The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and very kind. Unfortunately, he was representing an extremely dirty swampy version of a Marriott residence Inn.

There are definitely some advantages of being a Marriott Bonvoy customer! Regardless, every member of staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Daily breakfast was more than satisfactory and wiFi was both strong and reliable.

The staff was great and very attentive, but we were originally given a room that was so dirty. There were stains everywhere everywhere it reeked of cigarettes, and there were bugs everywhere. The next morning we were transferred to another room, which didn’t smell of cigarettes, but was just as dirty. It’s also 25 minutes from the beach.

The only thing nice about this hotel were the people at the front desk. I do not recommend this hotel. It was built in the 80's. No elevator, so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.👎

The room was incredibly spacious which is really nice! It did smell a little moldy but I can overlooked that. If you are sensitive, that might be an issue. Second floors don’t have stairs; not an issue for us but more of an FYI for others. There were lots of sketchy people around so that didnt feel great. I was a little uncomfortable but we were only there for one night so that was fine. Not sure I would stay here longer

This hotel was terrible. It was dirty, there was mold on the ceiling, hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Also it smelled funky and there was were dead insects on the floor. There was a fresh blood stain on the wall as if someone killed a bug and didnt clean up. The AC was leaking etc. It was like a nightmare. We left the next day instead of staying another night as we initially planned.

Left only an hr after we arrived. Didnt even unpack. The place is dingy and had a moldy scent. The lock to the front door was broken, the bathtub was disgusting, and we came across spiders by the bed. Even though we had booked this place 3 hrs prior, and requested a refund within the hour we arrived, the manager refused to provide a full refund. The place felt unsafe to stay with my children. I had no choice but to acceot the partial refund, and drove 5 min to Springhill Suites which met our needs. Stay away from this Residence Inn.

The property looked nice from afar however upon entering the room, it smelled like mold and mildew. When opening up the sofa bed, the mattress was full of crumbs. Another family in our party stayed in another room; there was a snake that came out of the bathroom. When telling the front desk, they responded saying “It’s Florida, this is a common occurrence.” InThere were bugs on the bed, as well as the toilets were clogged and the sinks were slow. Water did not drain down either the kitchen sink or bathroom sinks. The pool was dirty and you could tell that there was barely any maintenance. Overall I would not recommend this place if you’re deciding to stay in Boca Raton.

Pool, rooms, sidewalks, pool towels were dirty. Front desk people were nice but other staff not friendly. Bathrooms without shower products in the dispensers. Refrigerator broken. Carpet super dirty and the rooms smelled super bad. And the rooms don’t have good insulation. You have all the train noice in your room like if you were with an open window. Animal poop all over the sidewalks, etc…..

Be careful when your booking the two bedroom loft they have the right to change your room at no notice I even emailed the hotal when I bookedto Ensure that my reservation was not changed.Because this has happened to me in the past.However, there was no courtesy call when I got They're, the reservation was changed to a standard room.They did give me 2 rooms However , my children had to stay in a unit separate from me So be aware that these hotels are using these platforms to get business But they have no intent on giving you the upgraded room at a discount rate that you see .So when you get there, you will be downgraded back to a standard room.So they get your business because they know It is short notice and most likely You're going to stay there anyway.

I booked 2 rooms for our stay. I booked one room handicapped room and one regular room. The handicapped room was horrible. It smelled really bad, and the toliet handle was beoken. Water kept running in the toliet. The second room was ok. I notified the front desk and told them about the handicapped room and we were moved to a different room. After getting set up in the new handicapped room went and took a shower and then the water would not go out of the tube. So water stayed in the tube all night. Later that night got up to go to the restroom and the carpet was wet outside the door. I had to put a towel down on the floor. Room went to smelling. Hotel is next to railroad ans trains are constantly passing by. Noice from trains is loud and it shocked the room. Hotel is very old and could use a lot of updates. I also saw a maintence worker spraying pesticides that you can go and buy youself. Maintenance worker was spraying inside of a room. So I don't think they may have a pest company coming out to spray. I would not stay at this place again.

The hotel is ok overall all the room in the rear are very noisy with traffic. Our room had some mold on the ceiling which affected my sinuses. The property overall has trash all over. I will try another hotel next trip to boca.

The staff is nice. The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast options could be better. I wish they had homefries to go with the eggs. But then again, the breakfast was free, so not much to complain about.
