The lady at check-in was very understanding of my wants and accomedated me well. I forget her name but she was great. There were some stains on my sheets the 1st day I was there and it was hard to get someoneto come change them so i just chalked it up and waited for room servocr to come change them the next day. Other than that it was an overall good experience

The location is convenient to downtown Louisville. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel could use some updating (peeling wallpaper and stained carpets) however our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

very happy with our stay. It was clean, comfortable, great view, and quiet. My only complaint is that there was no mini fridge in the room. very disappointing that we couldn't keep our drinks cold for the next days travel.

The hotel was dated. The carpet was dirty and stained. The bed squeaked every time I moved. We asked a few times for the hot tub to be turned on and the front desk called maintenance several times. There was another guest who was in the hot tub too and had asked about turning it on. He said he saw the maintenance person in the restaurant next door (Hooters) hanging out with the servers. The maintenance person came in to close the pool at 10 and turned on the hot tub and sat by it. I addressed it with the front desk at check out and they gave me one free breakfast. We won’t be staying there again.

Nice property, the room was a different story. Only 1 washrag, NO soap in the shower, , no ice machines, I had to go to the front desk. They sent me to the bar for ice .

I enjoyed this hotel, as there is a great view of the bridge connecting Jeffersonville and Louisville as well there was delicious restaurants in walkable distance.

Quiet environment, with very friendly staff. The interior public areas and my room looked somewhat neglected, aging. My carpeting was extremely stained, looked unclean. Bed was very comfortable. And it was incredibly quiet on my floor for a Saturday night.

The only good thing was the view and the front desk. Paid for a suite and club access. Limited beverages and no food in club lounge. Listing said room service, there was none. Luckily, we had food with us and there was a microwave in the club lounge. Luckily there was also a drive in the suite, unfortunately it was lopsided. Luckily the soaps and lotions smelled awesome. Unfortunately, there was moldy bathroom ceiling and tub. Unfortunately, the carpet was stained, luckily, the front desk sent up two pairs of slippers. Unluckily, there was only one robe, luckily the front desk was kind enough to attempt to track down another robe. For $400/ night I was really disappointed.

The property is way over due for a refit as there is a leak in the ceiling from the room above and the carpet was filthy dirty as well as the furniture is all scratched up and drink marks on the dresser. Tub had mold around the tub! Room 901 is a suite and had a musty smell that hits you right when you walk in. The curtains in the living room were torn at the bottom as well.I didn’t complain as the view I had was beautiful and I was only there for a couple 3 days and spent most of the time site seeing. I’m not sure what the other rooms look like but I had the most expensive room in the hotel if that is any kind of comparison to what the rest of the hotel would look like!

The location is great when attending Abbey Road on the River at Big 4 Station. It is within walking distance and the hotel has a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance.

The absolute filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in!! Service at the front desk was a joke!! The lobby filthy, elevator dirty, halls filthy, rooms filthy!!

Both rooms they gave us were both dirty and never cleaned even though the computer showed clean. Not the girls fault. She had and employee check the next room to verify it was clean. It was so we got our room only to have no cold water in bathroom sink. All HOT just a poorly managed maintenance and cleaning staff.

The room and the staff were lovely. I was disappointed that the club room was not open. The best thing was the Gilcrest and Soames bath amenities. SO LOVELY. Lovely view of two bridges and sunrise from the room.

They did not clean our room after multiple requests for fresh towels and to remove garbage. They refused to provide a blanket for the pull out bed and only gave a sheet for it. Room desperately needs an update/renovation.

We stayed here for a family wedding. Coming from out of state, the bride and groom had made accommodations for wedding guests. A shuttle service was offered here for us to get to and from the reception hall which was about 1 mile away, so ofcourse we chose this hotel over the other choices. Confirmed at check in for the shuttle info that the ride would be for the reception only not the church ceremony. So understanding we drove to the church for wedding then return to hotel to get shuttle to reception once we arrived and asked for shuttle front desk had no clue what was being done. She went to the back and then returned saying they would be out in front soon. Shuttle came out with the maintainer man as the driver! On our way we asked about returning to hotel once wedding was ending he stated to call hotel and he would return. So that we did at the end of our night but when we called front desk told us they don’t offer shuttle services and the maintance man left at 10pm. Knowing we were all dropped off at a reception by the shuttle service we ended up having to walk back to the hotel!!!! Bride and groom are continuing to address that with the hotel. But also not great customer service. No ice machine was working on any floor so we had to ask front desk and they got irritated. No cleaning service was made during our three night stay but needed fresh towels. Called front desk they stated they would send some up, never received anything, we had to track down housekeeping!

Located on the quieter side of Ohio river within walking distance of the Falls Visitor Center albeit through some construction. Nice front staff who made check in a breeze. Comfortable beds with somewhat dated furniture and fixtures. Appreciate the good shower pressure unlike most hotel showers these days. Complimentary breakfast is adequate. Worth staying if visiting southern Indiana or Louisville KY
