I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was, comfortable beds and perfect location in the heart of downtown. Close enough to walk to many attractions. Staff was friendly and parking was easy in the hotel garage.

Everything was ok but the last night of our stay, someone was smoking cigarettes and it was coming through the air vents. I called front desk at around midnight and again at 4am both times it woke me up coughing (I hav severe asthma). I ended up having to sleep with the balcony door open (@ 34 degrees!) just to get fresh air.

Picked the Warwick for hot tub & pool. Hot tub was not hot. Disappointing. During our two night stay we smelled much marijuana & cigarette smoke from a neighboring room. It was horrible.

Great hotel, great location, great service. My stay was advertised on Hotels.com with a special perk of free self parking. Somehow that didn't get recorded on my reservation, but I showed them the listing and they refunded what they had charged me for parking.

The service is outstanding. The location is perfect. The rooms are large with comfy beds. I will only stay here when visiting Seattle.

Then hotel is in a great location, within 15 minute walk to ferry, Pike Place market and lots of restaurants. Its about a 20 minute to Lumen Field. The only thing that was an issue was parking. I would have been charged $150 to park for three nights. I parked for a few hour's decided to move my vehicle off site for a much cheaper rate. There are lots of parkades in the area. I was under the belief that I would get my parking refunded but was still charged $18 for 4 hours. The cost of the hotel just under $1500 Canadian for 3 night's. Which is pricey but shared with some people it was not as bad. I would consider staying there again but trying calling to book if possible. I booked through a 3rd party and not sure of that made a difference or not.

While the property is a bit tired. The staff was great, there was variety in food and drink venues and the property was clean overall. Also close to May attractions.

Stayed there due to its location to the Moore theater. Plus, I had stayed there before.
The front desk staff super friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant staff could use some training. We waited for 15 mins before someone took our drink orders and there was no one in the bar or restaurant it was 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.
The rooms are great the beds are so luxurious and lots of pillows ! The issue was that there was not a updated plug in it didn’t have a USB CHARGER plug-in :( thank goodness I did have a usb cube.

We stayed 2 nights. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The hotel is old and showing its age, the rooms were not very cleaned they were dusty and the bathroom was still dirty, when the bed was made the second night all they did was pull up the covers and they missed the bottom sheet. They charge $6 for a bottle of water in the room. Parking is a rip off as well at $52 per night on top of the $250 a night charge. The only convenience it had was the walking distance to everything.

Great hotel with a great location and close to cafes, restaurants, shopping. Overall the room was clean. Some minor updates could be done like paint etc but no complaints.

Over all it was a nice comfortable stay. Reception area ladies were not friendly. Our room was nice clean the only downfall we had to keep calling for coffee and creamer for our coffee in the mornings and coffee cups. Over all it was a nice stay and we would stay again

We really liked view from room. Loved the uniqueness of old hotel. The bar was beautiful

The property was in a great location central to downtown. When you step outside you have to know exactly where you are going though because there was visible drug use happening right there. The staff were very helpful when requests were made but every day we had to get more towels and washcloths because there were 4 guests in the room and they would only leave two of everything. They also have a $30 per day "resort fee" that was added the day we arrived. They rooms were clean and building in great shape just need to be more proactive on the number of guests in each room and upfront with extra fees.

Very good location-near light rail, Pike’s Place Market, Aquarium, Space Needle, Ferris wheel, etc.. Ask the staff for an umbrella (this is Seattle). Everything is within walking distance. Yes, I’ll be back!

Ok stay - for the price, was expecting a bit more. Mildew in the bathroom and overall rooms need an update. Garage attendants tried to charge me $52/night even though it was clearly posted that it was $42. I had parking included with the room so whatever.. but after communicating this they seemed annoyed.

Room curtains dirty and stained along with bathroom
Ceilings and a tub drain had orange all around it. Exhaust fan in bathroom had dust bunnies coming out of it and quite visible. Property needs cleaning and updating and not what I expected from Warwick. In rooms 1505 and 1514 on August 22 and 23 2024

The perfect location while staying in Seattle. Walkable to Pike Place , tours, restaurants and Sphere. Movie theater across the street. Lounge / bar with restaurant if you want to dine in.

Lacked in cleanliness. The last night the “system” was down and the front desk thought our room was empty. They gave a key to other people. It was 1am. Luckily we had the deadbolt on. As a single mother who travels solo and with my child, this was extremely concerning. The front desk called after the other guests attempted multiple times to enter our room. When I addressed the concern the next morning, it was downplayed and shrugged off.

Great experience! Staff were incredible! Everything was so close and accessible for walking.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was centrally located to a bunch of different things, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness could be worked on. There was dust and grime in vents or along baseboards, little things like that. I did not like that there was no switch for a bathroom fan. I also noticed weird smells kept coming intp our room from the vents. It would smell like weed or something similar and it was incredibly strong. Overall though, it was a decent experience.

Was a great property close to all amenities.
Parking in the rear was $18 per day which was way better than the $52/day valet and safe!!
Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again for a future trip!

We really enjoyed Bill. The hotel is old, and the furnishings and bedding are beat up and look pretty dirty. The WORST thing was that my pillow smelled like bad breath. I took off the pillow case, and the actual pillow looked like drool stains. I'm pretty repulsed. Our coffee

The front desk girls are rude, snobby, and condescending.
