Just lovely ! A perfect stay, the owner brought us a bottle of chilled champagne to us to help celebrate our wedding anniversary

Really nice room. Walkable and safe.

The room unbeknownst to us was in a state of renovation. Peeling wallpaper and water stained ceiling. We were not aware that this would be what the hotel was like. Pictures of the hotel showed pretty rooms and a walk through the hotel were the beautiful rooms. We were on a 3 floor no elevator. Called desk because a bunch of bugs got into the room and it was suggested they can though the window air conditioner. He offered to come up to vacuumed them. Asked why we were given this room and they said we made our reservation on Expedia and it should have been noted the room was being renovated he also complained that Expedia charges 17 percent to which I found off putting since it helped us find accommodations since we didn’t know the area . Feel like we were misled and once there had no recourse as it was late and we lugged our stuff up to 3 floor. During check in no one offered to assist us and the lady checking us in was not helpful or friendly with providing information. Overall meh

The owner was very accommodating, made sure we were getting the suite we would like best, and had a very nice bottle of champagne and set up in our room so we could celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. The hotel was very quiet, right on the lake, and was an easy walk to the town. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Cleaning and laundry services don't exist. We asked to have our trash emptied after the second day and it was never done. No one ever at the front desk. For the cost of the room, I was disappointed to see mold, torn wall paper, a bathroom light that goes off when the shower is on and no elevator.

The pillows were very hard. And the plumbing was very noisy. I could hear the upstairs flushing the toilet quite loudly.

A very strange experience. Woman who checked me in, then walked me to my room instead of just handing me the key. When we got there the door was wide open. No attention to details in our room. There was so much wrong with this place. Two outside entrances were easily accessible to people not staying at the hotel. Teeny ice machine at breakfast nook had very old looking ice. Really in need of many minor repairs and a good cleaning. A drippy red/brown stain on the bathroom outlet, old in wall tissue holder is empty, so then get rid of it. A strange toilet roll looking soap holder looking thing, I have no idea what it is. Badly painted over items, old screw holes etc. A sign on the inside of the room saying masks are required. It’s 2024, has no one noticed this sign in 2 or 3 years? I’m pretty sure that someone was living in our room for quite a while, there are a lot of personal items under the sink. Food, change in a cup, beard oil, 7 more items. I’m sure they moved right back in when we left. Robes in size men’s L and women’s small. Most women can’t fit into a small, but okay. Soaking tub was a nice touch, but it was filthy and full of dust and many dead gnats. Also, the cold water handle was missing. Two large dead spiders in the bathroom right in view. Like has anyone cleaned lately? Very dusty half wall shelf as you first walk in the room. Dust shot into my face as I turned the air conditioner on. Positives - walking distance to everything in town.

Beautiful Inn located in the heart of Sackets Harbor. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops, as well as historic sites. Every detail accounted for inside the rooms. Absolutely stunning.

no staff on duty for most of time. poor self service breakfast which was removed early. no lounge. no gym. no elevator. Very poor experience one day left early. manager could not be found to discuss partial refund. Very disappointing

Lots of issues with accessing common TV channels. They dropped DirecTV to save money for Roko. So, if you don't have an account for TNT sports, you can't watch the NCAA Men's championship game. No refrigerator, but a microwave.

The hospitality of Kim and owner Alex was great

The rooms were very quaint and comfortable. It felt like I was sleeping in a home versus a hotel. Absolutely charming!

Walkable to the Harbor. Enjoyed watching the salmon, jumping.

The check-in process was smooth with a warm and friendly receptionist. The room was very clean. We were here only one night, but enjoyed dining at a restaurant within walking distance.

Harbor House Inn was a splurge for us & definitely worth every penny! Top of the line, charming furniture, linens, shower, chandelier, 3 Monet prints. Very helpful kind desk attendant. Sacket’s Harbor such a beautiful historical village, best dinner ever at Good Fellos! (Only thing missing was a refrigerator)

The Harbor House Inn is a great place to stay. It is an up to date Inn, clean and quiet.

Beautiful hotel!!! Plenty of room and a table we could all sit around.

The only negative is no elevator. Everything else is great!

There was a mix up at check in so we were kindly given an upgrade. The room was lovely.

This was a terrible place to stay we had a family emergency and the hotel was locked down tight no staff whatsoever all outside doors were locked there was a number on the door when we finally contacted him he was at a party he sent us a code to get in it was the wrong code so we couldn't get in finally after an hour of try to make them understand it was an emergency the hotel finally got someone from next door to let us in this place was a total nightmare

The hotel has been tastefully renovated. Excellent bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very pleasant stay.

This is a beautiful B and B, everything was first class . Bed was very large and comfortable. Staff needs to know that a deaf person can communicate for him/her self and should address the deaf person not the other person with them.

Clean, new, comfortable, friendly

When I pay $249 for a room, I do expect a closet, iron and ironing board, a restaurant. The furnishings here were very nice and the bathroom is extremely nice, however the room was VERY small with no closet. The “breakfast bar” was extremely skimpy. Check in area was not very nice and the staff person I had was not friendly at all.
