Room was designated to sleep 5. Only had a king bed with pull out sofa bed. Sofa bed was in terrible condition, use safe in middle. Room condition was not great, couch and other furniture dirty and stained.

The mattress was old and stained as was the sofa. Carpet was dirty also torn. The bathtub had dark foot stains. In the hallway the carpet was torn wherever there was a seam and they used tape to cover it. It was dangerous for my husband and I as we are 77. We were there for 12 days to spend time with family for our 52nd. Anniversary. It was $1500.00 dollars for our stay. We would have been charged if we left early.

The carpet needs to be removed throughout and a dehumidifier needs to be installed. The hotel smells horrible and looks very outdated. There is a severe moisture problem and incomplete projects. The lobby is nice, that’s it. We will not be returning.

We were in town for a wedding. Overall the location was decent but the bed was very uncomfortable. Room was pretty small to be a suite. I guess you get what pay for

The parking lot was trashy and there were people seating out in the parking let and making me feel unsafe. On top of that someone kept pulling on the fire alarm, I believe. Due to the fact that it kept going off. The hotel tried to be as accommodating as best they could.

You get what you pay for. If it wasn't for the friendly, awesome staff and the great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It would have been a total bust. Clearly Marriot has not put a dime into this property since it was built. Very poor conditions and everything including mattresses and decor were dated. There wasn't a USB port anywhere to be found in the hotel to charge a phone. The elliptical in the Fitness Room had an iPod plugin. I would not recommend this hotel!

The first room I was put in (147) the floor was soaking wet by the air conditioning. It smelled very bad of mold so it must have been leaking for awhile . I was moved to another room (207) that room was fine. The bathroom had hair all over the tub and the faucet was broken. Just overall not clean . The guy that checked me in was nice and very accommodating

Pictures online are deceiving. Room had severe mildew issue. Staff was great about moving us to a different room but cleanliness was still on the lower end. Broken window and stains on all walls.

Run down old hotel, no way worth the $178 a night they charged. Stayed for a week for softball and requested cleaning and towels several times and never received it! Pool was the only saving grace in the whole stay cause it kept the kids happy. Tv was very limited, but the air conditioner blew cold air, that kept up on the hot days.

Up on check in my wife and I were not entirely pleased with the handicap room that we had I went to the front desk and the gentleman was just wonderful to deal with. He grabbed a couple of keys and said let’s go searching and find something that you will like, he did and we did the rest of our stay. He was just a wonderful guy to deal with will probably be back.

Would not offer a government discount because we booked through Hotel.com. As soon as we opened the door to our suite, we were met with a foul, musky odor. When we opened up the sofa pullout bed, there were numerous small pieces of garbage that were on top of the sofa mattress. We called down to the front desk and they sent someone up who agreed that it was disgusting and unacceptable. He ended up vacuuming the garbage and replaced the sofa bed mattress. He also brought us additional sheets and pillows as there were no additional pillows in our room, just the 4 on the master bed. The hotel was booked so they said that they did not have another room to put us in. Television only had basic channels and the breakfast was just ok. Not very happy that we had to pay $200 for what Hotels.com showed as a highly rated room. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Upon checking out, I noticed the room was charged $30 more than what my receipt showed when booked. I called the hotel to see why and they said it was an incendental fee in case there is any damage to the room. I was not told about this before hand and there was nothing provided that explained that this charge would happen. They told me that the charge will be removed from my bill in 5-7 days as long as there wasn't any damage to the room. Overall, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in hotel. Hotel definitely did not match up with the descriptions provided by Hotels.com.

I got a call 44 minutes before my arrival statinv the hotel had been over booked and there was no room for me even though i had paid, checked in digitally, and received a re receipt. I will not book with Hotels.com ever again. I didnt know this was even possible. Now that i know i will only book directly with the hotel.

Our comforter on our bed had a giant urine stain when we checked in also getting new towels which we asked for at 7:30am and didn’t arrive until 9:30 pm on our last night couldn’t take a shower all day other than that I guess it was average

There was nothing not to like about this property. Every single staff member there was so nice. Danny who works the front desk was so personable. The people working the pool and just your general staff people walking around. Definitely will be coming back.

The hotel is clearly old. The bathroom was out of soap. The hallway and room had a strong smell of Marijuana. The front desk apologized but almost laughed it off when we told them about the smell. We checked in well after check in time, and still had to wait for the room to be finished.
