Got in the room it was freezing cold. Turned on the one and only heater, took 2 hours to be comfortable. The windows don’t close properly so cold air comes in. Two double beds, not queen. The place is run down but they renovated the bathroom.

Didnt like hot tub closed at 9:30 due to shift workers. Put them on the outside rather than whete atrium is then so other guests can enjoy amenities. I had to get 3 sets of key cards as my room would not let me in. Otherwise ok place for price.

Hotel is old, but functional. Front desk staff was very good. Rooms - mattress was good, pillows not so much. TV was quite bad - small, not hi-def, minimal channels. The bathroom was fine. Coffee maker and amenities were good.

Nicely renovated hotel. Clean and quiet . Our room did not get made up ( 2 night stay). However the evening front desk staff were very hospitable and apologetic when we went to get coffee packages and even offered option of free breakfast the next morning as compensation which more than made up for earlier issue. Kudos to those staff!

The room was very dark even with all of the lights on. It was really hard to read a book without proper lighting. The air conditioner was really noisy - had to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep Continental breakfast that was offered for an extra fee sounded really good, but turned out to be nothing special We also had problems with the rear door to the property. It was supposed to be locked and secure, and needing a room key to enter that way. But it just didn't work and so was being blocked open all the time or not working at all. Not convenient at all after we were told it would be easier for us to park around the back and use the rear doorway to get in and out. After all that it might have been nice to have a soak in the hot tub but it was out of order. As for the pool, it was pathetically small and not inviting for either of us. We definitely won't be staying there again.

Our room was nice and clean, front desk staff very helpful. However the atrium pool is very tired- and poor ventilation in there made it too hot and stuffy to sit around the pool - I would say over 30 degrees C. Needs a Reno badly.

I reserved via Expedia for a hotel that would allow dogs and include breakfast, however I was informed that breakfast was not included for Expedia booking. Also the AC was not working very well which made sleeping very difficult. There were also renos happening so it got noisy and messy on our floor

Fair value. Stayed in a suite, room size is good. Air conditioning unit is extremely noisy and cannot cool the entire suite. Bathroom was newly renovated, definitely well done. Wanted to make a coffee, all three coffee cups (disposable) were stained.

This is an outdated property. It does not accommodate anyone with mobility issues, with multiple sets of stairs and the elevator at the far end of the building from the desk. The air conditioning in the building hallways is either absent or inadequate. The air conditioning in the rooms adjacent to the pool area is inadequate and the room was stuffy and humid. Our check out took about 20 - 30 minutes, including a 10 minute wait for the desk clerk who was busy with other duties. Breakfast is available but NOT included. The breakfast room was locked, so each guest had to be admitted individually, and there was an additional charge on our final bill for each breakfast. We will not be returning or recommending this Sandman location.

The towels were always gone around the pool, the shower noob for the shower in the room was missing, the bathroom sink was stained, the door locks was hard to work. Always had to play with it to work. Sorry but the toilets were basically for little kids. I didn’t care for the place

Our shower did not work, nor did the phone in the room. I asked the front desk to either come take a look at our shower, or look into switching our room, and they did neither. When I checked out, I brought this to their attention, and they did nothing to remedy the situation. Would not return.

Bed was comfortable, ac didn’t work it was 90 degrees in room and staff weren’t willing to help. Through enough complaints someone else cancelled there room and we were moved to another room and ac worked. Staff was happy that whoever cancelled due to wildfires and tgey were still getting paid for room!!
