good views, perfect for family/ friend vacation/ friendliest host on the island

The location of the property was perfect really close to Sivota, the restaurants in the area were fantastic. our host was extremely helpful and available and accommodating at all times. it was perfect for family vacation

I don’t think we have anything to complain about. even if there was an issue our host dealt with it promptly we didn’t even notice at the end.

One of the things that made our stay most memorable was the kindness and efficency of Ireni, the lady who was in charge

Lefkas i a pure paradise. I work as communication engineer i am on the road 250/365 days so i try to book nice places to spend my free time syvota i great place and the house too isiolated as i like. tha wifi it was too good for the area like 40/20mbps the pool was clean big and too nice

the poor constraction quality is all over the place. the garden has random grass of bad quality an the wooden deck is in very bad condition ! the wall in the 1st floor bedroom are damaged by humility an moister. the house it was not aw clean i ecpected the sofa was full of hair.... i spend for 2 days 800+€ i am not happy for my choise

1) The balcony door locks were broken 2) the pool ladder was broken and unsafe 3) no water pressure 4) the large down stairs bedroom had a permanent bad odor

Absolutely amazing villa!!!

Absolutely amazing villa!!! Very private,very nicely planned, clean. Stunning views. Very helpful owner, got many recommendations from her, that places to visit. 10/10. Highly recommended for families or group of people. Definitely coming back!!!

The views were breathtaking in a wonderful tranquil area, in a fabulous Villa

Superb Villa, Best location in Sivota Bay, relaxing outdoor facilities with fabulous swimming pool. Fantastic privacy.There were other people staying on both sides of us but we never saw them during our four night stay.

Exceptional

The views are brilliant and you get a fantastic panorama in very direction. Sitting outside near the pool and watching the sunset lights against the mounts was relaxing and unforgettable. The place is lovely and well kept. Modern and comfortable. The beds and pillows are really comfy (coming from me it’s a huge compliment as I’m very picky with bedding). The kitchen is very well equipped with a Bosch coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, oven and electric hob. All cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and other useful utensils were very clean and functional. The living space has impressive views and quite comfy and there is a table in the balcony from where you can see the marina and the sea. A great way to start the morning with a nice cup of coffee. The pool was pristine and as lovely as it looks in the pictures provided by the owners. Washing machine, iron board, iron and clothe’s rail provided (washing liquid too). Everything was on point !

The villa itself is great! Just make sure if you rent a car to favour Jeeps or bigger cars as some of the roads in the island are a bit rough.

Very good

The house was wonderful, small but just right for us, view were amazing, pool was beautiful, we had everything we needed

The way to and from the property was just awful! More the 1 km in this unattended, unused road made the trip bad, that’s a shame, really. Would have been nice if the living room window doors had screens, couldn’t sit outside at all because of soooo many bugs, mosquitos exc.
