There was not heat due too we’ll still don’t know but i know I paid over $660 to freeze me cheeks off

I don’t get away alone often as a single mom. This is my first choice when I do have the opportunity. The room was amazing, more than what I realized or expected. The bed and pillows were comfortable and my favorite part. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Hotel is out of date - they are remodeling which they don't let you know about until you get there. From outside you can see rooms in a state of disrepair.
Visible stain of some kind - maybe mold - was on the bedroom curtain. Staff was dismissive.

Hotel room was really nice. Bathroom toilet ran the whole time. They offered Maintenance to check it out. But yall should’ve had that fixed prior. Walls were thin I heard cars driving on the highway all night. And the view kinda sucked. The cookie was good. Room was nice.

The property and rooms were Beautiful! However, the food from the REDZ restaurant was HORRIBLE! It was poorly seasoned and the portions were laughable. It was a POOR reflection of the fabulousness of the hotel itself. I ended up having to order something from an outside establishment. Other than that, it was a really beautiful stay

It was Malalai Dawav's first day at the front desk. She was pleasant, positive, patient and very helpful. If she wasn't sure of an answer to a question that I asked, she assured me that she would find the answer. I shared that my son was getting married on Sunday. Unfortunately, my son and daughter-in-law was in a room that wasn't renovated. I asked the manager, Jacqueline Silva if possible, can they move to a renovated room. Jacqueline was attentive to what my needs/desires for a pleasant stay and she accommodated my son and I. She also congratulated me on their nuptials. On the day of check out Jacqueline remembered me and asked me how was our stay and how was the ceremony. It truly made me feel that she cared. What an awesome team!

I didn’t like the round about way i needed to enter the premises

The stay was ok. Staff were very helpful. My only complaint is about the condition of our original room, the pull out bed had dried blood, smelled of BO, had hair on it and food. We took pictures and went to the front desk and staff immediately changed our rooms and gave us an apology. Room #2 the pull out couch was completely broken/missing screws. Again we go to the drink desk and once again apologize and give us a 3rd room and breakfast vouchers for 1 day.
The pool was nice, hot tub was out of order, cleanliness in the lobby was also nice.
Overall just an ok stay

Air conditioning has a motion detector and the room got hot in the middle of the night and after being out all day to come back late at night to a room of 82° sucks. I called the front desk and the maintenance guy told me about the motion dectectors.

We had a two-bedroom suite, which was modern and clean. Only downside, no papers towels in the kitchen area.

My room smelled like old cigarettes. I tried turning the air on, but it didn’t circulate to the bed room or the bathroom areas only the living room era.

Rooms are out dated

It was okay. We had 4 people in one room but only 2 towels in the bathroom. When we needed more we had to walk to the front desk to get it. A hair was on one of the wash cloths on the sink. Door to the bedroom was difficult to close.

Overall not a bad stay. Hotel was a little dated. Entrances besides the main one aren’t slated or ramped to help get luggage inside, which was a pain. Pool was kind of gross- my kids were complaining about bugs. There was a suspicious stain on my curtains (pic below).
Breakfast buffet was pretty good though.
Before I had seen the place, I had already booked a second night and I’ll stop keep it- so it wasn’t awful enough to make my change my booking.

Rooms were nice. Hotel was clean and orderly. The hot tub was out of order and no intentions of it being repaired. Also what hotel doesn’t have free breakfast.

Perfect spot for short staycation with my 2 kids.
Super friendly from the moment we got to front desk. 2 double + sofa bed in perfectly clean room... and the sofa bed was actually quite comfortable.
Pool was huge, and we had all to ourselves.
Next time in area, we will definitely be back

Peeling wallpaper, missing parts of wallpaper, dirty curtains, dirty dresser (white splashes of ????? everywhere), the hallway door had a gap with light and noise coming in from the hallway. Nothing like pictured online.

