We love the property. We stayed there three times so far in the past year. One request to the property management is to quality check whether or not the guests have everything they need before checkin. We found no hand towels, no conditioner, body wash, bathroom mat. Small things matter.

The service
4.0
It is important to have clean rooms, it is for two people the amenities should be for two people. Customers should
Not have the need to ask to Cleanning staff for additional towels and soap etc. Little roaches all over.
Needs to be fumigated.
The staff act like they do not like their job.

The hotel is big and has a nice pool. We felt safe, with great views of the city. With the hotel being so big it’s hard to really have it clean. The room had dust everywhere, the water was brown. The AC didn’t work only made noise, they did offer a fan, but it was too hot! The power went out as well. The cleaning staff were really nice. The other issue is it’s location getting in and out is extremely hard as there is a highway in front the hotel. We had to alway go around in circles to leave the hotel. I would not stay again.

I loved the hotel vibe. It is old and needs a lot of care but it was like an oasis in the middle of the big city so quiet, calm and relaxing. I was not lucky to be in a room that has AC but you could ask for it upon arrival. I didn’t think it was necessary for us. Only two towels were provided daily and bedding is not changed daily but I did not mind since the city was in a severe drought and it is really unnecessary. I am not sure if this is reviewed by management but I do want to point out that Customer Service training is badly needed for the staff that works there. I could see that the hotel is fully staffed cause I saw people working everywhere but might as well not. The bellboy never offered help and always talking to a driver out in the parking lot, room service took 2 hours to be delivered and asking for support from the front desk was a challenge; they had a problem for any possible solution 😅. Staff is not rude they are just not helpful nor customer service oriented.
I am not too picky. I would stay there again just because of the view and the calmness of the place.

The location is great to be in the middle of everything in Guadalajara. The hotel is beautiful - on a high point where you can see the beautiful town at night. The pool was clean and rooms were clean. I would probably just invest in a better A/C system. Other than that everything was great!

No tv remote, no a/c remote, no phone, went to lobby twice asking for remotes. Both times replied no bell boy available, out for lunch, will send later. Never did comply.

When we arrived july 16 the refrigerator was warm. We pulled it out and had to plug it in but it made a terrible loud noise. We told the front desk. No one came. Wednesday we told desk again but no one came. It Never was fixed or replaced when we left Thursday. All our drinks were warm. We had to to buy ice. Other than that the place was nice. I don't know if we would comeback. And we go to guadalajara alot.

Had booked a room with Jacuzzi and water and jacuzzi out of service the hotel did not let us know until we found out in the room and then couldn't get a refund with the hotel

I was very disappointed by this property for three reasons. It has a swamp cooler not an AC unit in the room therefore it did a poor job of cooling the room. The front desk lady wasn’t customer oriented at all. I asked for a hand towel and she was of no help. I asked the house keeper for one and she gladly provided one for us. The last night before checking out our room ran out of water. We called the front desk and informed them of the issue. They provided water back to our room however it was contaminated with mud and rust. Once again I called the front desk to let them know about the water. Once again they were of no help. They stated that it was normal because they had provided us with new water. They told me to wait and the water would clear up. I waited about 5 hours and the problem was never resolved. The last issue was the slow WiFi.

I like this hotel a lot only that the air conditioner isn’t work well and it was very humid, also the internet doesn’t work well in the rooms. But the rest of the things were fine.

Water from faucet runs brown...shower drain backed up ,they say AC but it doesnt work, mosquitos ate me up every night staff very inconsistent no towels at the pool but tell you dont bring room towels to the pool constant ongoing construction noise kitchen i consistent never once have we gotten same meal was told the kitchen cant keep staff we order same menu items and they come differently each time..ive stayed several times because of the centralized location and affordability. Nice grounds there's privately owned homes and one in particular has 24 hour guards with hand guns and military style assult riffles a bit Concerning.

Personal and location were the highlights. Good service in reception, pool bar and cleaning of the rooms. The Hotel is not new, the rooms feel a bit humid , probably the floor carpet and the swimming pool was clearly not properly cleaned.
Nevertheless for the night we stayed and our purpose was a good hotel.

Wasn't too happy with the fact that my room wasn't ready when I got to the hotel for check-in. Had to wait almost an hour to get my room, 45minutes for it to be ready and another 10minutes for my keys to be made. The jacuzzi tub didn't work properly. Other than that, the room was comfortable and had a nice view of the city. Buffet was a bit pricey and we weren't asked if we needed anything, But the staff was ready for us to leave.

The only bad thing about the hotel was the disorganization of the front desk staff. I booked and paid for three rooms thru expedia but only one was room was reserved upon arrival. They claimed they didn't understand why there were 3 rooms under just one name, but I included all the people that would be staying in the rooms on the booking. They also said that transportation to the airport would be provided. It was supposed to be a van to take all 5 people in our group, but one small taxi showed up. Another taxi arrived later and we caravaned to the airport, but when we arrived at the airport we were expected to pay for the taxis - it was not included. We also had laundry done which was picked up and paid for, but at check out they insisted that we prove it was paid for. Fortunately, receipts were kept. The cleaning staff and wait staff were great, the grounds were beautiful and the views incredible. Because it's up on a hilltop you can't really walk anywhere so Uber is the only way to get to food or anything else.

Our 2nd time staying here, because we loved it the first time! We stayed here because of the location to the airport. The site and views are beautiful. It is up on a hill and away t from the hustle and bustle of the city. An uber into town is about 12$ and 20 mins away. We are going back!

To begin, the front desk girl Mara was very unwelcoming and dry for a person receiving guests at what is supposed to be a higher end hotel. Who appeared to be her trainee, Genesis was great. After being questioned whether we even had a reservation, we were given a room towards the back of the property. On our way to the room we ran into a worker (blue-green uniform) who we asked for directions. He was standing staring at the ground and seemed to be on drugs and didn’t acknowledge us. The room AC did not blow cold air. The room was dirty, with hair still on the shower floor. We were given a phone extension to call for the front desk, which no one ever answered. We ate at the breakfast buffet, which was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The wait staff didn’t as much as welcome us and we just sat ourselves, while they walked around us. Not until the manager arrived, did they start clearing dishes off the table. To add to this, an old dog and two cats walked into the dinning room looking for food. Never will I even consider this place for 1/2 the price! Radisson should just replace some of this crew. Send in some management as guests to see for yourselves!

WiFi is very poor if any. Bathroom door was locked when I checked in. TV was not working at all.

This place is old but beautiful, maybe best for some one that needs to take a brake and relax.
