a nice friendly pub in amroth next to the beach called temple bar also there is apparently a pool on the grounds that people can use we didnt as had a dog but otherwise we would
The only things i would suggest is maybe
A list of how to work the hot tub
More kindling and logs for hot tub
Fridge kept freezing all our food
Maybe have a microwave
Shower was a little cold couldn't work out the temp for it
Maybe put in the descriptions that if a dog is coming bring a bed as not allowed on bed
And the cctv on the hot tubs wasnt too pleasant

We loved the Sheperds hut,was lovely & clean,& had everything we needed, for a romantic weekend away,we enjoyed the hot tub,& also went swimming a couple of times, the pool was lovely &:warm too.
A little fold up airer would of been handy,as we had nowhere to hang our wet towels, after swimming or using the hot tub,but apart from that,no other issues.

The Bed was extremely comfortable, quiet and clean, Welcome pack was very appreciated
The chairs weren't comfy at all, all other facilities were great, hot tub was very enclosed and took too long to warm up. The write up was a little misleading and thought it was much closer to the beach but wasn't

nothing as we couldn’t even get in… on arrival, after 5 hours of driving and excited to take a dip in the hot tub to relax, we were welcomed to other guests inside our hut. we contacted the owner but Naomi is completely unreachable, just replies with pathetic and unhelpful responses. The man you then come into contact with is very helpful however it’s besides the point. The man helped us to find another accommodation but it was unsuitable for a long weekend as we already had our hearts set on the hot tub which we bought logs and swimwear for.
we are glad we didn’t stay here anyway as we found a beautiful place to stay with lovely, welcoming hosts who ensured the hot tub was up and ready for our arrival and we were the firsts guests ever. shoutout to priory bay escapes - visum:)

Was like the pics advertised. Cosy feel.
Both Fires were not cleaned out prior to visit. also was advertised as sea view but it was not.
instructions to light hot tub were not very clear.

The hut itself is lovely, cookies and tea and coffee provided.
We weren’t aware the hot tub was log fired and would take 2-4 hours to heat up, possibly longer. This was so difficult to start given we were provided with logs and no kindling or fire lighters and is not what you want to do after a days hiking. This probably was not helped by the fact the logs had been left under the hut and it had been raining prior to our arrival meaning they were not as dry as they need to be. Surely these would have been better placed in the hut. The only reason we booked this hut was for the hot tub so it was a real shame we couldn’t use it. The lock on the door is faulty so I wouldn’t have wanted to leave any personal belongings inside. I wouldn’t stay here again based on these 2 things.
We also expected the hut to be more secluded, not a huge deal. We just didn’t realise it would be on a campsite

this stay was wonderful, it has everything you need. it was clean and it’s a really good place to stay for a weekend away, it’s affordable and really easy to locate. Tenby is around a 20 minute drive so it’s really nice to be able to go out during the day without having to travel far.
reception wasn’t open the whole time of our stay, so we couldn’t purchase more logs for the hot tub like it was said we would be able to. However, a bag a logs are provided it’s just if you run out just keep in mind reception wasn’t open to purchase more.

fantastic hut, very clean, extremely comfortable bed. Amazing location and very helpful staff.
freezing cold in the hut. We were supplied with large logs and a lighter that didn’t work so we were unable to light the log burner or the hot tub, rang reception and a new lighter was brought to us but we still had nothing to start the fire with. A small space heater was provided but in mid January this was not enough to warm the hut. Hot tub was ice cold when we arrived and again we were unable to light it, so it was a completely wasted facility despite it being the selling point of the lodge.
We were unfortunate enough for their to be a storm during our trip, making it extremely hard to sleep due to the noise of the wind and rain on the tin roof- this was not something that could be helped by anyone however.

lovely place to stay. very stylish.
log fire pokes out smoke into the hut. it was so bad that we had to open the windows as it was burning our throat and eyes. I now have bronchitis brought on from smoke inhalation. also the bottom lock on the door was faulty.

The hut itself stayed very warm! It's obviously well insulated..and the wood fired hot tub was brilliant as was the setting! 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach and with the biggest co op you will ever see 8 mins down the road in Kilgetty its very well situated!
The lack of hooks to hang coats, jackets etc on and the lacking of tongs to cook with but don't worry we bought and left some there for other people!

Badly located
How unsafe the electrics for the hot tub was ! Open electric cables right next to the hot tub ! Which was plugged into a extension cable which was under the hut . And a log burner that had no back to it so when we lite the fire the smoke bellowed into the room . And the hut in right outside the reception area which had deliveries at 12 midnight lighting up the whole hut. And security cameras straight into the hot tub area ( which was rectified when pointed out )

Great location. Very helpful hosts who responded quickly to our query. Wood fired hot tub was amazing. Bed was comfortable and the hut was well set up with mini oven, fridge and hob. TV and speakers were easy to use.
Shower was temperamental and we couldn't get it to a reliably comfortable temperature.

Quiet, peaceful.
A little clothes storage, just a few hooks, and perhaps a microwave would be handy.

very clean & comfortable for a 3 night stay. welcoming biscuits, tea & milk a bonus along with the vanity kit in the bathroom & cleaning kit in the kitchen. Patio furniture & fire pit were great. Highly recommended if you don’t mind keeping windows open for fresh air as no air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen for the basics. Lived it
Not secure for our dog but if your dog is not a runner it was perfect. No negatives for accommodation.
