Lovely stay upgraded to the family suite which i managed to get for one night with another booking service. It was spacious and loved that kids had their own room. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond.
Only disappointment was the spa was not working, and i was not informed of that prior to booking, and this was one of the things i most wanted on our trip, as we use the spa every day on holiday.
The resort is very noisy. Even though i have kids they are not noisy. But it seemed like all kids scream and make noise at this resort without much parental control. We experienced noise outside our room very late at night, and very early in the morning. So very little noise control for a peaceful holiday. Was more like being on a school camp for the weekend. Not great for the parents but the kids really loved the place.

We stayed here for 3 nights for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. We also had a birthday party for her. It was our first time and it was great. There was so much to do that we missed out on a couple of activities but will have to go back again to experience them. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you have kids!

They stay was good. It is a place for kids and they had a blast. However the hotel staff aren’t very friendly they didn’t have a smile in their faces. I get that they are busy and must be frustrated from the kids screaming and running around but not a single staff had a smile in their faces through out the whole stay.

Kid enjoyed the waterpark. Lots of activities for children and family. A little bit noisy from street coz garbage truck came to pick up rubbish very early. We did enjoy our stay! Friendly staff!

It was very noisy, would have appreciated a microwave & knives & forks in the room
8.0
Tiny fridges in room - not suitable for a family. Limited resources to byo & cook food which forced us to have to buy from the resort or seek alternative meal options outside the resort making it a very expensive trip. Extra costs for the activities add up very quickly for large families.

The amount of activities to do for my 7 year old son was fantastic. He was never bored.
I was a bit disappointed that some of the activities advertised were cancelled as I was looking forward to participating. An example of this is the morning fitness and stretching. I would really like to see some activities that cater for adults too.

Great for families, would like to see more signage and notification about what’s on and where in the resort! Have booked again but for longer now we know what’s there

Definitely coming back.

Great spot for those with kids. Plenty of activities and very child focused. Room we stayed in was a bit dated with noise from both upstairs and downstairs being constant throughout the night. Dining was great for kids but pricey and fast foodish.

You have a resort for families with kids and infants and there’s no microwave to heat up baby bottles and food, no plates, bowls or cutlery not even a pen or notepad to write something down. Very poor facilities.

Rooms were extremely noisy. The “shared door” between the rooms is not insulated well enough. We had screaming babies and drunk people next door most nights and had terrible nights sleep. The hotel is dated and feels a bit dirty. The carpets etc down the halls need some love. Someone had dropped hot chips down the passage and I notice they were there for 2 days. Also should consider heating the larger pool for the winter months

The stay was overall enjoyable but they work us early with construction around 7am.
The staff were lovely and the water park was a hit. The food is the restaurant was average.

This is a fantastic place for families!
So much for the kids to do , they’re always busy!

Activities for kids all day long. More variety needed on the dinner menu in the restaurant.

Fantastic though The down fall is we couldn’t book any of the evening(5pm) kids clubs for our 3 kids (0-2 and the 3-12 age groups).
Another issue was the photos when we booked it showed the bunkhouse room and we ended up with a two queens beds. We were under the impression on getting the bunk beds so I think you should update that.

The location was great, and central, kids had a blast at the water park area. Food was fresh

Dining was good, good service & quick service
Room issue with bathroom when having showers - fog up drip water over electrical outlets which is unsafe
Will come back again but hopefully room issues are fixed

Booked two rooms for one night at $200 US dollars for each room. When we got there the staff put our group in two rooms that were worse than $50 motel rooms. After I complained to the Staff at the counter this si bit we were expecting and requested they need to give us decent rooms. The staff was arrogant and not helpful. Told us to contact Expedia since we booked thru them. Long story short the Manager unwillingly gave us the correct rooms that we had paid for. Overall, very disappointed with the quality of the staff members and customer service. Will never stay there again. Check out is so early at 10am, so basically you pay tons for f money to sleep for a few hours.

We were able to create some meaningful memories with our children by utilising all of the facilities.

Kids loves the waterpark. Boring for adults though. Rooms cleaned daily. Parking at facility for extra cost expensive in my opinion

Great experience- kids loved the water park!

It was very dated. The room smelt very musky. All the activities costing extra money. The main water park ice cold.

From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The friendliest most helpful staff you could ever find in Australia. They all clearly love their jobs and want to be there. My sister and I stayed with my 4 year old niece. We have had the most wonderful 3 days. We will be back

So many different things to do on site. Great for families

We absolutely loved our stay at Paradise! Such a kid friendly resort with so many facilities/activities for the kids. Convenient location, only a short walk down to the main strip of Surfers. Plenty of food options including pizza, mexican and general cafe/pub style food. The staff were all lovely and we had particularly great experiences with Charlene, Adam & Gio who were all amazing with our kids and went above & beyond for us. Highly recommend for a family friendly holiday 😊

It has some amazing kids parts which was great. Kids club was great for my son. Staff on front desk were lovely. Bar/ cafe staff need some customer service skills. Very run down room and so loud could hear everyone else’s conversions.

Absolute heaven for kids, and a happy kid makes for happy family! The facilities here are amazing - you really could stay without leaving the property and have an absolutely amazing trip. The crew have thought of everything you could need to make it a smooth trip. Can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect for kids! Simple accommodations but so much to do with kids. Great location, great staff. Only feednack i have is that they should have some life guards at the pool area - its so busy its easy to lose track of your kids. Also they should better advertise hotel facilities - for example we only found out about kids club a bit too late and didnt get to use it.
