For the convenience of being on the bay it was nice, but but on the other hand not so nice. My wife and I stayed here for the weekend to go crabbing. We was kind of excited when we heard they had a private dock to crab on, but when we went to crab off the dock it was full of abandoned crab nets with no one else around so couldnt even crab there. I later heard that alot of people thought it was free to crab with no license because they are staying at the resort and no one was there to enforce it. About my stay it was nice and clean but the bed was uncomfortable. I think we will look for better accommodation next time in Newport.

The unit I stayed in was just incredible! The view of the bay and the bridge were beyond what I had pictured, and everything about the unit was comfortable and clean. I had a blast looking at the birds and seals going by. Loved it!

I've been staying at the Embarcadero yearly for going on 30 years. The rooms can't be beat. The views are spectacular. And the crabbing dock is literally one of a kind.

This was such an amazing place to stay. The unit had three sleeping options (a Murphy bed, bedroom, & pull out couch), a full kitchen, and a great view of the bay. It’s literally a 1 minute walk from the pool, gym, crab cooker, and docks. You can rent boats at the front desk & is walkable to downtown. Love this unit! Will definitely be back!

Check-in was a breeze as Heather ( front desk associate) was very pleasant! Room had a nautical theme and was very nice. Great view of the bay! Went to the restaurant on site and sat at the bar. Scott (bartender) was great! Good entertainment that evening…

Usually glamp for our only family vacation of the year for Pow Wow but needed to get a hotel this year. This was our first year we had a little bit extra money and decided to splurge. Was not disappointed. In fact, we've already booked our stay for next year. The view was magnificant. The staff was super friendly. And even the floor was comfy according to 1 kiddo. 10/10 recommend.

A lovely King condo room overlooking the bay. It really recharged my batteries. The room was great with all high end appliances and furniture. We had a balcony with these great deck chairs. We looked them up online and they were like $1000 each! We watched a Great Blue Heron fishing off the dock at sundown, what a beautiful view in the evening. Would highly recommend.

Love the view and surrounding. The room is so cozy and private. It’s clean throughout the balcony. Down sides: - the mattress is too soft not firm at all. We woke up with backaches. (Standard king bed) - The shower floor is slippery. Almost slipped. That is a serious concern! - No sound proof. Can hear people downstairs talking. - Just a little kindly suggestion here: greeting guests with a smile would be great, think that’s important for a receptionist. Tho it’s not a big deal, just first impression for a service-mind. Good overall!

Our room was beautiful and the view from our balcony was gorgeous, staff members were awesome. Brunch at Myril was delicious. However, none of their rooms have AC, and we visited when temperatures were unusually high. Our room was very uncomfortable in the afternoon and evening. Staff members were very accommodating and provided us with fans, but for the sake of confort, would recommend accommodations that have AC if the weather is warm.

Loved our third floor room with bay view. Cozy. Restaurant next door on property had great food. Staff pleasant. I’d stay there again. However, I asked for housekeeping to be completed to tidy up the room and came home to an untidy room. Disappointed.

Pictures we viewed before our stay didn’t prepare us for the unique charming room we stayed in! We had a top floor room with vaulted ceiling, balcony with seating (what a view!), kitchenette with dining supplies, mini fridge, and microwave. Only complaint would be that the shades weren’t lowered so the room was hot and stuffy when we got in, and the shade on the north window by the bed wasn’t adequate for keeping out the morning light.

Really beautiful place with easy access to town. Very clean with a great view of the bay. I do wish there was air conditioning and you could hear the housekeepers talking very clearly when cleaning the room just below us, not a deal breaker. Will definitely come back!

The washer and dryer and oven were “out of order”. The doors to the closet with the washer and dryer fell off if opened.

Was not impressed with the restaurant at the resort scallops were actually good the hush puppies were not cooked all the way not sure if the waitress we had was new or not she took forever we had a party of 4 one one of my friends didn’t get her food tell way later we all finished ours at least they comped her food
