I got a room there because the pool looked nicer then othere hotels and yes it was nice the pool but we where not able to use it because the water was freezing and the room of the pool was cold too. I dont think they have heaters other then in the rooms because even walking down the hallways it was cold. There was carpet stains all over the hallways. The room could have been cleaned better in the bathtub there was hair and it didnt drain fast so the hair just kinda stood there. Overall i guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel was ok. It's older which is fine. Olny real gripe was that there is no elevator! Had to haul everything up stairs and back down.

Our toilet over flowed and they gave us a plunger, it flowed on to the bathroom floor and all they did was give us towels so we could soak it up and take a shower! It sucked

The staff were more then helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
Would recommend them to friends and family in the future'

This was a quick over night stay, so we figured $68 wasn’t too terrible for a hotel with a 7.8 review rating. I have no clue how this hotel has a 7.8 review rating. Our room had visible water damage in both the sleeping area wall and in the bathroom.
Wall paper was bubbled and torn all the way down the wall from water damage. A section on the bathroom ceiling was completely gone from water damage and hading been replaced. Mildew and mold could very easily have been in those spots and definitely in the air. Had we not walked our kids straight from the car and into bed after our long drive. I would have switched rooms. We didn’t even have toilet paper in our bathroom when we arrived. The ice machine was broken, there was trash scattered throughout the parking lot and the property. You get what you pay for, but this was just very disappointing and embarrassing. I would have paid the next highest hotel of $150 for 8 hours of sleep had I known what I was really getting. Don’t let the photos trick you, this property should shut down and remodel.

Very cheap hotel, not far from centre of Roswell, a couple of places to eat nearby like applebees, dennys, whataburger, needs some upgrading, staff were very nice, rooms very tired but clean, had a musty smell, aircon noisy, but overall good for the price

The breakfast food was alright, and some strange neighbors in the hotel rooms.

The front desk worker was nice and polite. This hotel however has defiantly seen better days. Extremely worn and old. I chose this hotel because it advertised having laundry facilities. It DOES NOT have laundry facilities. All the photos are taken from the hotel but it must have been 40 years ago. It has aged but not like fine wine.

There was gun stuck to the top of the coffee table. The AC only cooled half the room. The back door was propped open with a trash can and then was hard to latch. The carpet in the hallway had a lot of stains.

Property has a lpt of potential, but the owners need to hurry up and complete the renovations. The vibe was they are running out of money faster than they are finishing repairs, which is unfortunate.

Property needs remodeling. Needs better management. No one was ever at the Front desk. The pool and sauna were not working. Check out was at 11 a.m. but management banged on our door at 9:30 a.m. and said we needed to go.

This property was not what I expected especially for the price. First of all there is no elevator and no A/C on the stairs or hallways which is miserable in the desert in July. Neither the pool nor hot tub were functional. Our bathroom floor was disgusting as was the shower. Speaking of the shower ours did not drain properly. The room A/C vents were pointed directly down on one of the beds causing me to freeze one night. No extra blankets in the room either. Thank goodness my husband fixed that problem. The sheets were so wrinkled that I’m not sure if they were fresh. What passes for a comforter is so thin it’s pitiful. Nice tv with plenty of channels. The bed was comfortable once I was no longer freezing. I would not stay here again.

Put me in a room with ac broken. It was 95 degrees in the room and they didn’t want to move me. So many guests had problems and the lobby was full of angry people for ac issues toilets flooding and lost reservations. They finally did move me to another room but it was dirty. Beer can on the floor toilet didn’t flush. Chair was falling apart. Windows and tables dirty. The rest of the town was booked due to the ufo festival. Otherwise I would have left. I ended up going to Walmart to buy bedding because I was not sleeping on their dirty sheets that I’m sure weren’t changed since the entire room was disgusting. I will never stay there again.

Under new management. Bathtub had been re-enameled with a non-slip mat left in so enamel was peeling.

Pool and hot tub were down for entire duration of a 3-night stay. Took an extended time to check in, but no biggie. Floor littered with debris. No plug for the tub and it took an hour to drain after a shower. Under bathroom sink leaking onto the floor. Half-full hotel shampoo provided. Neighbor across from me had issues with their key card, and then the next day mine wasn't working. Zero verification of ID when reported to be fixed. Slim blankets provides. Duvet cover was just another sheet. No housekeeping offered or provided.

