Other than the parking and lack of security in the underground parking garage the property is great. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The hotel building is really nice inside- just like the photos. The interior lobby and restaurant section felt nicer than the room. We had a suite style room and it was spacious, though the toilet flushed so slowly that it worried us every time. The room was pretty old too and didn’t quite live up to the Hilton standards we were expecting.

I called the morning I was to arrive and was assured there would be linens on the pull out couch. No linens. I waited 20 minutes before anyone showed up. I had to request clean towels on Saturday. There is black mold in the caulk around the tub. There was no place to park Saturday night. When is the last time you painted the stripes in you underground parking lot?

I had to switch rooms because the tub was broke in the first one and the toom was dirty. The ac did not work in the new room, so we were hot all night.

We really liked our stay at this location. Our room was a king suite and it had so much room! We loved the ability to park in two different lots and the breakfast was above average. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms have been updated and well kept-sparkling clean.

Sad that this used to be such a nice hotel. Looks like this hotel is stuck in the 90's. Nothing has changed since I stayed here back then. The lobby was hot, the desk clerks had to have 2 fans blowing on them just to keep kinda cool. My room was OK, was never a comfortable cool/cold. Find another hotel to stay at in this area.

The lobby of this hotel was so hot. Just sitting in the lobby I was sweating like crazy. I’ve stayed at several embassy suites and never experienced this before. The parking situation is a joke. Completely awful and feels very unsafe in the underground garages. The pool had so many chemicals in it in the morning my kids couldn’t swim. Very disappointed

The place is outdated. And the all of the hotel smells Moldy. Including the rooms they dont smell clean. Im very surprised because Embassy suits has higher standards. Just avoid this place.

Parking in the basement, around the elevators, was absolutely dirty and smelled like a sewer. No water in the room and limited number of towels and toiletries.

The room was good big and clean, the swimming pool is not like the pictures and it feels like a steaming room. The garage and surrounding look exactly the same. But for the buck is what are you getting for

I went with my children on a football trip. Everything was fine except that our refrigerator didn’t work. It was a bit crowded the weekend we went which was fine but I did not like how loud the people on top of us were blasting their music. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I’ve been different Embassy suites in different other cities but this location is the worst. I’ve been stay in my life everything looks ild the whole building smells pretty bad. The location is terrible. all the rooms are super old smell Terrible and the beds are very hard and you cannot sleep on it , Don’t stay in this place ..

Comfortable beds. Other furniture in the room was showing a lot of wear. Swimming pool was out of order. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a nice treat but the quality of the food was not very good.

DO NOT BOOK THIS IF YOU WANT A POOL!!! It was filthy! Hadn't been drained or cleaned in what looked like YEARS! We only booked it because of the pool and we were incredibly disappointed. The fact that they kept it in that manner was disgusting. The whole facility is very old and it shows.

The garage was very creepy and had a smell. The parking was not convenient and staff was not stocked with towels or blankets! Def. at the bottom in comparison to all other Embassy Suites.

The staff was very kind and helpful. but the property was in an area that wasn't the best. The inside of the property was old and outdated. which made things seems dirty and grimy. the furniture was so outdated that there were tears everywhere. the pool was also dirty and looked like there was algea. The flooring was cracked and the pool area was very humid.

The toilet tank cover was not the proper size. It presented an injury risk. The staff was not responsive in a timely manner. Approximately in excess of 48 hours Garage was dirty! The kitchen staff, omlette cook and bartenders were efficient professional and friendly!

Dud not like this place at all. Iron didn't work, noisy, room view faced the highway and you could hear traffic all through the night. Breakfast was absolutely horrible. Best choice was the cook to order omelet. They had a pile of sausage links that were not fit for animal consumption. Even had a pancake with mold on it. Heard a ton of complaints about the food. Family meeting area was hot and humid. Dead Roaches and halk of an eyelash were found in the rooms. YUCK! Free parking was dark, tight and treacherous. Hotel was supposedly renovated but management is what needs to overhauled. Basic hotel needs are being neglected. NO do not disturb plackards were available for guests, so housekeeping would just walk in at times even the front desk was told not to clean the room. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. With a separate bedroom there was space for one of us to sleep and not be disturbed. The breakfast was substantial. Bed was comfortable. There is a problem with homelessness in that area, but we felt safe.
