Had we known, we would have booked another hotel.

It was great! Friendly staff, hotel connected to a giant mall, great location for walking to different places, also not too far from Salem

Our initial room was extremely noisy and the phone calls were not answered for room service (the only option for food at the hotel due to ongoing construction)
We were moved to another room ( a newly renovated suite which was quite nice) but again had issue with an extremely noisy A/C unit.
Once again phone calls for food and front desk were unanswered, and the line at the front desk was extremely long so we did not bother trying to wait to discuss
Would not stay here again

We had a huge barking dog in the room next to us. When we called downstairs, the fro t desk never answered the phone r after five attempts throughout a thirty minute period so we went downstairs. They did move our room but what a horrible inconvenience to pack up everything (we were already dressed for bed) and relocate. We had to ask for compensation, it was not offered despite being Marriott Bonvoy members- we should have received our room comped completely.
The one positive was the location and rooms were clean.

We were not given a room until after check in time. Room was very small

Perfect location! Beautiful room, and staff so polite and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately they do not have a comment on the booking site that they are going through major renovations and there is no real lobby, restaurant, bar. We used breakfast room service 2 times the result was error in the order twice. Our room had a great view of the Charles, but also had hot water supply to the toilet, and the aircon system sounded like running water through a pipe and was noisy when running. The fact they are charging 4 star prices for a 2 star delivery was the hardest to accept. For the record several friends and I have stayed here before so it was a surprise

Front desk could have been polite. Drunk people in the next room woke us up at 3am yelling loudly to open our door until they started banging next door. They banged on the walls when they got inside, possibly fighting with each other. Not the hotel’s fault.

We haopen to be here when lobby is being renovated, so miss having a comfortable lobby and bar/restaurant.

Great experience, everything near by, love it!

UNDER CONSTRUCTION! We were not told this hotel lobby, restaurants, outside of building were all under construction. They offered room service for additional cost, though.
Front Desk attendants were great at check in.
No extras in the High Floor Room. No makeup remover, etc. and all pillows seemed to be hard.
We were not impressed.

the air conditioning could have been better, had to sleep without covers, that's never happened before

As always, the Sheraton provided a nice stay. But they are involved in extensive construction and offered no options (at all) for food, drinks or snacks. It was like staying at a BnB….
C’mon, Sheraton, how about a temporary bar for an after dinner drink ?!?

Best feature - close to Fenway Park.
Room had poor bathroom facilities; faced an outside wall to the adjacent Hynes Auditorium so view was VERY limited. Air conditioning noise was constant. Wouldn't change my room when I complained.

Great room and LOCATION, BUT the hotel had NOTHING! Everything was under construction and we still paid FULL price! No discount, no free room service breakfast! NOTHING! I would NOT have stayed there! There was NOT A WORD on the Hotels app! Very disappointing!

There is one light in my room not working. The hotel is under construction so it’s noisy at daytime. Room is small and toilet leaking.

Always love staying here when going to Fenway

As to be expected, comfortable and trouble-free stay. Oh! And they recovered a lost item I left in my pants pocket that I sent to laundry service. That was a bonus.

I have stayed at the Sheraton for about 20 years and always had good experiences but this time was unacceptable for the price. They are going through renovations of the lobby and restaurant, but that isn’t even the issue. Our bathroom was in bad shape, all beat up on the door and wall and the shower controls literally coming off the wall or hard to manipulate. It then took 15 mins to get warm water and then suddenly it was scalding after 20 when I was in it. Then we were notified at 7 am that we would have no water at 10 am- not ok as it altered our plans without real warning. For what we paid, this was unacceptable I guess we will not return or recommend to others moving forward.

Very clean, great beds and excellent in cleaning the rooms. Love the bed. Very helpful when asking questions. Great location

This hotel is in a great location in Boston. Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) came to Boston to look at some colleges. Parking was so easy, and we were able to walk to everything! We caught a game at Fenway, it was a 15 min walk! There were lots of great dining options nearby too. The hotel itself was fantastic! Staff was SO nice and helpful! They answered all of questions very cheerfully! Our room was fantastic too!

Older but clean rooms. Easy walking to duck boats, Fenway and Prudential Mall and Marriott breakfast buffet. No microwave available in hotel. Must rent for $25/day. Upper rooms only have nice views. Nice warm pool.
4.0
Renovations going on. No lobby or restaurant or microwave for baby food. Easy access to coffee and restaurants attached to Prudential Center. Room very clean but view of a wall from lower rooms. Mattress not very comfy, tub peeling.
Huge tv. Nice pool, warm and clean. 15 minute walk to Fenway.

The friendly, helpful staff were definitely the only notable highlight of this medicore hotel stay. We’ve stayed here before and thought it was much better but the facilities were VERY dated, run down and inadequate. Our bedding was incomplete: no fitted sheet was given, so they used a top sheet, which didn’t tuck in so the mattress visible, the comforter was 2 additional top sheets wrapped around a light duvet that came undone easily, we weren’t given enough towels for all of us and the temperature was inconsistent. This was incredibly disappointing given how expensive the room was.

No microwave available for baby in our group. Tub peeling. Mattress and pillows lousy. Fairly quiet and very clean despite needing updates.

We stayed a week at the Sheraton Boston and it was great. It is centrally located to shops, restaurants, and transportation. And Yi with the cleaning staff, was wonderful taking care of our room. She really went out of the way to make our stay nice. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place. Oh, and can't forget the amazing view from the pool.

Room was great. Newly renovated. Water pressure in shower was awful and bed and pillows were way too soft. Was not happy that we were staying in a hotel charging $329 a night and expected us to pay $70 a night to park. Should be a reduced rate for guests atleast

Great stay!
