Hotel originale, molto pulito. ottima la posizione vicina alla metro per raggiungere centro o aeroporto

Assolutamente negativo il bagno, abbastanza piccolo ma soprattutto con la porta trasparente e il lavandino fuori nella camera.

Great stay

Rooms big, beds comfy, staff great.

My only complaint is the bathroom. The toilet was too close to the wall with the towel rack installed at head level, if the toilet was just 15cm to the right it would have been perfect. Small fault I just felt cramped was all.

Florence is a beautiful city, but beyond the lobby the hotel is not.

Breakfast was acceptable, would have been nice to have an "omelette chef". The juices were very good. The Work table in the lobby was nice except for the noise at times.

WE asked for a handicapped room. I don't know who your architect is, but he/she must be NUTS. You do not make a handicapped bathroom with shiny -slippery floors and glass walls. When you (I) showered the water went everywhere, you also need another safety handle on the glass wall. Also the double glass walls do NOT block the streetlights and sunrise the room was well lit with the lights out -hard to sleep.. Another thing, the hallways held a nasty door all the time. The hotel is a "sick building". And the layout is really weird. it's like a maze.

Great stay, much better than expected.

Much better than I was expecting. Well designed room, lovely spacious hot shower, space for luggage. Friendly and comfortable restaurant, breakfast was good. Check in was quick.

Pillows. Sorry both were rock hard. Small issue I know.

Non capisco chi si lamenta. Soprattutto perché avendo avuto anche io bisogno di risolvere un piccolo inconveniente in reception ho avuto riprova della loro massima disponibilità ed efficienza. Fuori dal centro ma posizione comodissima perché ottimamente collegata.

Non vicinissimo al centro, servono 20 minuti di tram il quale è comunque facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Struttura consigliata

Basic but comfortable property reasonably near the airport

- small but comfortable room - good value - 24 hour front desk - simple but colorful decor, not as drab as some budget hotels - reasonably close (5-10 minute walk) to tram station

- bathroom was very small, even by European standards - light switches were a bit confusing - not much in the immediate vicinity, the cafe bar across the street was unfortunately boarded up

Molto pulita, colorata, personale disponibile

Porta del bagno a vetri che da poca privacy. La notte è stato veramente caldo, il personale molto disponibile ci ha detto esser colpa dei tubi dell’acqua calda perché il riscaldamento era spento. Non si può aprire la finestra più di tanto perché pericoloso e quindi bloccata. Abbiamo avuto fortuna di trovare per il parcheggio l’ultimo posto disponibile

Perfect.

Clean. Warm room. Very clean bathroom. Great staff. Very good staff and reception. I loved the restaurant. It was very clean. Tasty food and very welcoming. Don’t search for other hotel if you want stay close to the airport. That’s the best choice. If you have a car or renting a car, pay attention that hotel car parking is not always availabe.

The cleanliness of hotel, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staffs, available of dinner & breakfast, beautiful lobby and room.

Only 1 lift and it’s quite small - but on the 2nd thought, that’s alright because it’s not too slow

Ottima la posizione per le mie esigenze, camera estremamente pulita e confortevole, personale gentile e disponibile, comodo il ristorante per una cena veloce e con una scelta abbastanza ampia. Consiglio vivamente.

al mio rientro in stanza nel pomeriggio ho dovuto chiedere di riavviare il riscaldamento. E' stato sempre fatto prontamente, ma avrei preferito non dover chiedere.

Pessima esperienza, Hotel scelto solo per la sua economicità. Sconsigliato.

La stanza era nuova e molto pulita. Inclusa nella stanza c'è una bottiglia d'acqua naturale per ospite inclusa nel prezzo.

Hotel scelto perchè era il più economico disponibile, Difetti da farne una lista veramente lunga a partire dalla stanza con il lavandino praticamente nella stanza senza nessuna separazione fisica. Mentre c'era solo una porta di vetro che separa il bagno dal resto della stanza. Bagno veramente piccolo ed angusto. Nonostante abbiamo chiuso il riscaldamento la stanza era eccessivamente calda. Infine, la cosa peggiore, è l'insonorizzazione che era inesistente, sembrava di dormire in strada e non abbiamo dormito per tutta la notte essendo l'hotel posizionato su una strada principale. Era talmente poco isolata che si sentivano perfino il tubare dei colombi. Infine il parcheggio è minuscolo rispetto al numero delle stanze. Sconsigliato

Ambiente originale, pulito e nuovo

Albergo ristrutturato da poco, gentilezza dello staff, ambiente accogliente, camera particolare e originale. Letto non comodo ma stracomodo! Saletta caffè e thè vicino la hall da usare in piena autonomia. Bello il frigo piccolino stile pensile con possibilità di essere staccato in caso di disturbo del sonno.

Il parcheggio. La struttura ne ha a posti limitati. Parcheggiare fuori è un problema per cercare posto auto e comunque a pagamento.

Buon albergo per soggiorni brevi.

Struttura nuova. Camera funzionale con arredamento essenziale ma confortevole. Doccia piacevole. Colazione con buona scelta (soprattutto dolci). Posizione vicina all'aeroporto.

Serramenti poco isolanti. Il traffico stradale è molto percebile. Riscaldamento non regolabile/funzionante. La stanza era abbastanza fredda.

В номері було холодно,не можливо було включити опалення .Номер був брудний.Я так зрозуміла що давно ніхто не жив,на підлозі багато комах і всюди пил ,який видно неозброєним оком.На автостоянці не було вільного місця.Краще бронювати готель де є платна автостоянка і бути впевненим що ваша машина буде в безпеці.

Posizione interessante perché vicino alla metro Hotel ristrutturato carino e accogliente

Bagno piccolo e un po’ freddo Porta vetrata nel bagno che io non amo perché non consente alcuna privacy Purtroppo hanno deciso di imbiancare i corridori mentre soggiornavamo quindi molto rumore sin dal mattino prestissimo e rischio di macchiare gli abiti lungo il tragitto sul muro appena tinto perché l’andito era abbastanza stretto e con i vari carrello delle pulizie in mezzo

Close to airport but airless micro room

The bed was comfortable and the staff polite and friendly

The room was very small and airless. Terrible street traffic noise. The bathroom was a weird closet with a glass door. The shower head didn’t work. Food was not great and there was nowhere else close by. It’s an airport hotel!

Il bagno assolutamente non accettabile la porta di vetro il lavandino in camera ed il pavimento che si allaga. Non ci tornero’ mai piu’ proprio per il bagno
