Not happy about breakfast.Their pancake machine was not working and they had a note saying if you wanted a hot breakfast you could put some bread in the toaster.Should not even advertise hot breakfast

The only thing great about this stay was the woman working overnight. She helped me switch to the room I reserved in the first place (I was put in a single bed handicap accessible room when I reserved a 2 double bed).
Absolutely disgusting, y'all. See the pictures.
Breakfast was white bread, white bagels, day old from-frozen juice. There was oatmeal packets but no way to heat water for it, styrofoam bowls (can't microwave those!).
I fully acknowledge and accept that this part isn't the motel's fault, but one night there was a screaming baby next door. Sounded about 1 or so. Screamed and cried for over 2 hours, well past 10 pm. I wasn't even sure there was an adult in the room, I didn't hear any consoling or talking. I almost called the police... I'm still not sure I made the right decision not to. This is the kind of motel this is.
Thin walls, y'all. There was a whimpering dog on my other side.
I chose this place for the hot tub and price... the hot tub wasn't working.
I had to go to the local Dollar General to buy myself a real pillow.
Just don't. Spend the extra money to stay in a better place.
It won't let me upload photos. It was so gross. Dust and grime on the headboards, behind the nightstand, candy wrapper between bed and nightstand, unvacuumed floor, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, dark crust around the tub faucet.

The towels and bedding are terrible. I would not consider showering. I’m sure you could see through the sheets.

It’s an older property so bring your own chargers and wall plug ins. Pool and hot tub were working and warm. Don’t expect a lot of extras. We were in the area for biking so we really just needed a place to sleep and shower.

This hotel was GROSS. Bedding was dirty, “white” bath towels were gray, the tub had not been cleaned. There was an oder of stale smoke in the room. The refrigerator didn’t work. And the staff was unfriendly.

Most of the time there was no one at front desk.
We had to ask for ice every day as they turned the ice machine off during the day and only turned it on when asked. Then we had to wait for the machine to make ice.

All parking lot lights were not working, not a big deal but hard to see at night loading or unloading the vehicles. Trying going by honking the horn will definitely wake you up in the middle of the night

We arrived to a nice looking hotel from the outside,once in side it was a different story.The hot tub pump didn't work,the room door had to be pulled shut to fully close,on weekends rooms are not cleaned and fresh towels had stains on them.Not worth the $220 per night .

I was very disappointed with my stay. The jacuzzi was broken. The shower head was broken(they did replace it) very minimal staff. Breakfast consists of toast and cereal. Arrived back late one night to find many of the room doors wide open! They stayed open for 2 days….very strange. The towels and bedding were dingy…and the staff used the one washer and dryer that is meant for guests. The bottom of the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Definitely not worth the money!

When I booked this, I filtered for a pet-friendly room. The first room that came up was a queen bed, I tried to book that and the site told me it was unavailable, so I tried again. Again filtering for pet-friendly, 2 rooms came up, one for 2 beds and another with 1 king sized bed. Since I wanted to sleep in bed with my husband and NOT like the Flintstones, I chose the room with the king-sized bed. When we arrived to Country Inn in Deerfield, MN, they told me the room I had reserved is not pet-friendly. They offered me the room with 2-beds, but for reasons I explained prior, I did not accept the room. I asked for a refund and they said I had to go to Expedia for a refund since I did not reserve directly. While scrambling to find lodging, I chatted online for some time with Jonalyn who was as helpful and professional as they could be, but still informed me that my funds would not be refunded even after I had sent screenshots showing that I had filtered for a pet-friendly room. And if the excuse that my refund is not forthcoming is that they offered me a room, it's unacceptable since it isn't the room I booked.

Well kept property. Easy access to major roads and some stores within a short walking distance. They are short staffed, but you can’t tell by the condition of the hotel, rooms, cleanliness, etc. Free breakfast is minimal, but the automatic pancake machine is awesome and the pancakes have good flavor. It’s right next to a busy road, but had no trouble sleeping.
