Where to start - the broken glass scattered about the entryway or the refrigerator that was turned off or the dirty linens or the filthy bathroom or the crackheads howling all night? Literally just the absolute worst. Tried calling to request a refund, prepaid and they said no. Guess I will have to charge back through my CC. Terrible customer service. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a hotel. Would rather sleep in my car.

we should have been told that the shower faucet is VERY hard to turn on. my husband pulled & pulled & was afraid he would break it. So, neither of us showered before checking out. At check out we told the clerk about it & she said it pulls really hard. She & my husband went back to the room and she got it to work. If it is that hard to pull I do believe they should replace that faucet.

When I arrived at my room the TV and the heater did not work, I reported it and a tech. was sent out to repair it, The TV then worked but the heater did not, I had to stay in a cold room all night, it was terrible!

Workers were friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate and clean but the actual rooms and property itself is in much worse shape than the pictures indicate. I saw a mouse run by outside my room at one point. Just tired rooms, smells somewhat like smoke even in non-smoking room, just because of people smoking elsewhere.

Motel room was clean with large, well-lighted bathroom. Good breakfast. Surrounding area was noisy and didn't feel real safe after dark.

Front desk staff were friendly and pleasant. The area that I parked in was around back but it felt safe. There was filtered water, tea and coffee available at all times in the breakfast room in the lobby. Our room was clean and our beds and pillows were comfortable. Free breakfast offered was sufficient. Waffle makers, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bagels, bread, cereal yogurt and fresh apples and oranges. Perfect for the price. Walked to the casino across the street as well at night and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Dry dirty outside corridors with cigarette butts, overflowing garbage receptacles & huge flies inside our room & outside too!! Suspicious characters loitering on the property, smoking cigarettes & weed. Would never come here again & do NOT ever recommend this “hotel” to anyone with security & cleanliness concerns!!!!!

Absolutely horrible place to stay and not worth the money. My family and I wanted to do something special and get a hotel room for the night, photos looked great and clean. Upon arrival Check in time was ridiculous, once finally getting to our room it smelled of cigarettes horribly even though we booked a non smoking room. There was cigarette stains on the comforter (I have photos to prove it) Called the front desk to be switched rooms and the gal seemed irritated that I refused to allow my family to stay in those horrible conditions. Our reservations were for 2 adults 1 child and I’m also pregnant so I didn’t want to put my family in those conditions. Upon going back to the lobby to be switched rooms we had yet another long wait and handed new keys and sent on our way. The second room wasn’t much better for cleanliness as there were stains on the bed, hair in the shower and the shower curtain was broken. We ended up staying because it was late and it was somewhere to lay our heads but we were far from satisfied and would never stay again. Hopefully Expedia takes action for the horrible stay we had

I received a smoking room what I didn’t book. They said that Expedia must have done it to get the money. The room was terrible and they couldn’t change us to a different room. The room stinked, bedding/ linen had cigarette burns/holes. Sheets, all the bedding smells like smoke. Bath tub if you put the shower on it would push the vanity where the water comes through out. So good luck in having a shower. Everything was dirt with nicotine. Hairdryer was yellow from the nicotine. The whole room was discusting. We didn’t sleep at all. You could breathe in this room. Not impressed. I have fotos to provide it.!! I would appreciate a refund as I book many rooms/ trips through Expedia but this was unacceptable! My cell phone # 604-328-0117 Thank you. Monique

The lamp in our room had Blood on the lamp shade. Like if somebody died from Shot Gun. Bathroom door got stuck traping my kid for a second. Scary people staying at the hotel. Room was dirty. Had to move the dresser to plug in the tv. Window was so stained could not see ou. Dirty band- aids on the floor.

The manager was very helpful and gave us the room we needed even though it wasn’t what we initially booked. The facilities were very clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold food. The area isn’t good at all but there is security on the property which mad us feel safe. For the price our stay was excellent.

Cigarette burns in the blanket and smelled like a mix of bleach and cigarettes, security in the parking lot thin door to the exterior with a rather large gap at the bottom

Appropriately named, this was a "quality" stay. No bells or whistles, but a nice standard room with a slightly-above-average breakfast. The area felt generally safe for my family of 4, and the hotel met our expectations. I'd say it was a good stay for the price.

Quality Inn My husband and I usually stay at Quality Inns when we go places. I would not recommend this one. Our check in had no information to where things are i.e. pepsi machine or ice machine The beds have bed bugs. The 1st nite there was complementary shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. After that there was none and we had to go to office and ask for them. The beds were never made the whole time we were there. On the last day we were told we had to ask for the beds to be made. We should have been told this when we checked in. The floors were not swept and there was dirt on floor. We will not be staying at this motel again. The breakfast had some variety. It was ok except for the-uneven table we were sitting at that wobbled. I am sure nothing will change for the better in any quality inn motel.
