Very Noisy, Bathroom and WC fittings falling out of the walls, no plates or cutlery , no tissues only one chair for 2 people, the furniture is the worst I have ever seen in a motel it must have cost less than $8, handles missing , shower does not drain properly , exhaust fan filthy, painting a mess in some places there was more paint on the windows, toilet door jams closed I had to force the door open to get my wife out, pot holes everywhere , no power points by the side tables, fridge on 3 legs. $224 per night is far to much for this standard, it is the worst place i have ever stayed in.The best thing I could say is it was very clean.

The bed was decent, the staff were friendly and helpful but the state of the room was decrepit. The built ins were old, worn craft board that was well past its use by date, the decor was ugly. This facility needs refurbishing urgently. Very disappointing for an Ibis property. I was shocked.

The room smelt damp and musty.water damage to walls and furniture.the bed sloped down at the head.the rest of the floor had a very obvious slope.the wifi doesn't work.for a 167.00 dollars a night I would certainly expect a lot better condition.very disappointed

Staff were super accommodating Fully booked but managed to get a spot to park our trailer Food at restaurant was great. Very friendly service

The free Breakfast daily - was good & friendly staff. Didn’t like the mixup with the rooms after the door was jammed I couldn’t get it opened - wrong names on the rooms when they had changed us out of the room - confusion

Convenient location lovely restaurant with great food. Clean and neat. Just some maintenance issues with doors on the rooms in our block that need replacing as they get stuck and people banging on them to get them open

Basic (for the price) but it was clean. I was only staying to complete an SJA course in town, the bed was comfortable… all I really needed. Thank you.

Older property. Rooms need a bit of refurbishment. Room was clean and well presented despite the age of the room . Restaurant meals were simple with a limited menu, but were nice to eat .

What we expected. Clean, comfortable and handy for our overnight stay.

Probably it's time for the rooms to have a make over, they are very old. The dining area and swimming are ok though.

Whilst clean and convenient the room was basic but was not worth the room-rate paid. But since Geraldton appeared to be fully booked this week I guess I should be grateful.......

Very disappointing stay I must say. I chose this hotel because of the Accor brand but it fell way short of anything I have seen on my trip so far. My husband and I are travelling around Australia and are having to book all sorts of accommodation, sometimes places that are only two star. Well out of all of them this was below that. The furniture is old, chipped and dingy not to mention the upholstery on the chairs are quite stained. They were absolutely revolting to sit on. The bed kept moving from the bed head all night as it was on rollers. There were coasters to try and secure it but these aren’t very effective. There was no toaster or basic cutlery provided. The pool needs resurfacing. The washing machine and the dryer are very badly maintained and I had to clean fluff out of the filter something that housekeeping should maintain. Also the amount of dirt and fluff that had gone past the filter was mind blowing. This gave me a sense of nothing being properly maintained.The noisy neighbours drinking, laughing and talking outside our door well into the night was upsetting.Lastly the smell of the sewer pipes was quite strong. I am writing this last as the girl at reception said it might be coming from the seaweed. I am not sure on this one. All I know is that when using the bathroom (being in the bathroom or close to) the smell was bad and on opening the front door it was bad. It made you want to gag. I was meant to stay for two nights but we checked out a day

This property needs a complete revamp ....outside and inside rooms paintwork is terrible....obviously needs updated. We were going to book another night on way back to Perth ,but we will never stay here again 😡
