Bed was very uncomfortable. The motel says it is pet friendly but don’t leave your dog in the room or bring them to breakfast. There was a roach on the wall. They had sprayed. It smelled bad in the hallways. I would not recommend this motel. Staff was friendly.

We always stay with Quality Inn as we travel the USA. Always very clean, professional staff, great breakfast.
never any complaints. Keep up the good work.

We booked solely on reviews so I am going to be brutally honest. When we opened the door into the hallway to get to our room, it immediately smelled like stale cigarettes and body odor. We got our luggage up the stairs (there is no elevator if you needed one) opened the door to our room and it smelled so bad we went out and bought microban to disinfect the smell. The windows did open so we left it open the whole stay. Hotel backs up to the freeway so we had freeway noise all night. There was dust on everything. I’m not sure about the carpet because it was dark. Place really needs an update and some new paint. Door jams were filthy and the sink in the bathroom dripped nonstop no matter how hard you tried to turn it off. If you have thick hair like I do, good luck getting shampoo and conditioner out of your hair in the shower. Not that it’s a huge deal but there was a smashed spider left on the wall. Which leads me to feel even more like things weren’t cleaned.

Wasn’t able to take a shower because I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. I suggest you put a note in the bathroom explaining how to use it.

Room was comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast decent. Staff friendly..

Staff were all friendly and kind. The carpet in the hallway was pretty stained and needs to be replaced badly. Room and bathroom was fine. Bed not the most comfortable but ok. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Overall good stay!

Complete scam had a horrible room. It was a very dirty room smelled like maraijuana. Whole hall smelled like it. Roaches on the floor. Said I was getting my money back on hotels.com and never did

Great breakfast options.

Great place! Bed was too hard for me but my wife slept very well.

Stay was ok. It wasn't terrible but wasn't outstanding either. Room wasn't spotless & there was a strong air freshener-type smell. The AC blew musty-smelling air when it came on, and property is ready for exterior maintenance. The room that breakfast was served in was a sauna. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

My 2nd time staying at this location & it was another great visit! Rooms are always clean & staff are great!

I was happy to have a hotel that allowed dogs. However, our room wasn't ready when we got there after 4:00 pm and when we did get into the room, the carpet was wet. The room had an odd smell to it the next day - moldy or something. I understand that I was in a room reserved for pets and their owners so maybe that is to be expected. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The staff were all courteous and the breakfast was good. However, the property is old and in need of renovations. The rooms appear to all be in a different building from the front desk. My room smelled like moth balls. The shower was dated and stained. For the price point, I expected more. I feel it’s comparable to a Motel 6.

Our room was good. Housekeeping was odd. The first day, only the towels were changed which was fine since we don't spend much time in the room. The next day, housekeeping was more thorough. The bad thing is they got rid of all the open soap in the bathroom and gave us new ones which didn't make sense. They threw out my personal bar of soap in the shower so I had no soap to use for my shower. I always bring my own because I am allergic to most soaps. I didn't want to risk the hotel soap when I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me. Leaving additional soap would be fine but throwing out barely used soap didn't make sense.

Don’t unload your car until you know which section of the building you’ll be staying in. Expecting to check in and proceed to a room left me reloading my luggage and disabled wife and driving half way around the building to another entrance. Warning this hotel doesn’t have an elevator which can be an inconvenience for disabled travelers.

Not a bad place. Clean, large room. Breakfast mediocre but not bad. Staff seemed helpful. Bed comfortable. Only complaint was no sheet for tv channels. Had to surf them all.

Hallways carpets were dirty. Came to the breakfast room, the worker told me hold on it was not time to open, i reminded her it was pass time to open, did not even apologized for curt and wrong information

First room had a continuous loud music issue and shower did not work, moved to another room next to laundry room had noise from people using it, also the bathroom door handle did not work, wife got locked into bathroom for 10 minutes until could get her out. No clear idea where the amenities were in the hotel, not well laid out.

Property was clean and staff were super nice. Property is a little outdated but we had a comfortable stay.

It was a decent hotel, maybe a little pricey, for the quality of beds.
Upon our arrival we learned that Expedia or the hotel had overbooked rooms. The only reason we got to stay there was because someone had checked in that night but subsequently checked right back out. So of course we had to wait for the staff to clean up the room, the staff was very nice and very apologetic but it was late and was just a inconvenience for us, and we were aggravated because it was overbooked

Front desk staff as well as breakfast worker were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and we felt safe there. Could use more smoking facilities/area with seating. Breakfast area location not very easy to get to.

Price was right and they are pet friendly. No good area for dogs to do their business. Hallway smelled damp and room was adequate.

The front end of the hotel was doable. It wasn’t great, but it was doable. Our room was in the back section of the hotel. That section was a drug infested death trap. (That is what my 10 year old daughter called it.) The smoke and illegal smell that filled the hallway was disgusting, along with the hallway carpet being black (not supposed to be black.) We quickly checked out after finding BLOOD on the sheets, pizza smashed in the carpet, and what I really hope was pizza sauce splattered on the walls and lamp. The room phone did not work, nor did the front desk pick up the phone after several calls from my cell. So, we quickly packed up our things, checked out and found a much better hotel. I have yet to receive a refund…but the front desk told me to call back the following day. I will never, ever, ever, ever go to another Quality Inn in my lifetime, nor will my daughter in her adult future.

My mom and I needed a place to just stop for the night during a 2 day roadtrip, and this place was right in the middle. First of all, the guy at reception was nice, swift, and got us on our way, and he's great. We were given Room 124, and when we walked in, the entire room smelled like urine. It appeqred clean, but it smelled like urine the entire time we were there. Bathroom door didn't want to close. BUT the place was quiet and we were able to get some sleep before we got back on the road.

Front desk check in was super. Employee there was friendly.
Room smelled strongly of month balls. A humidifier in the hallway was running - perhaps to rid the hallway of animal urine smell. Glad it was just a one night stay.

Our room was large. We had a kitchenette and sitting area which was nice. A large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. However there was a sticky spot in the carpet. And the jets in the tub would work. Noisy because of the interstate.