Rooms are very dated. Pools closed for repairs. No water in room for an hour. Looked so nice online, booked with them even though it was more expensive expecting a nicer room/building. Pretty disappointed and regret not booking elsewhere

Safe area with well kept grounds. Construction on top of my room for the first two days, including a Saturday no one could do anything about it.

The pool was closed at 5pm, very disappointing as the welcome email said it would be open till 10pm. Mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Stayed multiple nights with my wife and a newborn. Plenty of space for us to set up everything we needed for care of our child.

The Staff was polite.

Just an average hotel. The room is old and an update asap! There were cracks on the wall and they try to hide with the bad and curtains.

I specifically booked here because of the pool, for my toddler who loves water. Although I recieved at least 5 messages before my check in date about the brand new fitness center they omitted any mention about the state of the pool. It was an indoor pool but it was FREEZING, the loungers were broken and the floor grimy and cracked. We did our best but it was just too unbearable, then someone at the front desk suggested that it was under repair and thats why it was so cold but I could not get a straight answer when I asked them about the temperature. False advertising- if your pool is broken say so, dont mislead guests. Further, our first night it was LOUD, the walls and doors are so thin that we heard our loud neighbors still partying until 3am, after driving for 3 hours we were exhausted and wanted to SLEEP. They claimed there was a quiet hour policy after 10PM but despite calling down to reception the noise continued. After an awful first night of barely sleeping, I went down to the reception to complain, they comped our breakfast as a gesture and then I realized all the people behind me in line also had complaints and were getting "vouchers" comped. It was just disappointing and I told them I would not book there again, honestly not worth the nearly $600 we spent for a 3 night stay ...

The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool for my two young kids. However, on May 2nd, two days before our stay we were informed that due to renovations the pool was not heated. This was after the cancellation date so we had no other option. If I would have been informed of this planned renovation I would not have paid $250 to stay here knowing the pool was not working. We tried the pool but it was way too cold. I feel a little bait and switch with this hotel and will not recommend. Plus there were bloody fingerprints on the room phones.

Even though the property is being remodeled, we enjoyed our stay. I would give it 5 stars if they provided hand soap. I was told by staff that they are doing away with it.

It was a very pleasant, but short stay.

I have stayed here a few times before and had a very relaxing experience. This time was not so pleasant. The cover to the thermostat was missing, the shower did not get hotter than a possible lukewarm. I think because I was right under the rooms that are being renovated, there were a few flying insects that seeked “comfort” in my room.
The bed, as always, was very comfortable. I would stay again, but probably after renovations are complete.

Aside from the kids taking over the pool, this hotel is solid. Love the balconies!

My daughter was bit on her neck I’m gonna say more than likely by a bed bug. The pull out couch was stained with God knows what. I understand that the property is being renovated and updated. So I won’t even rate the pool area.

Hands down the best stay i have ever had. The staff was amazing. Anytime i had a request or needed something, they went above and beyond to help. They set a gold standard on how a hotel should be.

I really wanted to enjoy this hotel. We booked a double ovcupancy room with queen beds. Beds were definitely not queen size. We also booked a non smoking room, the room smelled of smoke. I couldn't even sit in the seating area because i was having difficultiesbreathing due to tye odor and allergens. The screen door was broken along with the panel in the closet. These were looked at in a decent amt of time. My son thoroughly enjoyed the pool however it was a shame we were unable to comfortably relaxbwithout needing allergy/asthma medications due to the smoke odor and allergens. Ice machines were also not working. Food at the hotel restaurant was mediocre.

Reasonable prices and nice set-up in the rooms. Each of our two rooms has a bedroom and another room with couch and desk and TV. And the staff are wonderful. They helped so much with our booking and checking in, since we had two separate reservations and had to check in twice during our stay. Will come back!

Very clean

The washer and dryer didn’t work and the front desk said they couldn’t help me so I ended up just going to Walmart to get pants for my kids. The bed had hair in it and stains on the sheets. On Expedia it says the hotel offers breakfast but it’s a restaurant you have to pay for. Way over priced for the quality of the room.
