Stay was great. Bed was comfortable. The bathtub knob falls off when you turn it but you can easily put it back on.

We had a great stay. Didn’t except the room to be as nice as they were. People at the front desk were very nice! And trust me we asked a lot of questions. They had waffles, eggs, yogurts, apples, bagels, and muffins for breakfast. Pool area is insanely pretty. The only complaint I had is our is I think they have softener in the water which makes it hard to know when the the soap is off your body. We stayed 9/27/24 to 9/29/24 through hotels and then added a night through them. I’d come here again if we came back.

The stay was very disappointing. Dirty walls, ceilings needing maintenance, bugs in the bathroom, old dingy pillowcases and definitely not enough soap or towels. I will never stay at another Quality Inn. Ever. If that isn't enough let me add the spongy powdered eggs, tasteless sausage and frozen butter for your toast. No quality at that inn at all .

The included breakfast is not the worst that I’ve had, but the coffee was a miss. Watery. A waffle machine, pastries, eggs made from powder, pork sausage, cereal, toast and juice/tea rounded out the selection. At least it was hot. The room itself smelled horrible upon entry- as if it had been closed off for awhile without A/C in the New Orleans heat. I was tired, so I quickly got over it because the bed was comfortable.The check-in attendant was great.

Everything felt dirty and smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The towels had what looked like toothpaste on them and the bathroom was dirty. It didn’t feel too safe either, but it is gated in. Check in was easy even though it was late at night.

Hotel rooms do not look like the photos. Pool is only open 11-6 and that’s IF they decide to even open it for the day. Ceiling leaking and had ants crawling all over the sink area. Do not offer the continental breakfast as stated they only had the cereal and waffle maker. Advertised as all kinds of food

I had an enjoyable time while I was at the Quality Inn. I had a couple of initial issues and they solved them expeditiously and i was very thrilled and happy about it. The weekend breakfast had eggs and Pork Sausage in addition to the normal cereal, yogurt, juice, milk, pastries and waffles, so this was an added surprise and a welcome one of course. I like it when businesses go up and beyond the call of duty for their clients. And because of this, i will come back to stay at their property again and again.

It was a long way from the French Quarter. Room advertised as smoke-free but it smelled like smoke and there was an off odor to mask it. I had to request another room because the first had a bathroom door that wouldn't close, moldy looking ceiling with chipping paint, and smelled of smoke and disinfectant.

Our stay was over several night's. Our room wasn't cleaned the first night. After coming back we had to go get towels and toliet paper. They weren't brought to us upon request. The next day our room was cleaned but the door wasn't closed completely. Luckily nothing was missing.

The gate to get in and out of the property was a good idea, and the refrigerator was very cold. The beds were very clean. The shower needs some fixing there was a hold in the wall and it was leaking. The air-conditioning kept me up because it was loud. The fan in the bathroom was so loud we couldn't use it. The bathroom wasn't clean the floor hadn't been swept, there was some small green beads on the floor. There were ants in there under the sink, but someone came right away to spray for them. I wouldn't stay there even again

Decent sized room for two adults, but had stains on the bathtub and bed, traveling is also less than desirable if you're driving a large van or moving truck. Limited selection for free breakfast. Friendly staff.

Front desk staff at night when we checked in as it was a late check in very friendly very nice got to the hotel room the air conditioner worked that's about all I can say it was extremely Dusty like it had not been dusted in weeks no shower curtain phone didn't work so you could not call the front desk to get a new shower coat the room was full of gnats I would not stay there again not unless it was my absolute Last Resort whenever I reported the issues to the guy at the front desk as I was checking out he did not seem to care either way in my personal opinion I think I should get at least a 40% discount off of what I paid because yes I did sleep there because it needed to but could not take a shower my proper shower anyway because not having a shower curtain and the gnats made it hard to sleep like I said the air conditioner worked that's about all I can say

If you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep, I would think twice about booking at Quality Inn New Orleans I-10 East. The biggest letdown during our stay was the beds. Even though the rest of the hotel might be okay, a good night's sleep is what matters most, and sadly, we didn't get that here. I'm in my early thirties, usually don't fuss over beds, and don't have any back problems. But after just one night here, I woke up in so much pain I could barely move. It wasn't just me either; my kids, who are 10 and 12, also complained their backs hurt, which is really unusual for them. Because of how bad the beds were, I wouldn't stay here again. If you need a good rest, this might not be the place for you. Check other reviews to see if they've changed the beds, but until then, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value your comfort.

We were gone during the day a lot and we would come back to the hotel for sleep mostly. If you aren’t crazy about the French Quarter area… take the 2 hour drive and go to Mississippi and Alabama for the day! The staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful though.

Not sure about the bad reviews but for the price, it is an excellent stay. Maybe we cane when it’s not busy but i love that it’s gated, clean and well kept. Husge bonus that it’a pet friendly!

If you’re traveling with your family, this is not the place to stay. It is noise all night, beds are very small, bedroom smells mold. I do not recommend.
