This hotel was worth every penny! The week before our stay, we were in NC and we had paid more to stay in a hotel that was more like a motel...we were blown away with EVERYTHING about this hotel. The location was great, staff was friendly, the room was amazing, and was well kept. The room was so cozy we almost didn't want to leave for our booked plans. Staff was excellent, we got a text asking how our stay was after a few hours. We had noticed the tv remote didn't work, so we mentioned it not thinking anything of it. When we got back to our room we had a new remote that worked! Fresh cookies at check-in was a plus too! Will definitely book again in the future

Had a party of 3 Adults but the essentials was not stocked only had towel Bath towels and Teo wash clothes no hand towels bathroom mats. Paiid for 3 guest but poor accommodations Also was told something different each time I called hotel.

Property in a great location, friendly service at check in & check out. Room nice. Beds comfortable. Hotel over all seemed very clean except our room 347 had a huge stain in ceiling that looked like mildew and bathroom air vent had a lot of mildew on it. We checked in late, room only had lamps for lights so didn't see both until in morning as checking out. With allergy issues my son & daughter-in-law started having issues as we were getting ready in morning to check out. We were only there 1 night. Would stay again when we visit but will inspect room before staying.

Overall this was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked. The hotel breakfast buffet was $18.99 per person, so a tad pricey. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. I would recommend asking not to be on the first floor though. We were on the first floor located by the entrance and the rooms are not sound proof.

Our room had poor plumbing. No one would answer at the front desk from the room phone so I had to call from my cell phone to get an answer. They sent engineering who commenced to give me a lesson on how to flush a toilet. Nothing was resolved. In the middle of the night it got very warm in the room and hotter that morning. No response from the room phone. Went downstairs and was told there was a "power surge" would be fixed early evening. Last night into early morning fire alarm goes off. Non Emergency except I had to call front desk. They answered this time. There appeared to be red blood drops all over the carpet. There was holes in the bathroom walls from missing pieces that used to hold towels.

The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was no microwave in our room. Unfortunately there were other guests allowing children to run around screaming unsupervised . I had to take a two year old that wandered to the elevators to find it's parent due to lack of parental supervision.

I have had great stays at Doubletree in the past. Not this time. The cookies were burnt upon check-in. After that, they never had an available at front desk. I finally asked at the kitchen and Chef Seneka was gracious enough to give me some. She was nicest and most helpful person I encountered. The bathroom was disgusting. There was urine at the base of the toilet and it smelled like, too! Even after call housekeeping and them sending someone up to clean, she left the urine around the base. Not thorough at all. I texted them a picture. They never came to clean it up. Two of the light fixtures in the room were not functioning even after I changed the bulb. The front desk clerk the evening of August 17th had a very nasty attitude. She doesn't deserve to work with the public. Put her in the back somewhere. I received a text from management at 4:30 AM in response to my text the night before. Then Housekeeping woke me at 9:30AM to ask for trash. Very unprofessional staff. Could use training in the hospitality business.

Property was great, staff and bartenders were very nice and friendly. They could use some updates as far as the rooms a little paint job and microwave in the room. Food was also great that salmon was amazing 10/10. Overall experience 8.5/10

The only thing i say was a little awkard was that , i stayed in a double room and the box spring on the bed i was on smelled a bit molded. But other than that the property is beautiful and i would stay again.

We arrived a little early but was told it would be a $75 early check in fee so we just chose to wait. Once we got to the room there was a MILDEW smell. It wasn't overpowering but it was there. I remember seeing someone else say that in another review & I also smelt it in another area of the hotel so I knew the hotel was aware & nothing was going to be done doing our stay. The hotel does offer breakfast but it's $18.99 PER PERSON!! No thank you! Waffle House it was :). Out of 9 lamps in our room only 4 worked & I made sure to leave sticky notes on each one that DIDNT work so hopefully they will be fixed for the next guest. There were also these metal studs that the box spring sits on but unfortunately on one of the beds the box spring wasn't on them & three of them stuck out causing my daughter to constantly scrap her leg when trying to get in & out the bed. I tried to fix it but the bed was to heavy. I just made her get in & out on the opposite side. The rooms does not have a microwave but it does include a mini fridge & a coffee machine. The coffee machine was actually a little dirty on the inside where you would pour the water so I ended up not using it. The tub also drained slow so while we took showers the water filled up & the next person had to wait until the tub drained to get in. Overall the stay it's self wasn't bad at all. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's about 15-20 mins from everywhere but it's Atlanta 15 mins is really 30.

1st rroom, keys did not work to open door. 2nd room Air conditioning did not work 3rd room closet sliding door broken Maintenance entered my room unaanounced while sleeping to "fix"sliding door, but never came back in 2 days to fix.

The front desk associate Antonio was amazing, he did his best to help accommodate me. However, the first room I was put in smelled horrible and had mold in the shower. I expressed this to Antonio and he moved me to a different room. That took didn't have a smell but the shower was so bad I didn't feel comfortable using it. The sink had mold around it, there was dust everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel or will be coming back. The only thing that made this experience a good one was Antonio!
