The room was very clean and well thought out. Service at the desk was excellent and directly addressed several special requests (a ground floor room, an extra blanket) with a smile.

Theres cockroaches, room was full of flies,room have holes in wall, paints old and dirty, there was dirt and dead bugs all over the floor, and the room key only worked half the time because if the door knob not working properly. The mattress was the worst thing kve ever sat on. There was meatl springs popping out. Ended up paying for a room to just shower in afterbring evacuated from the line fire. Slept in my car due to how dirty the room was

This place is not my first choice but you get what you pay for. The beds were absolutely awful! My back hurt so much after. There were lots of homeless tweekers in front of the property. Inside property lines though wasn’t bad. I don’t want to badmouth too much but I learned my lesson about saving money and when to not lower my standards…I chose this location because there’s not many other options near Apple valley to cut the drive, but next time I’ll get something further out that’s nicer. The staff was super nice though so that’s a silver lining!

Room was dirty there was this form about towels being stained and extra guess that there will be charges which was crazy because the towels looked dingy stains on the sheets in the bed we needed a bed to sleep in for the night though woke up looking at the ceiling and there was some bugs crawling across it and when I woke up I found a bug in the bed. I guess for the price it was a bit less than ok but i wouldn’t recommend to anyone as a nice decent hotel

Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, my bathroom could have used a little more cleaning but nothing to get upset about. Other then that it was a great stay and would stay here again when in town.

What they call a mattress was like a padded boxspring. Very stiff and really hard. Room looked okay but floor where dirty. Disability shower was big but the shower head leaked and took awhile for the water to get warm.

We found a chicken dinner in the microwave. And clearly it wasn’t ours. The toilet had fecal splatters inside the bowl. Beyond that the room looked okay clean. The upstairs person was moving, walking, running, non stop al night. When I say all night I mean it. Every minute. They stopped at 6am. Probably to sleep….

The front staff was so friendly! I had to call ahead because I was arriving late and they were totally cool with a late check in. The room was very clean and no odors! Would definitely stay here again.

Good trip! Check in was easy the girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I needed a downstairs room or I could park close and she was awesome. The room was clean and so what are the grounds outside. The parking lot is very well lit

Nothing unique about it and the place was so dirty that we end up cleaning the room to feel like home it seems that housekeeping didn’t do their jobs or the front seat just rent the rooms previously before have it to us to someone else for a few hrs

This place was disgustingly dirty unwelcoming staff. The television did not work. The signs posted stated they were under construction, however this place should be under demolition. The advertisement is extremely false, the images posted on there website in NO way reflect the motel. The floors, the banisters dirty is a mild word for them.the towels looked as if someone dusted with them then returned them to the bathroom for guest use.

The balcony has torn down caution tape on it and held up by plywood very VERY unsafe to walk on!!!!!. There were prostitutes and pimps all over the property all night I felt unsafe in my room with my child. The room was unbelievable dirty and didn’t even have a a fitted sheet on our beds. Very disappointed in our stay!!!

I had a death in the family and just need a place to sleep for two nights. The room was clean and very comfortable. AC worked great.
