2.5
Great location close to visiting our daughter and centally located in town for the activities we were participating in! The property was well maintained and staff especially Jay at the front desk was very accommodating when I needed to call to verify type of room and needed a change to a different floor! It was quiet and a safe neighborhood to be able to walk to campus and downtown from.
2.5
Great older hotel right across the street from the University and close to Downtown an excellent location. It's a Hilton very nice great bartenders just a bit older building. Staff was helpful.
2.5
The location to CSU is fantastic. It was great to stay there and I enjoy the restaurant and bar.
1.5
Nice hotel, but pool was not heated and was FREEZING cold. Breakfast was very underwhelming and eggs were bad and had some green on them. They made some fresh ones but many people ate it without knowing. Breakfast was more like a continental breakfast that is free at most hotels. They had some seminar or trainings going on and most of the people were smokers and would hang out in large groups right outside the entrance so it stunk walking in or out

Really!! A huge parking lot & you have to pay separately to park!! Hotels.com needs to have that listed on the website…..Plus the cost of the room!! Had to ask for toilet paper, no shower gel in the bathroom, ice maker on our floor was broken, and when you called to ask for anything the phone wasn’t answered so you made a trip to the front desk!!

Very pretty hotel and wonderful seating in lobby area...
I didn't really appreciate having to pay for parking.. you have a huge lot and it cost a good amount to stay here. I should not have had to pay...that's my only complaint.

The stay was perfect minus no room service on the weekend.

Great room and stay. Walking distance to campus.

Not a fan of having to pay extra to park at a Hotel I’m paying to stay at. Clunky app.

It was a clean room, though a bit outdated. People were very nice. Beds were small - doubles, not queens. The bar area was great and very close to campus.
2.5
Super convenient-walking distance to the CSU stadium!

Hotels is nice with friendly employees. The biggest problem is the location, IT’S RIGHT NEXT TO TRAIN TRACKS!!! We were woken up three times during the night by train horns from three different passing trains, from 11pm to 5:30am. We were also woken up by people being loud in the common areas, this hotel does not have hallways that are more private. It is open to the common areas below.
2.5
Lovely hotel and right next to campus. The pool was also great. I did not expect to have to pay for parking - the biggest drawback.

Quick trip for a conference. Great location!

Wonderful, quick check-in

The perfect place to stay whilst visiting our Ram. Easy walking distance of Canvas Stadium and all CSU activities. Good parking and clean rooms.

My boyfriend and I had a wedding the night we stayed. It was very nice. The bathroom was very clean and the room was amazing! The front dest workers at night were amazing! The breakfast was also very delicious!

Mostly a nice hotel but carpet in room was very worn, the room had an old stale smoke smell (it's non smoking now) and no mini fridge. Also, $15/night outdoor parking should be included. I would probably stay here again based on the location but with different expectations, such as knowing to bring a cooler.

Rooms are not updated and the breakfast was very basic especially for the price.

Hotel was just what we needed for our trip to Ft. Collins.

Stayed for the night to be close to the hospital. My son and his wife had twins. Perfect for what I needed.

They so should NOT charge for parking here! Such a rip off and unnecessary, we’re already paying to stay and the lot wasn’t even half full . Just have people register their car/plate number so you know they belong there but to charge for parking is crazy

Hotel was very quiet and staff very efficient and nice. Wish that we knew about the required paid parking ahead of time and also feel that cost of that for the room. They could’ve known a little bit more discount toward it.

Great place to stay in the staff is excellent. Monica in the coffee shop is an especially nice and makes wonderful coffee. Our only Request would be if they had a hot tub to go with the pool. If they can add that, it’s five stars all the way

Close to CSU, shopping, restaurants. Paying for parking and breakfast was a bummer.

Great hotel! Perfect location close to Colorado State and Old Town!!

They charge for parking. Towels rough, no fans in bathrooms. Meh.

I didn't like that you couldn't talk to a real person when you called the front desk. I did NOT like the parking experience- except a staff member helped me through it. I was surprised there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in our room. For such an expensive room rate, that would have been nice.

Across the street from CSU campus so very convenient.

Everything was great! Definitely will stay again

I'm still waiting for an explanation for the overcharged that more than $200 from this reservation. The "detailed" bill shows me the price of the hotel, the taxes and something extra, but nothing about the $200 and more extra charges.
I sent a text an a email to expedia and the hotel. No answer. I went to the hotel and they said that they didn't know anything that have to contact Expedia, and Expedia is not giving a y answer yet. I just want and explanation about the extra charge and obviously to get my money back.

The kids were dissapointed that the pool was closed

A number of the rooms were missing all or part of the room numbers. The top of the elevators were a mess

Great spot

I loved the hotel, but the whole parking app was a disaster. There must be an easier way to do it.

Great stay, always

We did not have a good stay because the listing on Expedia said 2 Queen beds. We had 4 of us and ended up having 2 Full beds. The sleeping was very poor and the front desk confirmed there were no double queen rooms on the property.

The property was good staff was good. The room was clean. But you have to pay for 15 dollars a night for parking which is a joke.
