Central location, comfy rooms

Rooms are very comfortable, spacious. Location is excellent for walking access to Maitland Railway station, Pender place shopping centre and Maitland main centre. Has secured onsite parking. Will stay here again

No washing machine in room, there is a laundry room just not as convenient. My coffee machine was a bit high tech and failed, but there was a back up jug and coffee sachets. A simple coffee machine would be equally as good.

Maitland jewel!

The property was wonderful. The room was scrupulously clean and extremely well appointed. The bed was the best we’ve ever slept in. It was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great studio

The studio was clean and spacious, exactly as pictured and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It is also in a very convenient location, a short walk to a nearby town centre for groceries. Great value for money and I would return.

Very impressive unit.

Most modern decor I've seen. Very large fridge and coffee capsules for coffee maker all supplied. Short walk to supermarket and cafe's etc. Secure Parking area beside the units.

Great shower, all nice and new.

Great studio, fantastic shower, short walk to main street for shops. It was very new and clean and looked just like the photos. If you drive in, it looks like you are in an industrial estate and you think you are kms from nowhere, but you are actually very close to the main shopping street. While in Maitland make sure you go to Morpeth, a cute little spot with lovely shops, cafes and 3 pubs. I camt remember the name of the pub we had dinner in, but it was the one with a big tree and eating area outside.

Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable with all the amenities you need.

The unit was clean and roomy, nice shower and comfortable bed. We also did not pay for a balcony room upgrade, however, we received one which was really nice. We had a little trouble getting in the front door of the premises but the after hours staff member was really easy to deal with and it was corrected quite quickly.

Comfortable family stay.

I like the code system. We are always forgetting keys so this was a simple and practical access. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the full size fridge a bonus for a travelling family. The location saw great access to supermarkets, cafes and pubs on the Main Street whilst being tucked away from the noise.

I liked the location and felt secure as it was fully fenced with gates. It was great that it had a key-less entry to the property and apartment

Great stay, lovely apartment. We would definitely stay again.

Very new, the apartment had everything you needed. Comfy bed and very clean. great secure car park.

The only downside was the railway noise at night, but it wasn’t super bad.

Convenient and quality stay in Maitland

I've stayed here once before in a studio with a balcony. On this occasion, due to availability, my only option was a studio without a balcony. This studio is the same high standard accommodation, and the lack of a balcony really wasn't an issue. All the windows open, so there's plenty of fresh air if you like that. These studios really are comfortable and clean. Parking is secure.
