Best hotel to stay at in Carson will stay here again

Dated hotel. Elevator buttons no longer light up. My pillow had bloodstains on it. Tub drain would not work properly. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Cookies delicious.

This was my first time staying here & i was satisfying. The only thing that puzzled me was the parking fee. But over all the Russian lady Christine was super sweet & friendly. Me & my family will be returning when i need to come down to see my family.

No bottles of water in room, front desk looked like they were not happy working there, water in the shower head not coming out properly, very poor customer service with room service order, had to rekey original key twice, overall horrible experience! I had stayed there in Jan 2023 and something changed! I will not be going back to this property

The property itself is fine and is perfect for a weekend getaway, but their check in rules are quite stingy and not always reliable. I booked up my flight back in March of this year and knew that I was going to arrive at the hotel at midnight of June 30th. I called beforehand to ask what was the the deadline to check in and the man on the phone said 3AM which gave me enough time to get from the airport and to the hotel and check in no problem. But when I got to the property, staff begin to tell me that I should have bookes the day before as well (keep in mind, I wasn't even in the country the day before) so I could check in no problem and made me wait 2 extra hours after an already tiring flight. Aside from that, it was a decent enough stay

The room was very clean and the temperature was comfortable upon our arrival! The room was cleaned and new bedding and towels were provided daily. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. Good for families! Great location!

One of the worst serviced hotels I’ve been to. My family and I decided to book for our vacation stay and will not book with Hilton again. We arrived at 3:30pm (after check in) & still had to wait over 40 mins to check in. There was a long line of people waiting to check in and even though there were 3 front office assistants working only one was checking in. Once it was finally our turn to check in we still had to wait another 40 mins in the lobby with our luggage because they had no clean rooms available. After finally getting to our rooms, they did not look the cleanest. My brothers room had a cockroach in their bathroom. He was also overcharged water due to there being a glitch in their system, he advised front desk and they said it was only a glitch and that it wouldn’t overcharge him but it did. The deposit for the hotel was 150 and I only received 130 back. It blows my mind because we were hardly there, we did not make a mess and certainly did not take anything. If you do decide to book with them make sure to take pictures of your hotel rooms when first arriving and after leaving because they will try and screw you over.

Our stay here was not a good experience for myself and my family. when it was time to check in at 3 our rooms weren’t ready and we had to wait in the lobby, there was a roach in our room, they attempted to charge us again after paying already but they did not succeed. Then after my boyfriend went to buy a water in the lobby with a kitkat, & gummy bears and it came out at $17 he said no to the kitkat because it was too much for 3 things and even after not taking the kitkat they still continued and charged him $17 for the two items. Will never stay here again. They said there would be a manager the next morning we can speak to about our experience and then next morning there was still no manager to speak to.

Book the room at 12:01am Saturday morning and the Clerk refused to Check me in to the room.

My husband, mom, and I all arrived Wed night around 10pm. Exhausted from the days events. We went to straight to our room, showered and fell asleep. We trusted the integrity of the room.
Upon waking up Thurs morning, we discovered all of the bedding on BOTH beds were in bad condition and soiled. One pillow case had blood stains.
Ariana, director of housekeeping. offered breakfast vouchers and ensured the linen would be changed. We declined her offer to switch rooms because this wasn't a room issue. It was a housekeeping issue. A different room still has the same housekeeping
We get back to our room the 2nd night. We see the linens were changed and the room was serviced. Then my husband discovers our "fresh" towels are stained with a brown substances.
This is now the SECOND time in less than 24 hours that we have encountered a major fail by housekeeping.
At checkout I spoke to Daniel the Front Desk Manager. He was unwilling to accommodate the refund of a night for our troubles and inconveniences, stating "If it were bed bugs, sure I can refund a night. Dirty sheets and a towel, I can't justify that to my boss"
Daniel was clearly more concerned with how this would affect him rather than the customer. He tried placing blame on us for staying in the room and not switching. Repeating, dirty sheets and a dirty towels on 2 separate nights isn't justification enough for him to refund a night. I will never stay at Carson Double Tree again.

When traveling home so we can visit family we Always stay here with Double tree Carson! It’s a neutral spot for all of my family visits and it’s always friendly and comfortable. My husband usually books our rooms and we’ve stayed here atleast 10-12 times. This trip we had a family emergency so it was a quick in and out trip for just one night but checkin was a breeze as always, service is Always friendly, cookies…Yummmm, and the room is ready and clean when we walk in.
Our kids love hearing my husband and I plan for trips because they know we’re coming here. If we happen to book somewhere else they get disappointed. Keep up the great work, thank you for taking great care of my little family!

If you need additional towels, make sure to go get them yourself. It always takes hours or multiple calls in order for them to deliver. Water pressure isn’t strong.

If we could stay somewhere else for our annual banquet that is in the same parking lot we would! Every time we arrive to check in they never have our room ready, the manager and staff don’t care that 3:00 check in comes and goes and hours go by after that before we can check in. We end up late to change for our banquet every year! This place is overpriced, poorly managed and the breakfast is horrible and almost $30 a person! What a joke!
