The room looked clean but there are roaches in the corner piece of furniture underneath the cushions! Also, found roaches in bathroom along the shower wall!

The sink had no hot water. Wanted to charge $20 to downgrade room so I could be on the ground floor. Door let in water during heavy rain. Worst motel 6 ever

All the other hotels I've visited provided shampoo, this one does not. Shampoo and conditioner are basic necessities. Hotel management please take care of your guests better

My room had an AC that was shorting out. When we could get it to stay on it would beep every few seconds. The TV remote didnt work. And the only outlets that worked were the two near the bed. We were given one towel one hand towel and a few wash clothes. It was a non smoking room that smelled like an ashtray.

We couldn't afford to make an additional deposit, so we doubted the head of the person who set the room rate for this place, how can we get this price? Garbage is not organized around and the most important problem is that there are too many cockroaches in the room. I've used hotels a lot, but I've never seen a place with so many cockroaches, even in the room. When I lifted the shoes I left under the bed, 3 cockroaches ran away. 1 running away after being motionless under the table, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the closet... The price is 80-90 dollars.... The condition here is worse than that of an old motel that costs 50-60 dollars.

Wanted to check in just an hour early to take showers we were only there for 3 hours but we paid $75 the room was clean and all but the attendee kit stating that there were no rooms clean but we visibly saw through the window that several rooms were clean

The property was very well secured I felt like and clean. I would stay here again with my family. For the price I felt like it was worth my money. The only problem was the toliet was very loud when it was running and the bathroom fan was loud.

This was BY FAR the worst Motel 6 in which I have ever stayed. The San Antonio airport location is shockingly nice, so that, the guest rating, and this location's proximity to my daughter's college was the reason I chose to stay here. From the roaches, the burned sheets, trash in the parking lot, poorly secured doors, people wandering the parking lot at 3am, to the mis-matched toilet seat. This place is a dump in every sense of the word. I took my daughter to many, many Vball tourneys throughout the state over the years so we stayed at some "budget" places here and there. This place was the worst and it's not even close. I wouldn't recommend it for any reason. DON'T trust in the Star Rating. If you read through them, it's obvious someone close to the owner/managers are writing fake ratings to boost the average. That's how I was duped.

I have always enjoyed staying at Motel 6 in different places so I didn't hesitate to book this one. Well let's just say this Motel 6 was not what I expected. From drug dealing to prostitution in the parking lot. I was not comfortable staying there what so ever we stayed gone all day till the evening and slept with a chair on the door and was on guard continuously. Couldn't even go swimming because it looked like there was a pool party going on in the pool....

It was ok. I didn’t like the roaches and I let the front desk know. But I was too tired really to care and I am trying to look at things different. Things do happen. The stay wasn’t bad at all..
