The hotel is beautiful and very nice.Beds were comfy and rooms were nice.Only complaint is the pool was very very cold.Did not enjoy.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. Big TV which was great to watch the OSU game. Room was comfy. Clean. Gym was great. Plenty of parking. Only downside was that my room was close to the freeway which was noisy at times - so request a room on the other side of the building.

I was only there to sleep, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the floor in the shower cubicle wasn’t cleaned. They have a great fitness room which I used in the morning.

Could be cleaner. Front desk needs to inform guests that housekeeping is only provided upon request. Otherwise nice stay.

I wouldn’t say dirty but it was just not clean as I want. There were spots on the bathroom floor and also could feel that the tile surface and carpet have not been cleaned thoroughly. Otherwise the hotel was in decent condition and the property has great potential. I wish they updated the room as much as the lobby.

This was our first time staying and will not be our last! The staff made our boys feel like they were the only guests. Each morning we did breakfast downstairs and it was so yummy and each evening we spent at the pool. No issues and we had a great stay!

This is an older facility that lloks like it was originally built in the late 1970's or early 80's thats been renovated. The lobby is nice , the service was great, and the rooms were clean. I had to take the stairs to the 2nd floor, which is not a huge deal. The age and wear was evident in the stairwell, plaster was falling off the wall, carpet heavily worn. Its not a deal breaker since everything else was good.

The quality of the mattresses, bed linen and bath linen were awful. My bed had an obvious dip in it. I tried avoiding the dip. But the remainder of the mattress was so poor, I had a terrible night's rest. I requested to switch rooms for the second night. That mattress was awful, as well. The quality of the towels and washcloths were awful. It felt as though they were purchased from a lower quality hotel. I do not recall Courtyard Marriott's being so low quality. I definitely would not stay here again.

The overall experience was awesome. The dude working the front desk was very kind to my son. He let him swim past pool closing time because it was his birthday :) With that being said, he also had to come fix the heat in the room. I personally don't like how quiet the fans (in the heating/cooling unit) are, and that you can't keep them running. I require a fan to sleep, so I didn't sleep much. Also, I'm pretty sure there was some vomit stuck on the wall behind the bathroom door. It won't let me add pictures, but I took some. Not sure if it was worth $170, but not too bad.

The customer service here is superb. Everyone is so nice and its very comfortable. The place is very quiet so it's great if you need to relax and for quiet time. They have a little diner/bar if you do not want to go out. Their pool is actually open and the fitness center is 24 hours. This location is great if you want to get away from the hustle and hustle of OSU.
