The hotel is close to highways. It can be noisy if your room faces the highways. The shuttle bus is not reliable. I scheduled the first shuttle bus to the airport. The driver simply did not show up. Nor could he be reached by phone. This is the worst Double Tree hotel I have stayed at.

While the hotel does need some renovations and there were some issues with our room, the staff totally made up for that! They were so accommodating and friendly and really appreciate all their help on our stay. Big thanks to Joseph especially!

I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE DOUBLE TREE HOTEL AGAIN!! My family and I had to evacuate Hurricane Milton which directly hit Tampa FL. I’d paid for 2 days but checked out only staying one night. I came back home to no electricity for 4 days house flooded, mo food and little cash. I was charged for 2 days and they refused to give my money back for the unused day! What a way to take advantage of hurricane victim.

Always a good stay. The people are great! Love the front desk who knows me by name and the bartender Ken is the very best in the business. I’m starting to see roaches in the rooms my last couple stays but the rooms are always clean and things work well. This is an old property, I understand that’s but that situation should be looked at. Still, no complaints from me. I love staying here. It’s my GoTo in WPB!

Not bad. Overpriced for what it is. Yeah, it’s a Hilton, but it’s average at best. Hotel is definitely dated and could use some updates. Internet isn’t worth the 4.95/night, my hotspot blew the hotel’s internet out of the water. Again - not bad. Staff was mostly nice. The thin male manager with the red hair was a bit short, maybe the area has difficult people. I almost gave the reviews 2 stars; the room did have solid USB charging. The alarm clock has a usb-c charger so that for me alone added the extra star.

Good 2 night stay after evacuating for Hurricane Milton. Quick check in. Room clean. Staff friendly. There are no microwaves in the rooms. The Motel 6 across the parking lot has them and a Doubletree doesn’t??

There was serious water damage at the building and the key maker was not working. We had to be let into our room by the staff every time we left and came back. We should have been told all this in advance and we would have made other arrangements. We paid full price

I’ve stayed at other Double Tree hotels that were wonderful. This hotel was dated, not clean.. I checked in and the room was extremely hot. The front desk said they would change my room…I encountered a women that told me her room on the third floor was cold…when I returned to the desk the clerk said I could only have a room on the fifth floor where I was…she refused to move my floor..just because…?…Room was stuffy, smelt bad and obviously hadn’t been stocked by the maid…Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make my flight the following day as I became sick…called to book the rm another night and told the clerk I wasn’t feeling well.. She said the room was available though I had to come downstairs to show my cc…I said I gave you cc and I’d less then 12 hrs ago.. she became stern and insisted I get downstairs.. well..need I say more! Will never return

The hotel was nice just a little older. The bed and room were very comfortable. The table was not cleaned well since i found an old dried contact lens on it. I wish there were more usb charging bases but there where plenty of outlets which was still nice. The bathroom was truly the only thing that disappointed me but they can't change that easily. I have back problems and everything was a little low and that is coming from someone that is only 5'2". The toilet and counter were too low. It was a small space. Thankfully it was only me so i didn't hadn't to close the door too use it otherwise it would have been hard to be in there to close the door. I wish there would have been handsoap and even though they have an on-sight restaurant my room didn't have a menu and there was no way i could see it online. In being brutally honest here but overall i still had a very nice stay. The bed was like a cloud. The other seat where comfortable too.

I took the mini van shuttle into town to shop and when I called to be picked up they said he’d be right over. After a full hour passed and it was 95 degrees out at the curb I was waiting at I finally called the hotel. After I was put on hold for a full 10 minutes I hung up and called UBER , that took less than 5 minutes to pick me up. Unbelievable No reason for this!!

Overall nice stay. Room did smell weird at first, hand soap wasn’t provided in room but was easily given when asked housekeeping. Check in was quick and staff was nice. Check out was quick. Our last night there the upstairs visitors were loud until 11:30pm. Everything was good otherwise.

The towels were as hard as sandpaper and the pool was closed. Half the reason I booked there was for the pool. And I could not access that amenity. Very disappointing and the only resolve was I’m sorry. That was not a solution.

Parking is a hidden cost. Key less cards failed to generate. Double beds , smaller than they appear. Housekeeping not guaranteed but staff is pleasant courteous and responsive to guest needs. Facility’ needs an upgrade so long overdue.

For the price that we paid per night, it was perfect stay but it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s like a regular 3 star Hilton hotel. Location is perfect to airport, downtown and the beach. They have a shuttle van that could take you to airport and downtown if reserved a little ahead. Lyft was $8 each way to downtown, Uber was$10. Parking is $5 per night. Safe location right of I-95. Room was standing size with comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom was tiny. A/c worked fine. Pool was ok but no hot tub. Front desk girls were all nice and friendly. We stayed 3 nights and there was no housekeeping all 3 nights which was perfect for us. If we can get the same price per night, Will definitely come back when traveling to West Palm Beach.

My stay was good but the tv in my room was not working every time I went to watch it was reading no signal which really mattered being that my trip was suppose to be relaxing and watching some tv since I’m always working from my laptop and on the go only to still end up opening up my computer to watch movies however everything else was awesome but that really sucked

No complaints at all about my stay at Doubletree. The staff were all courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel and the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was more than adequate. There were some exceptional staff, namely, one of the shuttle drivers. The only thing keeping me from a five star rating, the place is a little bit tired mostly the lobby and entry, but I would say that it’s definitely an older facility that has had some updates but some have been left behind . As a note, I returned for two more nights on my flight out of town was canceled.
