The hotel is right next to I 10 and I couldn’t sleep for all the traffic noise in my room
They give you earplugs, but it doesn’t help the sound of the cars on the interstate is deafening
Trucks, police cars, etc.
Also, they were in the process of remodeling and the walls were torn up with no baseboards, etc.

There were roches we had to hang all of our belongings so they wouldn’t get in it. Once we got in we noticed three.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn University. Very close to LSU campus and I-10. We only wish they offered a complimentary breakfast. Also, its a bit noisy if you're a lite sleeper..

Every employee we interacted with was smiling, friendly and eager to help us.

It was a good stay. The lobby area was nice and comfortable and more updated than the rest of the hotel. The rooms seem old and not updated like most Courtyard Marriott I staying in. But it’s was clean. I would give it a 8/10.

Good clean room, great bed, great pillows, hot shower with good water pressure

Hotel is very clean. Gym is great. Check in was fast. Only issue is the room was right next to the freeway so the traffic noise was extremely loud.

Cthulhu place was atrocious. The rooms are being remodeled but the carpet wreaks with mildew. The manager is very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER EVER UTILIZE THUS FACILITY. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It’s too much to write!

Great bed. Awesome staff...but sad there was no fan in bathroom

The bed was hard. It was also quite obvious this place is very, very profit oriented. Otherwise, everything was very nice and the staff were super friendly.

My favorite thing was having ear plugs beside the bed. My stay was very quiet, but when football season starts...

Rated this average due to the room had a wierd smell, very musty. The breakfast in the morning was confusing as I was told it was included, but then after I paid for a small muffin, they pulled out a menu from behind the counter and told me I was suppose to order off that menu and it would've been included in my stay. Carpets were stained, almost looked like someone spilled bleach. Found a finger nail in the bed sheets. But overall, it was a place to sleep.

Easy access, great place to rest after a long day of travel

Staff was great, wonderful location. But the hotel amenities are extremely outdated and the air conditioning does not work very well. Extremely hot in the hallways and did not get very cold in the room at night in spite of the low AC settings.

The chain in the toilet reservoir kept unhooking, so we spent the stay sticking our hands in and fixing it. The pillows were very flat and the bed was a little stiff. The water pressure was good though. The website offered $7 per person for breakfast, but this location doesn’t do breakfast. So took my money for nothing. They just have a barista bar with boujie breakfast and coffee. I would have even accepted cereal or toast.
It, however, is in a good food location. Right next to an Outback Steakhouse and down the street there were plenty of dining options. It is also 10 mins from downtown, which was very convenient.

It was a 2-night stay. Staff was very helpful. My room was right off the highway, which may be distracting for some. However, we are from the city so it actually didn’t bother us. They do provide earplugs and QR codes to sleep apps. There are plenty of places to eat if you do not want to eat in the hotel.
I did not get a chance to experience the pool and fitness center as I was very busy. Next time, I’ll make sure to schedule some “me” time in. If I’m ever back in Baton Rouge, I will stay there.

Apparently ice machine in only one vending area worked. I reported the first evening of my four night stay, but nothing was repaired that I was aware.

Sorry... I expected a much better experience. Night clerk was very helpful but even she couldn't make up for the condition of the room. The old carpet and old furniture had an odor that ruined it for my wife especially. The $179 price tag was far and away too expensive for such a low level accommodation!

I was able to get a room with handicap accessibility
bed was a little high up to sit and get on.

The property was very pleasing to look at. The flowers and trees gave it a very calming atmosphere.

Price was gouging due to softball tourney, baseball game and graduation but price was exorbitant. Noice from interstate heavy but understandable given location
