Amazing campus, but thin walls, I could hear all the conversations from the room next door

Once again, an amazing stay at Omni! Always so welcoming and accommodating and finding ways to go above and beyond. For this slightly longer stay we were able to have dinner twice at Prado and it was nearly like being welcomed back by family. Oliverio took care of us in every way and, as always, found the perfect balance of serving and conversing and welcoming that we look forward to and have come to expect from the amazing staff of Prado. Always good to see Adam and the rest of the staff. Even meet the new GM Andrew as he was greeting the guest on property. We always leave looking forward to our next little getaway to the Omni!

The stay was short bur sweet. The resort was clean and the room was beautiful. The only thing was i reserved a room with a balcony but received on a first floor. But it was still beautiful. The prices are super hugh though, they already put 20% for gratuity and put tips even afterwards, which is unprofessional. My waiter accidentally wrote 25%and i had to point out the mistake. The $150 fee for whatever can be refunded, just make sure you don't charge it to your room. I checked out the prices for the spa and they are through the roof. I get the resory is expensive on its own but the spa prices will make you double over. I won't be returning.

Pros: self parking, room clean and spacious. Bathroom nice size.
Cons: husband called several days before about Thanksgiving dinner, left message, no one bothered to call him back. Stayed three nights and no one came to clean, property starting to look a little worn out. Alarm clock went off at 6:00 am the first morning….when cleaning room for new people this should be looked at.

Gorgeous location and top-shelf service. Bed and room could use a refresh for the rates paid. I’d probably stay again.

I can’t say enough good things. We did a staycation here as we are locals living in Phoenix. This hotel made me feel as if I wasn’t in Phoenix but as if I was on vacation in another location. We ate diner at the Prado and Jonathan our sever was the best! Lilly the hostess made sure we were comfortable and told us we were her fave couple (we love you Lilly and Jonathon!) They were so good we even told their manager Andrew and he appreciated and sang their praises as well. So definitely eat at Parado and ask for Jonathan if you can. We had a spa day at Joya too. All I can say is that it was perfect. Pedis and a couple massage for my husband d and me. We rented a cabana as well with CC as our waitress. She rocked and was a joy to speak with given her background. She was also sweet as pie and never made us feel unattended. My husband and I are frequent travelers so it was so nice to find a hotel less than an hour from us to enjoy. If you’re on the fence - book this place. It’s worth it! Oh and it’s more gorgeous in person than online!

Wow wow wow wow. I mean this place was amazing. My wife and I don’t want to go to any other place if it’s not this. BIG SHOUTOUTS; TREY, DANIEL, ALEX, DOUG, PETER, you guys are amazing. We can’t wait to come again, we had gotten a great deal! If anyone knows any promo codes send them my way haha.

If you want to be pampered and treated like royalty, then the Omni resort is your destination! There’s always a team member in reach if you need anything. The service is incredibly friendly. (where you don’t feel like they’re just doing their jobs, but instead that the team members really enjoy what they do)! The food is amazing and the views are spectacular!

So far so good but not great

The rooms are old, a/c noisy all night, floors dirty, moved to another room, that room had toilet problems, took 3 hours before anyone came to fix it

Property was beautiful, well maintained, have a great fitness center and classes. We did a morning yoga and it was wonderful.
The only downside feedback I have is restaurant food options and public facing menu is not accurate or up-to-date. Staff shared it is months old. With it being QR code there is no excuse not to update your menu.

The property is great, but showing its age in a few spots. We knew we were visiting in the off season, but didn't realize that the there would be no fitness classes the week we were there.
The staff were wonderful.

When booking this resort, I was not aware that it was not possible to walk to your room. You must accept a golf cart ride because there is no parking within the complex. Then, you tip the golf cart driver, but they don't tell you that every time you ride on that cart, they charge you $45 also. Too many hidden charges. Too much walking, even with the mandatory golf cart.
