This will be the second time I’ve stayed there actually stayed in the same room both times my only complaint is the room gets super hot. You turn the AC down and it’s like they have a preset at 70 and the room will not get any cooler than that.

This place was giving crime scene vibes. The curtains in our room had red and brown liquid stains splattered all over them. Coffee? Wine? Blood? Who knows. There were hairs on my pillowcase when we arrived. The mini fridge remained luke warm and the knob to adjust the fridge temperature was broken. The closet was so weird and dysfunctional. A tiny area for hanging clothes with enough space for three shirts but nothing longer because the rod was barely a foot off the floor and was crammed between a safe and the wall. The top half of the closet was just a giant shelf with nothing to hang clothes from. The Do Not Disturb was a tiny, dirty magnet that would not stick to the door or door frame so we couldn't use that sign. HVAC sounds like a jet engine. You have to pay for in-room internet! The interior courtyard with trees and pool looks nice. The bed was comfortable. We skipped the free breakfast because everything else was so dirty.

Was very quiet and check in went very easy and fast. Breakfast wasn’t bad at all either they had great customer service 10/10. The beds were a bit on the stiffer side but I slep like a baby still. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again

I really appreciated the effort to cut the use of plastic with real glass glasses, and no plastic bags in garbage containers. I would love to see that in all hotels/motels. Breakfast room attendants were very helpful and cordial.

Terrible stay. They knocked my door at 9 am to ask if they could clean the room at that time instead of only waiting until 11 am (check out time) to do it. I had arrived at almost 3 am and was very tired because I had driven for 8 hours. Even though I had the do not disturb sign outside my door the cleaning lady was screaming through a radio in spanish right outside my door for me to wake up. I will never stay back here.

TERRIBLE HOTEL. Don’t stay here!! They wake you up at 9:00 knocking the door EVEN if you have the “Do not disturb” sign. I got here at 1 am last night and they woke me up this morning to “clean the room” even if the check out is at 11 am and they could’ve done it at that time. Last time was the same I had the don’t disturb sign and still was woke by a puerto rican lady screaming in spanish through the radio. Im very upset and never staying back here!!!!!!! So disrespectful

TERRIBLE HOTEL. If you’re looking for a place to REST this isn’t it. Very noisy and they wake you up in the morning to clean the room instead of doing it after the check out. I complaint about this the last time and they did it again today. There’s so many other stay options in Tucson. I’m NEVER staying back here. Terrible experience.

I was irritated that our room was at the back of the property next to the door that separated the inside hallway from the outside hallway and also next to the elevator. So it was quite a noisy location not sure why they put us there when the hotel appeared to be only about 1/4 full if that. Aside from that the room was very nice and clean and the staff was pleasant

We liked the updated furniture, electronics and the great free buffet breakfast. We didn't like the hard beds (terrible for side sleepers), malfunctioning ac (too cold all night despite turning on the heater to 80), and allowing barking dogs in the adjacent rooms.

Really nice rooms, very clean. Next to the IHOP and the Tucson Medical Center. The room door could seal tighter, hallway noise is kind of loud at times. A small complaint, otherwise really good room.

The stay was only for the night & I left by 4:45 am. Only thing I can say I would have liked to have been informed of the $100 "incidental deposit". This hotel is very nice, but the booking is non-refundable & no pre-warning of the incidental deposit until you go to check in. Aside from that, the hotel is nice. Rooms were clean, & the beds were super comfortable. Considering its located in a major city, you wouldn't even know it necause how quiet the room was.

I stay around 50 nights every year in Tucson for the last 15 years and this had become my go-to. But I think I'm done with them. The property is fine, and the rooms are incredible since they upgraded them some years ago. But the staff/service is rough. Occasionally I have meetings get done early and need to check into hotels around 2pm, and this is the one Tucson hotel that refuses me every time. Even on July days where their occupancy rate is likely 20%. And this last trip I tried to extend an additional night, and they made it so difficult at the front desk I ended up leaving and staying the night elsewhere.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire place had a noticeable odor and felt unclean, including our room. I expected more from a Sheraton hotel. Although the breakfast was complimentary, it was not appetizing, and I felt uncomfortable eating it. I won't be booking at this hotel again. However, I must mention that the staff was very friendly, which was the one positive aspect of my stay.

Love the room. The separator curtain allowed my husband and I to pack the bags on one side of the room without keeping our kids awake. The size of the bed was great. We went on a road trip - stayed at 7 hotels, my husband said this was his favorite room. The big problem was we got there extremely late and immediately went to bed, only to find blood in BOTH beds in the morning that was definitely not from any of us. It was gross. Reminder to always pull back the sheets and check. I will never forget now.

Hotel is very close to the Tucson medical center, malls, restaurants and has a very nice view to the mountains. Restaurant service and pool area are very nice. I will stay there again and I recommend the hotel.
