Location is excellent next to restaurants and beautiful view. No load shedding even at stage 6 the inverter lasted.
No complaints

Location was fantastic, very close to the restaurants and beach. We even saw some dolphins from the balcony. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Even a nespresso machine and an airfryer. It was quite cold, so the indoor braai/fireplace was a bonus! The best is, there is no loadshedding in Point village! We really enjoyed our stay and Jerry was the perfect host. We will be back!

The kitchen was well equipped, and the unit was clean. Jerry was very accommodating and friendly.
The view deck was not part of the unit and it was unpleasant to keep walking up the steep stairs to see the view. The bathrooms were terrible, showers and baths in two of the rooms are tiny, and the toilets are low and the one didn’t even fish properly. The rooms are on top of each other so there’s not much privacy. Not a comfortable stay for 5 adults at all, and way over priced for what you get. We didn’t even stay the full 6 nights, we checked into another place for the last three nights.

unbeatable location, close to the beach and local amenities. NO load shedding, which for South Africa is a huge bonus. Four good bedrooms, one single bed was a bit lumpy but all others were good.
having to park the car tight to the front of the building, the door barely cleared the entrance slab

Booked for the Ironman. Great location. Easy access to the beach. Felt safe. Beds were comfortable. The unit is perfectly setup for self catering. Restaurants are within walking distance.
The unit has a washing machine and dishwasher. Suggest bringing your own detergents if staying for a couple of days.

Proximity to the beach
Very dated, could do with a major touch up

Any property at point village will be a bonus on a trip to Mossel Bay, this property was aged but was still in great condition. Close to the beach and Delphinos, the property had a great indoor braai and laundry too. Rooms were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
The only thing negetive would be the slow internet speed, in a day where every family member has a phone, fast speed is needed.

Very short walk down path onto the beach. Kitchen perfectly equipped for a family. Outdoor upstairs deck was fantastic for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Will definitely return. 💯 Renee was a superb host.
