The room was very basic and plain. For a smoking room the smell in there was not overwhelming but you can still tell people had smoked in there. The front desk lady was nice she was never rude. My problem was I made two reservations for two nights each. The hotel made me three reservations, my family weren't going to show up that night until the next night so I canceled the one room for my family and I told the lady I wanted to stay two nights for me she deleted one of the two reservations the hotel made for me and then told me that they only had me for one night I spent an hour on the phone with customer service which was a waste of time nothing got done and when I got off of customer service's phone number the hotel front desk called me and told me to come back that the third reservation was not actually for me it was for a random person that they accidentally put under my name and that I had to leave or pay full price for the hotel stay. So even though I was unpacked I packed my stuff up and left.

Nicest budget friendly hotel in Bossier! You don’t have to worry about someone trying to rob you or druggies in the parking lot like all the other low cost hotels in the area. Nice work!! The manager and staff play zero games!!

The restroom door would not close. Smelled like cigarettes smoke in the room and my sheets had cigarette burns. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel.

The room smelt like moldy wet and moist the tv had no volume I woke up with bed bug bites all over my legs and don’t move on the bed it made all kind of loud noises one of the worst stays I have ever experienced with Wyndham Never again

Stayed here seven days and my room was not cleaned not ONCE. I was never brought new towels, my key card quit working everyday and I had to get a new one, the staff was rude. Only stayed here because mansfield la was booked out for work. Will not be staying here again

The breakfast was almost none existence. The bed cover are super thin. The only good thing was the shower, it was a good pressure and the shampoo abs conditioner were good.

The room was in good condition for the price. I’ve stayed here several times while working in the area. The front desk clerk that are normally there a young man and sometimes young lady are usually very pleasant and welcoming. On this particular night it was an older guy he seemed to be the owner of the property. He was very rude and wouldn’t answer me when I asked him if everything was ok. He gave me a dirty look when I confirmed if it was a smoking room and never answered me.

I had to make several trips to the office because the TV remote would not work. Then found one that cut the TV on, but did not have the capability to move the source. So just got moved to another room. Otherwise the stay was nice!

I was on a business trip and stayed there for several days. They did not make my bed, take out my trash, replenish me with more coffee, shampoo or soap. The lady seemed upset every time i went to the front desk to ask for anything. I've stayed here before and it was much better service.

Arrival was good. I've stayed here in the past and it was much better. But for this trip and the rest of my stay here they did not replenish my cups, soap, or coffee. They also did not make up the bed and they laid the fresh towels in random places instead of just putting them in the bathroom.

The area is unfortunately under a bit of traffic construction, which makes it somewhat difficult to manage. The staff were very friendly. The room Was a bit dirty with a little garbage left behind from the previous occupant. Also, train tracks are very close.
