The stay was OK. Our door was hard to shut. The coffee in the lobby was cold both times we went to get it cleanliness of the hotel was good The breakfast could’ve been better needed. More variety did not like the great value yogurt. The breakfast was exactly the same both mornings of my night. Stay there which I thought should’ve been changed up. but they say this time was not near as good as my last time there. Hershel T

Nice to get a king size bed at this price point, and it was the comfiest one we've been on this road trip so far. Plus we got 5 nice squishy pillows to share without having to ask for extra! The AC was easy to control and far enough away to be controlling the room rather than blowing directly on the bed. The accessibility was good for us, but probably not enough for wheelchair users. The bathroom is pretty good, there's a shower chair, adaptable shower head and lots of grab bars (tub to step or make it over), but the space between the wall and bed and the wardrobe on the other wall I think would be narrow for a chair or walker. Breakfast was pretty good, several filling options. we didn't end up with time to use the pool or hot tub but they were part of the draw. Laundry was lacking with only one of each machine, we went to Econo coin+card laundromat nearby instead which was great.

The room was noisy from the highway. There was some kind of constant ticking noise in the room. The tv was old and the picture was poor. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The comforter and sheets were stained and torn. Overall a very poor experience.

It’s certainly not a new property. Current ownership has attempted to keep it tidy and maintained but don’t have the highest standards. Hot tub and pool had mold, lights were rusted and not replaced, paint was mismatched and holes were ignored or sloppily patched. Carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. Price reflected cleanliness.

We were moving my daughter to Utah from Houston. We had to wait an extra day before we could move into her apartment so we got a quick place to stay the night. The hotel is one of the cheaper ones in the area so I wasn’t expecting a 5 star by all means. The rooms are much smaller than they appeared online, but they were clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel is older and the rooms smelled musty. The pool and hot tub are enclosed in a room with no outside ventilation. It was so hot and steamy in there, I don’t know how anyone could actually get in the hot tub. The workout room had no AC and was so extremely hot. They had a box fan you could use but not sure how good that would work if you were really working out. Not sure if the equipment worked because I didn’t try. When I read the reviews, people talked about how amazing the omelets were at the continental breakfast. That couldn’t be further from the truth. It was eggs with a slice of American cheese in the middle and no seasoning. (Maybe they were talking about the omelets at the Black Bear diner next door). The hotel is right off the freeway and I was just thankful that nothing was stolen out of the truck. If I need a hotel again in this area, I would probably spend the extra $20 to get a little nicer of a hotel.

When we arrived we were kindly greeted by hotel staff. The check in process was simple and easy. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was clean and warm. Would stay again

Ran out of coffee at breakfast. "Hot breakfast" that you had to make hot yourself. Key cards stopped multiple times. Accessible rooms were not mobility or wheelchair accesible. Asphalt around property had big holes in many places.

Our stay was pretty comfortable. We we're very happy with how clean our room was to how everything in the room worked perfectly. With our two toddlers it is important for us that everything functions properly from AC to mini fridge. Bathroom was super clean and very beautifully organized for us with shampoo, plenty of toilet paper and towels. One things that bothered me but wasn't that big of an issue was that the room didn't have USB charging stations and I don't ever carry the head part of my charger. So not able to charge our phones or tablets. Other than that Amazing. Super quite.

The sheets were nasty, like someone blew their nose on them and they didn't change them. The bathroom had hair in the tub. I had asked to do a late check out and they charge and extra $20 an hour. I've never had to pay to do a late check out. Specially after the condition the room was in.
