It was the best night for us in the last three nights.We have been traveling through Canada and this was by far the best room. The bed and pillows were outstanding and the shower was incredibly invigorating. I have all good things to say about this hotel. Service and food at bar and breakfast buffet was excellent too!

I really like that hotel, but the only problem is that, when you ask them to bring you something to your room, the take, so long to bring it to your room, also I went to the pool it was so cold, and after I got inside the pool, my body started to hitching and my swimming costume changed colour from the pool water, after that I went to speak to the manager all he said to me it was that, he can’t do anything about it the water is clean the always change it, has for me, the should of be a compassion, and my swimming costume is Versace, I has so sad and I wish I didn’t go inside the pool, which I only stayed in for a minute, because the water was cold

We had an excellent over all stay. Didn’t use pool or workout facility, viewed them and both were quite nice. We had a couple of requests, one being that both of our rooms be beside each other and located on higher floor. Wonderful to find out that both requests were met. We were very pleased. We had a vehicle and for a small fee had indoor parking right at hotel. Staff were polite, professional and smiling. Would stay here again and recommend to our family and friends.

Excellent service and room design. Would have appreciated a bath tub in our room but room with one was not available. Consideration should be given to securing entrance to swimming/ exercise/laundry area. Icing on top - hot tub would complement and complete pool area. Will be back!

Extremely unsatisfied with Expedia and Hilton. I arrived there and learned I. The evening that they are found some outside renovation. I went there to relax, but only to wake up early in the morning on a loud banging sound on top of my head which lasted at least 3 hrs. This is something that should at least be mentioned before booking from Expedia. Very upsetting and ruined my vacation.

The hotel was not bad. It was generally clean and the reception staff were friendly. Parking is for ekstra charge but it is hard to find place there. Breakfast was not healthy, there were no vegetables and we had bad experience with restaurant staff. Breakfast was for extra charge and when we checked in we said that we want breakfast and asked if we should pay now or at the restaurant. The receptionist said that you can pay it to the restaurant in the morning. When we came to the restaurant in the morning, there were two staff in the restaurant and we told them that we want to pay with a debit card or cash, but they said that we had to bring the bill from the reception. Then we went back to the reception and said about this. The person at the front desk didn't know about this and went to the restaurant to talk and then came back and said that we can do our breakfast and we don’t need anything for that, he said that they will write this bill to our room. After that we came back to the restaurant and this 2 girls asked again about bills. We started to became very angry, one girl come again to this guy on the reception and then came again and finally we get our table. But it was not the end!!! When we finished our breakfast one woman runners after us and yelled YOU SHOULD PAY MONEY TO US!! really? This is not professional!!!! Please teach your staff in the restaurant how they should speak with the guests and how guests can pay money for their breakfast!!!!

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend to attend the comedy show at Lebrettom Flatts, and I have nothing bad to say about it other then their underground parking cost $25 and its very crowded and narrow, but the location is great, right downtown and walking distance to everything! The rooms were a tad small but nice ad clean (however our air conditioning wasnt working great and made our room smell like dirty garbage so we opted to keep it turned off) The mini keurig machine was a nice touch, there's also a Tim Hortons and Starbucks close by. The bed, bedding and pillows were comfortable, we would stay here again
