It was ok. Nkthing really special about it. Dead mouse by 1 of the tables by the bar/kitchen area. Areas of dust in the room. Sheets and shower were clean. Warm cookies at check in was nice.

We stayed for 3 nights during Labor Day weekend and it was wonderful. The executive suite bed was extremely comfortable and peaceful on our exclusive floor. Although we didn't dine in the hotel, the local restaurants were within walking distance and allowed us to explore the city. The hot tub felt good after a long day, although it was a little crowded at times. We would have also liked to use the pool, but it wasn't heated in the air-conditioned room. Lastly the staff were all friendly and even gave us some cookies for free, which melted in our mouths. Overall, amazing hotel experience.

Extremely dated. Carpet dirty n worn, musty smell, depressing lobby…if u can call it a lobby. Bedside lamps from the 70s w extension cord switches… For a huge hotel, with an upscale brand, in a modern, upscale area…it was extremely disappointing. Will not stay here again.

We used the hotels.com site to pick location and amenities. Unfortunately, the location was so so and the “breakfast included” was not breakfast included. Staff were friendly, room was clean but dated, we liked the hot tub but dated and super loud due to retro repair.

Lady at the front desk June 27th 5pm , amazing! I accidentally booked under 2 names and she had no fuss about it. She was willing to help me and had a positive attitude the entire time. Came down later for pool towels, i just didnt see them and she chuckled. No attitude. Lost my key the same night 😅 she was more than happy to help. Maybe its the small things but I feel like some people always have attitudes about the smallest things. She made me feel welcomed! I wish I got her name! Rooms were also nice, comfy beds. Only stayed one night.

We thought the staff was excellent! The guests were nice too. Great views of downtown skyline from our room. So beautifully lit up in the evening. It seemed to be a destination for weddings. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their stay as well.

A long line out the door for checking in and many rooms, including ours, wasn't ready at check-in after 3:30 pm. When we tried to get more explanation or information on when the room would be ready, we received a vague response. The staff member didn't take our number to let us know when the room would be ready. It was not a great first impression of.this hotel.

Everyone was so helpful! The only negative comment I will make is that the buffet breakfast was very understaffed. The woman working by herself in the dining area was doing a great job for her situation but certainly needs additional help.
