Terrible service for the price! No soap or shampoo, very few towels, dirty looking sheets on bed!! We will never be back again! Disgusting!

Checked in around 1015pm and the girl checking us in was on her phone the entire time and kept picking her phone up to talk. With her phone to her ear she handed us our key card and gestured with her hands where our room was. I had to ask where abouts we should park to be near our room since she didn’t tell us. The room seemed clean but everything was damp (sheets, towels). In the bathroom tub, plain as day, was a bloody used bandaid. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Good for the night we had to spend there, it’s all good but could be cleaner. Great location, lots of places to eat very close. Bath towels are very small but they do the job.

Desk night clerk rude. Lobby a unsafe disaster. Broken AC units in stairwell. Outside around dumpster unsafe mess. God forbid you ask for another towel. No explanation just NO. Told her I needed one for my hair she said no. End of conversation like I was going to steal her cheap towel.

Even though I was just stopping here on my way to Houston it was not an enjoyable stay. The hotel was under renovation and not very clean. My room felt extremely sparse. The front desk person was on her air pods while I was checking in and gave me zero direction to my room. The only good thing was its proximity to the highway and restaurants.

The room stinks of moth balls, maids don't understand english. I killed at least 5 Bugs in this room. I reported it to the front desk. The furniture s dusty and the room needs to be sprayed by an exterminater. The room really stinks bad

Checked us into a room that was going through renovations. The door was wide open and the room was filthy and our lamp was outside. When we got our room, it had a bad odor. Also, no blow dryer.

The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. There was a broken tile in the doorway of the bathroom that left a very sharp edge. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Property is somewhat dated although the owners have worked to keep it clean.

This hotel is HORRIBLE! I will never stay here again especially considering the price! It was clean but linens were old and stretched. Bedspread had a burn hole. The bathroom was clean but the shower faucet didn’t work correctly.

Was easy to get to. Staff made coffee for me when it was out. A mishap with my room key but no big deal. Have to walk up the stairs. No elevator.

I've stayed here multiple times and the first few stays were great and the staff were amazing. This time around I had some things that were missing after checkout, I then booked one more night as it was needed. As I am at the front desk I politely let the employee know that some of my property is missing and I seen it as I walked by the laundry room in housekeeping, I told her and she got so defensive and was so rude stating that my things were the housekeepers things. I then asked to speak to a manager and she refused, she then contacted housekeeping to try and prove her point and the housekeeper informed her that those were actually not her things, the lady still in denial said that it was the other housekeepers things, and again she was told that it did not belong to anyone in housekeeping and that those items were "found" in one of the guest rooms. The lady at the front desk then slammed the door in my face and threw my belongings to me and refused to give me her name. This was really upsetting

The bathrooms needed a little attention. The shower curtain did not block the water from going all over the floor.

They or mindful of ur space an ask u if they can come clean or bring u something and if u not there they will not enter ur room.

I had to ask for clean towels. When they did clean the room it was at 2 pm. The water not hot; it’s lukewarm not even lukewarm. They have refrigerator in rooms but not a microwave. They are trying to upgrade the place.

Stayed for 2 weeks while waiting for an apartment to be ready for move in. Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed anything. I think they are working on remodeling and updating so there were repairs going on but they weren't disturbing to my stay or in the way. Appreciate the simple and affordable stay.

This hotel was okay for the price since we needed somewhere to go, but we didn’t like that there was no microwave or lights in the front room. They only had lamps near the front door and bed, lights on in bathroom. They was also had cops show up the second night we were there and they left yellow tap in stairs. We also didn’t like that one day the room service didn’t knock and just open our door in our room. They need to upgrade.

I stayed here for around two weeks Cause you couldn’t beat the price. Didn’t have any issues that weren’t corrected promptly! The staff was super friendly! Laundry machines worked!

So it was by far tte worst room ever which doesnt surprise me because it seems like one night i get a nice room and the next a terrible one. Clearly im not important enough to get a decent room every night it apeers. IT was almost like the person who checked me in was going to have clean the room afterwards so they put me in a crappy room that doesn't have to be cleaned as well or to till like the new rooms. I would have been totally embarrassed if my wife was staying with me.There was roaches poorly maintained ac units you could see light through wholes in the floor and so on.The bed looked like it had been slept in like it wasnt turned from the last person . I only stay at motel 6 so next week hopefully ill stay on a good room night

Everything is good as usual except this time i have a broken window and i can hear all the ouside noises outside and feel a draft coming through it. Its been a long day and im exausted so im dealing with it because im checking out in the morning. The location besides being upstairs is one I prefer and they have great service so im not bashing .

Very comfortable bed. Loved the stores and restaurants so close.
