The shower was clogged up l, so when I took a shower there was standing water up to my ankle. I notified the front desk and they said they would send maintenance up right away. Maintenance never showed up. I literally had to take a shower in standing water and then washed my feet in the sink afterwards. Unacceptable.

I couldn't find many choices in Richmond, and I was very disappointed with this property. The lobby and my room were rather drab. I tried the onsite restaurant because there is practically nothing else close by other than fast food. My dinner (meatball platter) was overcooked and covered with a slab of cheese. Bath towels were thin and scratchy. Not a pleasant stay.

WOW! Great hotel. It's close to shopping, restaurants and the freeway. From the minute we arrived we were greeted warmly by Angi at the front desk. We asked if we could have a room where we could see the bay. The room was very nice and we were very pleased. We couldn't see the bay though. When we went down to get a drink from the café Angi asked if the room was okay, we said yes but we couldn't see the bay. She changed our room right away and even helped us move our things. The room was clean, comfortably and had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The bed was very comfortably and had 4 pillows. My husband likes to unpack and put everything away. There was a dresser and lots of hangers in the closet. There was also an iron and ironing board. And they even had a recycling trash can. This was the first time I ever saw a hotel that felt recycling was important. Chef Jovon who ran the hotels Bistro Cafe was very friendly and checked to see if were satisfied with our drinks. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Good except for little kids. The bistro had only one high chair available. Hotel is nice and clean but i was also told there would be cribs available. It was a pack a play… not a crib. So my toddler twins barely slept. Had to bring them in the bed because a pack and play is not soft (basically feels like a hard floor).

The staff and their service were second to none. I would stay there again purely for that reason. The property although well kept felt like it needed some modernizing/refurbishments. However the room was clean and comfortable and did have everything I needed. The only suggestion I would make is for breakfast to be served buffet style. I only mention it because I was there on business and needed to be punctual. However, I had to wait a while for the only member of staff on shift to finish cooking other peoples breakfast orders before being able to take my order and cook it. I almost had to skip it. But I want to stress this is a positive review - the staff were truly wonderful!

The only thing that was very terrible was the distance from the parking area for handicap parking to the entrance of the Hotel!! Way too far for me with bad knees! They need a side entrance to accommodate the handicapped, near the parking area. Too much walking...then you get inside and have to walk to your room.

I had never seen a hotel bathtub clogged when you take a shower. Maintenance guy came and worked on it for 15 minutes. They at first gave us the worst room between the kitchen and a gym. The smell of the food being cooked and the noise coming out of the gym was terrible. They moved us to 4th floor and lied about why they put us in the first floor by saying I asked for convinient room because I was limping. I did not ask.

We had a very comfortable stay, we had reserved 3 rooms for our family. The beds were comfortable and we were given rooms right next to each other. We requested for microwave and that was delivered to our room immediately. Joshua at the front desk was extremely helpful and accomodations a late checkout. Would stay at the same hotel every time I am in the area.

Was wakened at 6 am by a loud, non-stop noise from an unknown origin. I called the front desk to have them come to the room to determine the source. Was then told the noise was from a faulty boiler directly below my room. Since the noise was loud and constant, I asked for a discount, but all they would provide me was a free breakfast. I would have rather paid for my breakfast and slept in instead of being wakened at 6 to a noise that never stopped.
