All staff are so welcoming and helpful!

Recently renovated and feels fresh. In an excellent location but still quiet and calm. Wonderful world class service.

Room was very comfortable. Bathroom a little outdated. But nice and very clean. Most staff were very professional and courteous.

Staying here felt like being at home. While it is a large hotel with potentially many guests congregating at the same time, the layout and design made the place feel calm and relaxing. The city view was wonderful from our room and seeing so much green outside in the middle of the city was great. The neighborhood was convenient and walkable, many restaurants nearby (reservations were a bit hard to get with little notice. Neighboring Hiroo was about 20 minutes walk and had so much to offer too. Overall this was a great hotel and sanctuary in the middle of a huge and bustling Tokyo.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service and amenities in a good location. The concierge service was second to none.

Great service, excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, very clean.

We had a view of Mt. Fuji from our room which was amazing. What we didn’t like was that the bar on 22F charges 5,000 yen to sit in a window seat! Even when the place was completely empty! Just gauging the customer.

The Westin was recently remodeled, the room was outstanding. The Staff was extremely professional and prompt when responding to any request. 1st Class is the only way to rate my stay. The Westin is my favorite Hotel to stay in Tokyo

It is right in shibuya Its my second time here. It is a short pleasant walk across restaurants and shops the Yebisu Garden area to the Ebisu Station that get to everywhere. I got a Suica subway pass.

Everything.

I had access to the club lounge and it was nice. With Covid caution, cocktail hours were set, and we had to choose from one of the slots. With a group of 3 checking in at different times this could have been a bit friendlier because when I asked if we can come in for 2 slots they didn’t accept it (1 person was coming in late so I wanted to get one drink first, and then come later on with all 3 of us).
Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

Food and servive in 17th floor club were excellent!

I love the location and the lounge area.
The staff was generally nice, though some of them spoke not enough Japanese.

good hotel, good breakfast, nice comfy room for a good price in Tokyo. I like the neighborhood, It's peaceful and quiet with a quick walk to the train or subway. Spacious when compared to other Tokyo rooms.
4.5
luxury, good location, professional staff, spacious room, pricey but worth the money
4.5
Solid for the price. Biggest issue is access to the subway which requires a 10 minute walk of almost 1km. It doesn’t sound much but it is given the amount of walking one does in Tokyo. I would say the room requires renovation. Breakfast was reasonable.
4.5
Very nice place. Close to train station. Lots of restaurants nearby
4.5
Very good room. Only negative no turndown offered
4.5
It was such a great place to stay that we extended our stay for 2 more days. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and spacious room.
4.5
The Westin never disappoints! Super comfortable Heavenly Bed, clean room, and wonderful staff all throughout the hotel. The hotel is located in a very convenient location close to many 'western' restaurants and the metro system is a 10 minute walk away.
4.5
Westin in Tokyo always a great place to leave Tokyo from. The Limousine bus leaves from the hotel to Narita. The rooms are large as are the bathrooms. The bell hop and staff outside were wonderful. Unfortunately, our room was not available to check in to until 4:30pm (perhaps a coffee/tea in the lobby might have been a good way to address since we were informed that check in is at 3pm) and there was some type of water dripping down from the lobby ceiling (assuming AC water).
4.5
The service and the people are good
The room is reserved for 2adultes and 1 child of 10, breakfast included.
But since we arrived here, every time, we need to precise that the room is for 3. Same for the breakfast, we are asked to pay a extra charge...
So, it’s quite embarrassing....
4.5
Our room was not ready upon check in. And we were unable to have our 2 rooms adjacent to each other.
4.5
Waiting time during evening time to use the lounge is way too long
4.5
Clean room and friendly staff, shibuya just one stop away
4.5
Wi-fit was slow but everything else was perfect!

The staff really makes this place. They are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel itself is somewhat dated. We stayed in two different rooms and the quality of each differed to a noticeable degree. The design/decor is pretty 1980's Dallas. When we were there the second time it was also noticeably more families, and I now know that my version of hell is a club lounge full of loud children. The location is pretty good, it's about a 10 minute walk to Ebisu Station, which can take you pretty much anywhere.
4.5
The Westin is clean and comfortable, but this one is very dated. It is overdue for a number of upgrades. The concierges were not particularly helpful, and the bar staff could have been warmer. The area is quite quiet. For the cost, there are other hotels in Tokyo that are far better.