The check in process was at least quick, but upon arriving at the room, it was incredibly warm (thermostat showed 81) and the fan was blasting. It was set to supposedly 56 to try to force it to cool, but nothing was happening. The room was not entirely clean in many places, and the pool below in the courtyard in my view in the window had a film over it, and the hot tub was drained (a sign at the front desk said it was closed indefinitely) We skipped the breakfast, upon seeing some stale items and opted for a restaurant in town instead. Was not a good experience, and I travel a great deal, so I have a lot to compare this to when I say I think it was possibly the worst place I have stayed.

The first room was 85 degrees. The second room had AC but the toilet did not flush. The room had a beer can on the floor so it wasn't vacuumed. The room refrigerator was broken. The pool and spa were not open. The pool was greenish so it had not been operating for a while. The complimentary breakfast had NO ONE taking care of it. No coffee. A bowl of bananas.

When we arrived, they have a sign that Pool and hot tub are closed until further notice. We got to room at 3pm, check in time. Our door was propped open and dirty wet towels on bathroom floor. We had one clean towel in our bathroom. The bed was missing the top blanket so we slept with just sheets. The bathroom was not clean, had hair all over the place and drain did not work in bathtub. No elevators either so have to take stairs.

Went to check in to hotel/had itinerary number/receipt/everything and the hotel said Expedia hadn’t given them the money for room therefore we were out of luck, we didn’t have a place to stay on a festival night and ruined our vacation to say the least

The hotel is falling a part. The looks to rooms and back entrance don't work. The breakfast had old toast, expired milk unhealthy Sunny Delight instead of Orange juice. No jam for the toast. Dark grey boilled eggs...
The pool' which they advertised on their website has green algea infested water and the have cut the AC for the general areas.

The trash cans at the back entrance were over flowing. Trash was in the back parking lot. Swimming pool was not open. Place was run down.

The air conditioning in hallways, meeting room were we met was nonexistent. Very run down, towels were almost see thru and dingy. Spills on walls from prior guests not cleaned. Carpets tacky. On the whole cleanliness left much to be desired. The printers don’t work and staff at times rude. I reserved 3-4 before our conference, I had requested a ground floor that did not happen. I can not recommend

it looks like this property has new owners and is in transition(?)
the place is very poorly maintained; when I checked in, I was informed the pool and hot tub were out of order (one of the reasons I wanted this hotel). the bathroom in my room 154) was not clean, there was hair in the sink, and it appeared the faucet and surfaces had not even been wiped down. Same in the main part of the room - bedside table and tv stand had not been cleaned and had some kind of sticky residue on them.
Most of the common areas beyond the lobby seem to have fallen into disrepair;
the pool had stagnant water in it and gunk was very evident on top of the water, as if it had been sitting for quite some time. There were dead leaves on the walkways of the pool atrium, and the trees and foliage looked as if they had not been properly watered for a long time. The free breakfast bar barely had anything available (another of the reasons I chose this hotel).
There are at least 7 hotels on the same block (Main St. in Roswell, and I wish I had chosen a competitor, because I did not get what I paid for, not even close.

The property was very clean and the free parking even better. The two things that were missing were a laundry area and the pool was not available. The pool would have been nice considering the heat of the day. But I would stay there again.

Pool was out of service. Hot tub out if service
. Room had broken missing tiles. Large spot from leak in the sleeping area. Breakfast was a very minimal. Coffee in the lobby was only available until 9 am. Condition and amenities are that of a no tell motel

I was told to Wait for half an hour until they finished my rooms on 1st level then when I went to counter they have given my room to someone else. When I went to room on 2nd floor the bathroom was dirty left towel on shower n linens left in room. It was not housekeeper, it was management rushing them,

Room was not clean. There were a couple of stain in the bathroom & water puddled around the sink even though I was checking in at 10:45 pm. There’s no elevator & no vending machines on the property. The bed mattresses are worn out & need to be replaced. The pillows are old & very squishy.
It is in a central location.

Overbooked and not refunding me. The people running this place are morons

Property was dirty , room not clean. Other peoples trash found under bed and behind chair. Blood on towel.
Downgraded to queen room after booked a king room. Pools and hot tub out of order. Bathrooms in common areas out of order. Had to wait till 4.40pm to check after being told to come back later room not ready. Only to come back and say they don't have a room anymore for me. All of this while I had been evacuated and my house was at risk of being burnt in a wildfire. Expedia tried to help me but hotel refused to do anything stating my room was an upgrade from a king to a double queen. Someone please explain how sleeping on a smaller bed with your partner or worse 2 separate beds is considered an upgrade. Please don't waste your time on this Motel.
