The hotel is ok and they try to keep it clean, however, the washcloths were filthy and had grease-like and other stains on them, bathroom only had one light that worked. The front desk is not there most of the time and you have to call them on the hotel phone to get them to show up. The coffee maker in the breakfast area was broken.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was rude,especially the younger girl working the front desk. My ro om had no towels, I asked the first night they brought me 2 towels even though though we had. 3 guests. Thank didn’t have coffee from r the room or at breakfast. We asked for some to be made and they informed us they didn’t have any. Breakfast consisted of yogurt in a small fridge and apples and oatmeal but they had no hot water to make it. The battery smelled like old urine. The last night I asked for towels again and was told oh I just started the washing machine so we don’t have any. How can you run a hotel without any linens or coffee. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Floors and walls needed to be cleaned everywhere. It looked really old inside. There were stains on the bed spread and one of the pillow cases. The ceiling of one of our rooms looked like it had mold on it. Breakfast area was disgusting. The only thing I would even consider eating was the prepackaged yogurt. There was crumbs everywhere, sink looked gross, something was smeared all over the juice machine.

Customer Service was good, and my hotel room was clean. A/C, fridge, TV all worked. Bed & pillows was very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location right off the HWY. However, they do need to make sure to keep the basic breakfast items fully stock during the entire breakfast time frame 6am-10am

I was looking for an inexpensive,chain hotel not too far from where i was playing in a golf tournament. This place fit the bill. I checked in around 9pm,took a shower, went to bed,and left eary the next morning. The ac was a little noisy but not bad coffeemaker didn't work,but oh well...I know my girlfriend wouldn't stay here,but i would stay here again!

There were signs off mold in our bathroom and I was taking an online class in their breakfast area and the owner/manager kicked me out middle of my class. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. They don’t even do house keeping in the rooms or nothing.

While there was no smoking in the building, there was no place outside of smokers. They sat on the sidewalk just outside the door. Management was challenging to find. The card about changing linen and towels was hung on a lamp behind the shade! I found it while packing to leave.

The staff was rude The older guy barely spoke English I got sick and threw up a little bit on the sheet Turned out that I had a bowel obstruction We cleaned it up but my wife told them and they charged us $20 and they wouldn't make the bed There were not enough towels and washclothes The room was OK but real small And the coffee machine in the dining area didn't work and the one person said you have coffee in your rooms Just terrible and it was $100 a night We will NEVER stay there again

The property was unkept. Check-in took forever. The building interior was worn out. No juices at breakfast. They were out of Apple and Orange juice. The bread choice was plain white bread. And the only thing to drink was an almost empty plastic gallon of milk in the fridge.

Made a decision at the last moment to make a trip to Peoria. Lots of places were already booked so I had a choice of this motel for around $90 or to pay double the price and be further away from my attended location. Room was in good condition, clean, newer carpet, looked nice. Towels were old and even had rust stains but they were soft. Location was just of I74 so that was nice. Bed was hard so if that is something you like, you will be happy. Breakfast was not pleasant. OJ and apple juice machine was not working. Eggs were cold. Everything else was decent.

We stayed 2 nites and trash cans were not emptied nor were the towels replaced. We had to go to the front desk for cups, towels and coffee. We went downstairs for the continental breakfast around 8 am. There were 4 slices of bread, 3 bagels, no sweet rolls, coffee machine which offered about 6 different hot beverages only had 1 type of coffee that worked, the rest were empty. Sad situation!

Opened up the door and there was a whole pizza on the ground date from the 4th. That was days before we checked in. Blood stains on the wall by the bed, dirt and dust all over the bathroom, smoke detector unplugged, stains on the mirror, and when we wiped down the desk chair, the wipe was dirty. The screen was broken on the window and the whole place smelled like bad weed. We stayed an hour and left. We were grossed out and didn’t feel safe. Would NOT recommend. Now I’m out $89.

We stayed here because it was one of the few hotels not sold out due to events in Peoria. When we went to check in, a woman was complaining about the cleanliness of her room. Our room was clean, although the bedding was aged and did have stains in the bedspread. The sheets were fine, though. Housekeeping maybe got distracted while cleaning because the room was clean but the bathroom was not. There were clean towels put in the room, but there was a used towel hanging on the back of the door and a used bar of soap still in the shower. We ended up not staying the other two nights of our reservation and just found a different place to stay. I am sure they mean well, but need to work harder on getting the rooms clean.

The facility is quite worn and rundown. No room cleaning service no towel replacement. I managed to find a cart with towels and put one in the room. The breakfast was a no go. There was a couple cereal containers that looked dirty and a waffle maker that was dirty not much else. The dining area was also unclean. Staff was pleasant and polite. It’s just not what it looked like online.

On check in at 4pm, the front desk was unattended. Used the phone to call someone to the desk, he arrived about 5 minutes later. They put a hold of $250 on my credit card for "incidentals". Kind of excessive, I thought. He gave me a key for the room and when I went upstairs and opened the room, the bed was not made. Seems that they had neglected to clean the room. I went back down and he was gone again. While waiting for him, 3 more people were behind me in line. He gave me key for a different room. It worked, but the room condition was not good, dust on furniture, rusty chrome on table lamps, missing keys on the TV remote control, soiled and stained bathtub, no stopper on the bathroom sink, bathroom sink pulling away from the walls, no washcloth, only one paper cup for coffee, no plastic cups for drinking use, barely readable display on the temperature control for the heat/ac unit, When I came back to the room on my second day, the bed was not made, the room had not been cleaned and restocked. I have stayed at this property several times each year over the past 6-8 years. It was never bad. It's clear that the management just does not care anymore. I have choices about where to stay. This property is off my list from now on.
