Really loud out in parking lot the night we were there. Not sure why but every vehicle seemed to have a broken muffler

The hallways had a bad odor by the stairwell. The rooms were in the process of being renovated. Would have liked to know this before our stay.

There was no noise control of guests being loud at night. We were in town for a race needing to be up early and there was lots of screaming and yelling in the hallway and from rooms nearby.

Good accommodation close to softball events.

Room was supposedly recently remodled. The tile was falling off the wall in the bathroom, walls werent finished and the floor under the shower was so soft (like it was rotted) i almost fell in the shower. I told the front desk clerk about it and he said, "those are all new showers" so i said, "well the floor under it is not sturdy" staff was nice, room was clean. Love the Muddy Cow next door but the remodel was half ass done.

Hotel is right on a major highway and extremely loud. Guests were allowed to hang outside the entry and drink and smoke.

There were a few issues on the room but staff said they were aware and they would be corrected.

They stay was ok, however staff was very unpleasant, especially at checkout when I asked for a receipt as I paid at the hotel and not on hotels.com they front desk staff was annoyed that I wanted one as this trip was for a medical procedure for my child and I needed the receipt showing what I paid for the hotel stay to get reimbursed, I explained that several times to the front desk staff and he wanted to argue with me saying he couldn’t give me one. Well I finally got a receipt the one that he said he couldn’t give me. He was rude the whole time. I have used hotels.com many of times and always paid at the property and every time I have always received a receipt for the stay from them. So it was very unprofessional to try to argue with a customer.

Multiple things broken/damaged in the room (tv,dresser,lights). After calling ahead for a crib we got there to a rolling bed? The employee said the bed is the same thing as a crib and that is all they offer? The bathrooms were not clean with mold and mildew.

Property is old and undergoing renovations. Lobby is done and the pool is closed all of May. Rooms are old and furnishings are outdated and broken. We had to move rooms because the AC was blown out and outlets did not work. Staff was friendly though!

Great hotel, will be staying again.

I came into town for one night to pick up some parts for my car. I booked with Country Inn & Suites as I have in other places and not been disappointed. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the rooms clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be that they put up a sign that could be seen from street as it sits back off the street and is easy to miss. I would stay there again.

The only reason for my lower ratings is they are under construction.

The elevator might not be safe it makes sounds at the end plus the 3rd floor ice vending machine is broken

The room was spacious and exceeded expectations. I got the 1 King room and was expecting your typical/average room with a bed, dresser w/TV and bathroom. We were not expecting its own living space! It was a last minute reservation and we paid $100 for one night. This is not a negative comment (just a comment), but the toilet appears to be higher than normal (compared to other hotel I’ve stayed at). I’m 5’1” and my feet barely touched the floor when using the toilet. Overall, our stay was great!

The hotel is clean and respectful. However, after finding out that the door to my room did not clasp close. I could push the door open without using the key card. This was found out after sleeping in the room all night. I spoke to the front desk about it. This conversation was at approximately 8:00 am. I was told they would have a maintenance guy look at it. I got back from my conference at around 8:45 pm. I found the door was still not fixed. The person working the front desk came to my room and saw what I was talking about. I asked why it wasn't fixed and he had no answer. I then asked if I could get a new room or will it be fixed. I once again was told the maintenance guy would come up right away. I fell asleep around 11:45 pm and still had not seen a maintenance guy. The following morning I spoke to the same person at the front desk and got nothing but excuses. I then asked if people's security was important because their follow thru was not showing it to be important. After 24 hours of getting no where I was then told that a manager would call me. This never happened as well. I would strongly encourage people to consider how this hotel handles the security of their customers when choosing a hotel to stay at.

Front staff check in and check out were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and staff kept it stocked and the tables clean. New carpet in the hallways. New updated bathroom in my room. Were nice to see. Sink drain was slow to drain. Curtains would have liked the room darkening curtains across the whole window. It was to light in my room. Mattress was to hard for me. Pillows were good.

Staff was amazing!!! I had an issue and they resolved it immediately!!! Will start again!!!

Light didn’t work peace’s of hair and bath tub also you look out the window in see wood everywhere terrible look
