Air conditioning doesn't keep the temperature down. Very hot all night. Dirty carpet. Doesn't smell good. Couldn't sleep at night. Terrible hotel. I'll never stay at this hotel again. I'll sleep in the car, which is better.

Check in and out was easy. Visited during Balloon Fiesta and the hotel coordinated snacks and activities for the kids. Everyone on staff that I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful.

We wanted a comfortable place to stay on our road trip. We booked this hotel for the queen size beds. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were very nice. The carpeting in the room had a bit of an odor which gave the room an odd scent and you could see the dirt in from years of people walking on it. The bathroom was fine, nothing too much to write home about except to point out the baseboards were clean and free of dirt. The TV was easy to see from both beds. Hotel staff were not under friendly but not overly friendly either.

We paid extra to have a room that was Club level. The milk offered was expired, the water fridge was empty, the coffee maker was not working and needed to be cleaned, the silverware was dirty, the honey bottle for the tea was empty and there was a tray of dirty items that was in the lounge when we checked in and was still there when we checked out the next day. There was literally no benefit to the club level other than a granola bar. Breakfast was not available in the lounge on Saturdays or Sundays, which our booking said included breakfast. We were told by the front desk we could purchase breakfast for $18.99 each. There was a dirty brown spot on the bathroom floor and splatters on the wall. We often stay at the Sheraton Club level and this was by far the most disappointing experience. The staff was friendly. When I spoke with a staff member regarding the condition of the room and the availability of items in the lounge her response was “Oh, I don’t know”.

Room seemed older. Had a leaky bathroom sink and wasn't able to open the sliding door for fresh air. Pool was very small for the amount of kids and families that were trying to use it. I saw several families leave the pool due to overcrowding. Staff was very friendly.

My room was clean and cool. The king-sized bed was so comfortable with soft sheets and perfect pillows. I was surprised that there was not a microwave in the room, nor an information booklet. The television has some info, but not very much. What was disappointing was the sewage that came up in the bathtub. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

We left our yeti in the back of our truck for our 2 night 3 day stay and not once was it tampered with. The staff and facility were clean and great amenities.

I do think a bit of a refresh would be great…eventually. One reason I love this particular hotel is that you are so environmentally conscious. From the toiletries to the numerous recycling bins next to the trash bins. The one thing I struggled with on this stay was that it was graduation weekend. Pretty noisy (no fault of yours!). Perhaps there could have been a security guard that just roamed the halls?

Maintenance is needed in most of all rooms as my room the headboard to the bed was not attached to the wall making noise unlike the other bed. Also the cold water faucet in the restroom did not work.

Very decent and safe place to stay. Good room size. Beds are comfortable. There are Starbucks coffee bags available in the room with coffee maker. Also refrigerator and TV are there. It doesn’t have a microwave. Overall is good.
